Hotels in Oulu

Breakfast is very good but the rooms are not really nice and clean maintained. Even when asking for new cups, we received a dirty one. The bathroom shower is right on the floor, so half the room becomes wet when showering 🙁

The Hotel is located in Main place and it has very good rooms. But I am really disappointed with the Room services and cleaning. I have stayed there for 6 nights. My room was not cleaned daily though I have asked them to clean. The Glasses and cups are not replaced. Coffee pouches not refilled. The towels smells very bad. After many follow up they cleaned the room and replaces the cup and Glass but...

I just visit as a tour around hotel. I will not know about other experiences. But as it's best location at center of Oulu and great view from 6th floor with private sauna room makes me to think it's nice spot to chill around.

For the same price, this was nowhere near as good stay as Marski in Helsinki. No chromecast, no tea or coffee in the room, no cream or normal cow milk in breakfast, no fried eggs or waffles either. The only positive was a really nice customer service.

Awesome hotel with polite customer service, nice restaurant with lots of options and pet friendly which came really handy. Our dog got a goodie bag which included a toy, litter bags and a bowl for her to drink from. Would recommend!

Otherwise a good hotel, but poor beds.

We had a lovely staycation here with Kids. Junior Suite with a jaquzzi was super, modern and big! One of the best breakfast spot in Oulu. Really nice staff. Amazing playground for Kids downstair. Super sauna-area and gym. Best hotel in Oulu with excellent location!

We had nice stay, hotel room was tidy, comfortable and modern. Breakfast buffet is simple but nice selection and fresh food was added throughout breakfast.

When you travel with your own car, this hotel is handy. Parking, especially the parking garage is good enough. Breakfast is excellent, particularly early in the morning when the warm food is still hot. It was suprising that there was even skagen available. Cosy, clean room. Good beds.

This is a Scandic chain hotel near Oulu railway station. Booked it because this was the cheapest hotel I could find for that date. Scandic Oulu Station is located only a short walk from the train station on a quiet street, still close to the amenities and sights of the city centre. My room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet had a good range of hot and cold options available. Everything worked well for a overnight pitstop, but not big emotions. Quiet location near trainstation. Breakfast were with Scandic standards. Rooms are luckily renovated nowadays. For this property you can easily reach city and trainstation by foot.

Old hotel with a small facelift does not so mutch. The room was clead but bathroom smell from the sewer was not so nice. The room was hot because there was not any aircondition available. The fridge in the room was warm so it could not be used. If you want to have quality time, do not wisit this place. Renovation would be useful.

There it nothing to do for children. There is a small play corner, but it's in the back of breakfast room and only in use during breakfast. Why is it not elsewhere? If you have small children, go somewhere else.

Spa department is not that modern anymore, for example there is no cold water pool, but if that isn’t a big deal for you, this is a good place to go and spend a weekend. Breakfast is generous. Vicinity of the sea is a good bonus.

Everything as promised on the website. Very good location - sea, nice walking paths and supermarket in walking distance. Good air condition in the room. Small but otherwise nice spa, excellent gym which opens early enough, 5 am. One minus point for the fact that the hotel would seem to need a bit of renovation.

It is quite convenient for business travel, the room is clean and tidy, and the service is OK. The price in Oulu is still quite expensive.

We stopped overnight at the Radisson Blu in Oulu during our road trip. We got a parking place for our car in front of the main door, there were also parking spaces for hotel guests in the hotel's backyard. The reception staff was most friendly. The hotel is at prime location, connected to Market Square and Lake. It lives up to its reputation of great rooms , very good breakfast and hygiene standards. This hotel has family room accommodation which is so convenient. Quick checkin. Gentle nd courteous staff. Thumps up !!!

Had an amazing experience at this place. We stayed here for 7 nights. The view of the city's hustle and bustle was beautiful from our apartment window. We had booked for an included breakfast package, which was super convenient for us. They had a nice variety of delicacies to offer at breakfast time. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are convenient to sleep in. Everything I needed was there. Keyless entry system worked smoothly for me. I also liked the location. My room was situated directly above a late-night karaoke bar, which was part of the hotel. At 4 a.m., I was awakened by a drunken and off-key rendition of Eric Burden and the Animals' "House of the Rising Sun." The only criticism is that there were 2 pieces of tea bag ..if you arrive late...take something to drink with or you use the bar downstairs or walk to the shop...

For the location, price and rooms I really have nothing to complain. Breakfast was one of the best I've had for this price, very diverse buffet table. We had sauna in the room even for the same price as without sauna and of course we had to go for it. When was the last time you had morning sauna in your hotel?

Unless you shy away for a 1km walk to the centre, this is a beautiful place for either a meal, a drink or a stay. It usef to be an old folks' home - that's where the name comes from.
