Excellent hotel to bring your pets to! My dogs were lucky to join me on my stay with all the treats and attention they received from the hotel staff. The room was also nice and tidy and the breakfast was good. The hotel is situated in the centre of town so pretty much everything is near by.

Awesome hotel. Central location, 10 min walk from train station, and embedded in the IsoKristina mall, so plenty of restaurants and bars walkable without winter attire. Lakefront close by. Bus lines close by. Note hotel has gym and sauna but gym lacks a treadmill (walk 5 mins to Lehmus OY for full gym at 5 euro a good deal).

I gave this hotel 5 stars because it met every need I had for a one week stay for work. The breakfast was delicious and had many options, my room included its own sauna (never had that before!), the shower always had hot water, the WiFi worked great, I slept comfortably all week, the gym was nice, and the hotel spa/sauna were very nice to use in the evening. Lovely stay at this property. Helpful service from the reception team. Rooms are very comfortable and had all the linen etc you could ask for. VERY short walk to the marina area. If you’re a traveller with mobility concerns, consider how you would walk around town as it is at the bottom of a hill.

We stayed only one night but it was very pleasant, the room was comfortable and clean. I think it was a nice touch that each room was dedicated to a soldier. We particularly liked the location and it's next to a great pizza place for lunch or dinner.

Very nice and clean Hotel that is close enough to everything that you can easily walk. They have good parking too and breakfast was standard Finnish breakfast that keeps you going until lunch.

Good one-night stay we had here. Friendly personnel, fair room, good breakfast buffet... they even serve an ice-cream in it. Also great "Hemingway's bar" downstairs where we had a nice rest after the flight to LPP. Nothing to complain about except the price which is a bit high...

Rested one day, very much. In the room settled ahead of time, the staff is friendly, a swimming pool and sauna, Internet in every room (not just at the reception), location was Central. The room we had was simple but good.

The hotel at C grade, but with a plus. C grade is the ratio of price and quality. The price is high and the number hi of the 80s. Plus it's the attitude of the staff and the restaurant. By the way the staff in Russian hardly spoke, and on the Booking. Som information is deceptive

The host very friendly and the extra finnish breakfast there was worth to try. There was a great trail walk nearby along the lake side.

We visited Salpalinjan Hovi in May and were given a tour of the Salpa Line sights by Anne. She was very knowledgable and friedly. The hotel is beautiful. Styled very nicely and with plenty of character. A grest place to spend time.

I've been here with my family for two nights. Anne and Timo are really some of the kindest persons that we've met in Finland. They welcomed us warmly, and offered us all the information about nearby natural trails, attractions in the city and along the road towards our next stop. Location in the center of the city, nice cozy rooms. Staff is very polite and friendly and helpful. But don’t expect much like a wide screen TV. Toilets are outside the room. On the 3rd floor where I’ve lived there are 6 rooms and 4 toilets. Quite enough. And shower is on the second floor. So I would say it’s a good place to have a one-two nigh stay.
