I give it 5 because the little one really liked it, and for adults 4... We booked the spa through the hotel, but parking was not included in the hotel price.

Slides and pools for adults and children, I really like the black sauna, the outdoor pool. Right in the spa area there is a Hezburger and you can have a snack with the kids.

Keskinkertainen
Siisteys todella heikko kylpylässä, muutoin oli puhdasta yleisissä tiloissa, sekä hotelli huoneessa.
Huoneiden äänieristys tosi heikko.
Aamupala oli perinteinen eli keskinkertainen tyypillinen hotelli aamupala.
Rakennus kaipaisi saneerausta varsinkin kylpylän puolella.

Muutoin reissu meni hyvin ja asiakaspalvelu oli ystävällistä.

A former luxury spa, perhaps a bit run down. The family room is spacious and the spa is nice. The place closes too early on weekends, so it's worth going for a swim as soon as you arrive. Hesburger was closed even though it was supposed to be open according to the opening hours. The food at the Classic Pizza restaurant came quickly, and food was good.

It's an old hotel, which does have its charms. Unsure about the room cleanliness... One of us found a grape on the floor and we had a strange brown, foul-smelling brown lump stuck on the bathroom door... 😱 There's no housekeeping though I do see the carts, staff weren't particularly friendly, the room was a little incomplete (missing some included amenities). The hotel buffet is abysmal. Dishes seemed...dirty. There were stains and leftover food (?) on some of the plates. Breakfast is passable due to variety but lunch and dinner are pretty awful. The main "hot" dishes tended to be way overcooked to the point of it being complete mush. Absolutely NOT worth the price for the buffet.

Kids like here, as hotel guests can also visit to water theme park. The hotel is a bit old, but still acceptable. I don't like the parking service -- hotel doesn't provide free or discounted parking for guests, and it is quite expensive, I spent almost 30€ for the parking.

This is the year 2025, awareness should be everywhere, and it seems to me that the hotel management is either completely unaware, not selfreflected enough or simply sympathising with colonialist structures and reinforcing racism and stereotyping by choosing this type of interior. One thing is that hotel architecture and/or design stopped evolving in the 80s or 90s, but if cultural and historical awareness and professionalism stopped evolving even then, then clearly the concept and strategy needs to be rethought!

Additionally the scrambled eggs (breakfast) tasted like chemically processed plastic :(

Needs a renovation, has not changed in 20 years so it starts to show in the rooms. Cheking in on paper. Noisy and needs cleaning. Broken furniture in room and mold in shower. Positives was beds probably new as they where good. Breakfast was ok. Enough parking space for cars.

First time back in Finland in 14 years and my family and I had a WONDERFUL time! The staff were courteous, friendly and extremely helpful, both in terms of helping us find fun things to do and facilitating our needs. Top marks and sincerest gratitude to all the staff.
