We chose this hotel because it was the cheapest option in Turek during the August long weekend. There are plenty of attractions here, but they come at an additional cost. If you have the time and inclination, you're sure to find something to enjoy. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. There's also a pub, restaurant, and pizzeria on-site.
We considered our stay a very enjoyable one, even though we didn't have time to enjoy the various entertainment options offered by the hotel.
There's a K-market nearby, but I recommend shopping at the more affordable Sale.
The city center is about 30 minutes from the hotel. Public transportation is available if needed.

We rented a standard room and was no aircon or atleast broken. My toddler and us were not able to sleep because of the heat and windows can’t be open. The tiles were old and slippery and no squegee, my toddler slipped twice. There are lots of dust flying when I moved the curtain. The ceiling lamp was covered with dusts. No small fridge at least. The breakfast buffet was nice.

I give it 5 because the little one really liked it, and for adults 4... We booked the spa through the hotel, but parking was not included in the hotel price.

Slides and pools for adults and children, I really like the black sauna, the outdoor pool. Right in the spa area there is a Hezburger and you can have a snack with the kids.

We tried it. It looked way better than we feel.
Windows couldn't be blocked with curtain. Shower was broken, we had to pay 15€ per day for staying there with out car. And we had to pay additional 50€/day to use the swimming area. All we were quite sure we already paid for.
So, it was among the cheapest hotel in the beginning but it turns out to be very expensive.
Whatsoever, the swimming area is awesome and the kids love it. 👍👍

Disappointed with our stay considering this is marketed as a four-star hotel. The room lacked basic amenities you'd expect at that level — no minibar, no quality toiletries, and only one nightstand. The bathroom floor flooded after a shower, and the overall condition of the room felt very worn and tired.
Breakfast was okay but very basic, with ready-made options and nothing that really stood out. We had to leave early and were disappointed that no early breakfast was offered.
On top of that, parking was surprisingly expensive, which added to the overall underwhelming experience. Wouldn’t recommend unless expectations are kept low.

0/10. DO NOT recommend. This place was so dirty and the rooms were insanely hot. No one could sleep and the kids were crying because it was so hot in the rooms. I even called the front desk and they said “well close the curtains”. Which they were already closed but didn’t help. We suffered through the night and immediately left in the morning. The kids had fun at the pool but again it was very hot and the water was also hot. So basically we took a trip to hell. Will never go back to this place. Also all the food places close pretty early so didn’t get dinner either. Had to settle for a sandwich from R-kioski.

A former luxury spa, perhaps a bit run down. The family room is spacious and the spa is nice. The place closes too early on weekends, so it's worth going for a swim as soon as you arrive. Hesburger was closed even though it was supposed to be open according to the opening hours. The food at the Classic Pizza restaurant came quickly, and food was good.

It's an old hotel, which does have its charms. Unsure about the room cleanliness... One of us found a grape on the floor and we had a strange brown, foul-smelling brown lump stuck on the bathroom door... 😱 There's no housekeeping though I do see the carts, staff weren't particularly friendly, the room was a little incomplete (missing some included amenities). The hotel buffet is abysmal. Dishes seemed...dirty. There were stains and leftover food (?) on some of the plates. Breakfast is passable due to variety but lunch and dinner are pretty awful. The main "hot" dishes tended to be way overcooked to the point of it being complete mush. Absolutely NOT worth the price for the buffet.

Kids like here, as hotel guests can also visit to water theme park. The hotel is a bit old, but still acceptable. I don't like the parking service -- hotel doesn't provide free or discounted parking for guests, and it is quite expensive, I spent almost 30€ for the parking.
