Where to stay in Espoo

7min walk to metro and 3min walk to tram. Our favorite hotel in helsinki area. Everything works, free parking. Breakfast as usual. Bed comfy, some may say hard. Good water pressure. Restaurant orders we have not reviewed. Near of beach and sometimes 🪿 are visiting parking lot.

The best night's sleep! Such friendly and helpful staff welcomed us. Our two dogs were welcome at a more reasonable cost than many other hotels in the area - charged per stay, not night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Junior sviit has two big separate rooms and two bathrooms. Good breakfast. Swimming pool bit cold. One sauna in womens and one in mens sauna.

Location is wondeful! You're away from city center in peaceful and quiet place but also you're there in 15 minutes if needed. Breakfast was good, hotel staff very nice and polite, room a bit small but it was OK. Definitely good place to stay there with beautiful surroundings, greenery, walking trails, cyceling trails etc.

Nice hotel, had a pool, and 2 saunas, situated by a body of water. If exploring solely Helsinki, I would recommend staying closer to it, as taxi service adds to a trips cost rather quickly. Breakfast was not included, and is rather expensive.

The hotel is a short walk from the bus stop and the metro station. It is close to Aalto University. I stayed there for 4 days. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms are a bit small. The breakfast is good. But the only drawback is that you get the same menu every single day. So this was a bit disappointing.

Great staff! Kind, helpful and cheerful. Good location close to the railway station. The only minus is the lack of swimming pool/gym/sauna.

A great lobby with lunch place and a bar. Also the hotel is connected to a large shipping centern Sello, provides a choice of restaurants and shops.

Hi, I would like to highlight the outstanding service at this hotel. The receptionist Christian was very polite and friendly. Nicely, very nicely situated at a lake close to the Nuuksio nationalpark. Easily reachable by an hourly bus service. Rooms are nice, the food is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Nice sauna, pool and swimming in the lake. The only minor thing I didn't like were the scrambled eggs. I might come back soon.

We have a dinner here, and we took soup and snails, salmon, whitefish, steak and desserts, we enjoyed all of them. Great food and service, thanks!

Booked blindly, got a lake view room which was great as it snowed on second day. Staff were very friendly and helpful, surrounding area had nice walks, nice sandwich and snacks selection, if this isn't sufficient, BP garage at bottom of road is well stocked. Hotel has sports facilities and bookable items, some at cost like bikes.

Awesome place and the staff are Rockstars! I got a standard room upgraded for free to premium. The food was awesome and breakfast was perfect looking over a snowy forest.

I was sent here at 2 am by Finnair, because of flight delay. There was one staff at the front desk, he quickly gave us room keys. Good place! Spacious rooms! Really nice pool at the top with Sauna. Nice gym for a quick workout! Breakfast buffet could be improved. Stayed there for few days and breakfast menu was always the same!

The hotel location is nice and surrounded by bus stops, couple of hundred meters from mid size supermarket. Ten minutes by bus from large shopping mall “Sello”. Breakfast is rich in here with many varieties that will ensure you start your day energetic. Excellent staff that keep smiling all the times. A solid basic hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast = everything I needed for a one-night stay. NB! I did not work in the room, so no comments on wifi quality or desk/chair comfort.

I just love the very well preserved building from the 70’s. Walking distance from metro station but feels like in Baltic Sea outer archipelago as the building opens to the open sea. Nice location next to see. It's a bit far from city center so this is not maybe good for someone willing to spend a lot of time shopping in city center

Conference Center with many rooms and meeting rooms. Restaurant and bars are good with many spaces for meetings and rest. The location offers also accommodation during the week. At about 30 minutes from helsinki city Center this place is perfect for group sessions.

Pretty manor very close to Espoo and not far from Helsinki. Renovated main building has spots where you can still imagine the life hundred years ago. Food was better than expected, worth the price. Large summer terrace seats many people.

Good experience of a stay here. Helpful reception, though they are not available after a certain time or on weekends. Good facilities for everyday stay, like laundry, kitchens etc. Paid breakfast is available. The hotel is located at a decent distance from sello mall, a popular one

Small room but it's clean. The kitchen and laundry were a bit of a discovery, but it's a great idea. A long walk to the railway station, especially with baggage. Calm and quiet surrounding.

Really modern apartment hotel. There is fridge in your room and a shared kitchen and laundry room available. The rooms are small, clean and recently refurbished. The nearest train station is about 15 minutes walk away. Really good value for money. Suitable for one night and longer stays as well.

Default hotel whenever visiting Helsinki - no need to stay in city center when I can get an entire private flat with excellent pubilic transport connection in Leppävaara. The Sello shopping center nearby is also excellent. Very cozy, friendly and quiet hotel - good for any length visits.

It's good. Not a big deal tho, but it's prefect for short stayings in Leppävaara, such as friends or relatives visiting during the Erasmus exchange.

It is typical "better than average apartment", so you are expected to stay there weeks-months, with mini kitchen, possibility to eat downstairs (incl. breakfast, depends on the deal) and without calls "is everything OK with your room". Decent place to stay which is self check in here. Could have done with some customer service while it was also in a location far away from basic utilities i.e. groceries and taxi service.

Great location - silence, cleanliness, nature. The hotel has no reception. Apartments. Check-in after 21 by phone - figure out how to get in, where to get the keys did not work right away. Very good self-service hotel for short stays. There is a forest and a beach right next to it and travelling to Helsinki is easy either by pubic transport or your own car. The hotel offers free parking and Internet connection.

I just walked around the pond and went into the restaurant. The place was so chill you could easily forget your troubles. It's lovely that it's fully booked every weekend of this summer and a few weekends of the next for events.

I spent 1 night in Hotel Matts due to the late flight arrival. The staff are responsive, friendly and helpful. I requested for a quite room. It's indeed quite, i could have very good sleep. The breakfast is awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Helsinki capital region.

My first ever holiday experience in Finland, any it was so relaxing and calm, just what my family and I needed. Kids had an interesting program planned, they made friends pretty fast, and were always busy. The food was a star of the holiday. It was different and tasty every day.
