Very nice hotel in a center of city. Friendly service. Nice restaurants and grocery in same building, not to mention alcohol store around the corner. Not the newest hotel but quite well kept. No complaints. Worked for my holiday needs perfectly.

The sauna facilleties were tiny and the jacuzzi was not warm. There were food on the peanuts on the floor. One employee jokaked about almost killing my friend after giving them a chocolatebar which contained nuts after complaining about the peanuts on the floor and stating they were a health risk. The interious was not supermodern. Nice staff still.

Very happy with our stay in a standard queen room, felt like a more luxurious room tbh. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and the customer service was splendid. The sauna facilities were included in the price, was a big plus to find jacuzzi and steam sauna there as well. Beds were very comfortable!

It’s a good hotel with very favorable location. The rooms are small but cozy. There is basically everything you need but… breakfast is not that good. There are all sort of things but in the end not that tasty and I come out from the breakfast still hungry. And it’s easy to get lost in the hotel.

A nice hotel in a good location. Room price includes access to sauna department which has a nice yacuzzi. Right in the middle of Joensuu, bonus points for a friendly 24/7 reception.

In April 2016. At breakfast hot food was cold. The front desk was hard to find and impractical. The room where I'm staying at, was really subpar. The price of accommodation, however, was closer to 150 euros/night. The worst hotel experience, which is the point of my hurt. A visit to this hotel was the first and the last.

Nice staff, good location, but the room was very dark and cramped.

Spent here one night in winter. The building old, but the room was nice and warm. The double bed was comfy, but bathroom was tiny. I had a good night's sleep. TV was new and the wifi was fast and uninterrupted. The garage is in the same building, grocery store as well. Pharmacy is just across the road.

It's in the city center. Have a nice restaurant and coffee place. Can enjoy free sauna
