The host was absolutely great, friendly and welcoming. Facilities and breakfast was good to. Our rooms were nice and clean.

The Inn itself as well as its closest surroundings are beautiful, as if transferred from the victorian era. A meeting was held in the premises and the meal afterwards. The place is well suited for e.g. holding meetings and eating afterwards. It's easy to get there and the signs are great all the way there. Allergies and special diets are well considered. Big recommendation.

We visited Naantali for a quick trip, and decided to eat here as the atmosphere looked nice. The tree vines offer a soothing escape from the sun. During summer though there may be a few annoying wasps flying around. Since we weren’t too hungry we ordered only one pizza. We got the MM-pizza and we liked it. The only truly shaded (and cool) terrace in Naantali. The "vines" give a nice atmosphere with the sun peaking in between the leafs.The staff could be more concious of hygiene especially now with C19. Our table had pieces of pizza on it from previous customers and the toilet lacked some cleaning (and toilet paper).

A very nice hotel, suitable for vacation travel. It is far from the city. There are singers and bands performing on weekends, and you can experience local features such as saunas.

This hotel gives the impression that it had its heyday in the 1970s and not changed much since. Nearly everything looks a bit run down and dirty. Most of the time, there's very annoying elevator music playing all through the house. Staff are reasonably friendly, but don't seem very happy about working here. The spa is okay, if basic. Really nice and peaceful place! We were traveling with a dog and were pleasantly surprised when we found bowls and dog treats in our room. The territory next to the hotel is well maintained, with a beautiful view of the pier from the garden. We liked everything except the food in the restaurant. The buffet was expensive but the choice of dishes was very small.

Could update the rooms a little bit but it was nice anyway. Kind of stuck in the 90s. Food was decent and location is awesome. It's difficult to get any services from the Spa if you don't book well in advance.

The rooms are basic but there is everything you need. I used the hotel to take an early flight from Turku airport and it was a good choice because the airport is only 10’ by car. Breakfast is ok. Parking is free but you must remember to type your license plate on the tablet at the entrance. There is no reception but all the info are sent by email and SMS

I rolled in the pub. It was sad to hear that they have been in operation for half a year already. I would say the lack of advertising... Nicely renovated, themed nights are welcome and the staff is, to say the least, excellent. This is what the West Center of Turku needs!

Overall the room was clean and nice. There was some problems though. WC seat was broken and we had to put the blanket inside the cover ourselves. And there was no extra pillow and the only one was very low. Breakfast was quite good.

Good location, right next to the river. Rooms are very outdated and worn down. The air in the room stands still. Feels like there is no oxygen. Receptionist just told us that is because there is no airconditioning but it almost feels like that the rooms are not ventilated at all. Beds are nice and we enjoyed the breakfast as well.

The reception service is amazing! We had some need for help out from normal hotel duties and we got served better than we could have imagined! Room was clean and cosy. Breakfast is well organized with small specialities from normal daily routines.

I am baffled by the negative reviews this hotel has received. When we stayed in a family room over the Christmas period I was impressed by the size of the room, its cleanliness and the fact that there were three proper beds. The staff were were very accommodating and breakfast was delicious.

Booked a room for 3 adults. Located on top floor. Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet. Good location, right in front of bus station and 10min walk from main square. Lovely as always We tried a superior room and we can say that we prefer the standard. Bed was too soft and also there were more sounds then when we had room with window not pointing to tori area. As always excellent staff and room was clean and well lit. We only had one hand towel but it was fine since we were only staying one night.

You guys have the best shampoo ever XD. Everything was perfect. And gosh I wished I could find that shampoo where I live I will come again if I ever have the opportunity again [Edit-reply] Yes it was lumene's products however they told me they only sell that shampoo to you/ hotels. Great location, minimalistic design. At first sight, it looks ok. Yet, when you start using the room, you notice a lot of dirt (stains on the walls like someone dropped coffee, traces of products in the bathroom, etc etc). No soap or shampoo. Nobody does your room, so it is not nice if you stay many days.

New and freshly renovated rooms, very clean and beautiful view. The website has some issues tho, when trying to order an extra 2hours of time, after choosing payment method nothing happens, just a blank screen which was quite frustrating 😤

I stayed here for two nights late July, the room was clean, tidy and the breakfast was soooo good! Staff were kind and friendly and didn't hesitate to patiently help us with our booking. What I didn't like about the room was my view which opened to an ugly neighbor wall but I personally didn't really care about the view since I was in the city most of the time. I do recommend this place.
