A fantastic place for a trip to the Arctic Circle. There are a lot of activities to do in the vast grounds. It is especially recommended for those with children.

The hotel was clean, but there were no amenities. The shower had limited hot water and got cold quickly.

I feel that the level of hotel waiters varies greatly. Some are very enthusiastic, while others are very bad. Especially the guy who came to the room to light the fire. I even suspect that he has ****. It is really scary. The hotel environment is beautiful, but the indoor hygiene is not very clean. There are food crumbs on the quilt... The breakfast is also mediocre, and the dinner is unpalatable....

Enjoy our stay. It’ll be better if they can provide shutter between aurora building, Kello and art gallery.

Nice resort with friendly and supportive staffs

Staying here was a very unique experience. Whilst, during our 2 night visit, we didn't get to see the northern lights, we still enjoyed our stay specifically the glass igloo on the west village, the buffet breakfast, and just walking around the village. The dinner service can be improved as we noticed that if you dine in at a much later time let's say after 6pm the service can be slow due to the staff...

Enjoyed our stay there. Very cozy lounge, best hotel to do all Lapland Winter activities. They have spa and sauna facilities . Sauna is functional only 3-9 pm so could not use it. Book your Aurora spa in advance as it is mostly full.

Holiday Club has beautiful apartments with in build Sauna and Barbeque space. The kitchen is well equipped with good utensils. They also have hot dryer to dry clothes. The bed are also cozy to sleep in. The location is very nice as the ski resort is just 400m away from the place. There are lot of restaurants and groceries store nearby. These Appartment are value for money.

I stayed at an apartment with my family for 5 nights. The apartment was well equipped with furnished kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and warm. The reception was a bit far for us from the apartment considering walking in snow with a toddler. Throughly enjoyed our visit. The apartment came fully equipped with everything you would need to make meals and feel right at home. We had a fabulous view from the balcony. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Will be staying here again. Couldn’t recommend enough.

My travel partner slipped on ice and broke their arm. The hotel was very helpful in navigating emergency care, medical resources, and providing us with the support (to go meals) throughout the stay. It is a place close to the ski resort and a romantic place for couples. The view from the top of the mountain is beautiful. The accommodation is clean and warm.

Amazing hotel in Lappland. Great service, all the activities like husky and reindeer sleighing, aurora hunting or snowmobile tour were perfectly organized and a once in a lifetime experience. What a wonderful hotel with a even more wonderful team! We had a great stay and everything was perfect, the food, the rooms, the ambiente, the activities. Everybody was so friendly and always make us smile. Especially Maria is such a super waitress, she was always so courteous and make us laugh with her sayings at the dinner or breakfast. Hotel with good location and basic-level nice rooms (no negative and positive surprises). Friendly service, and breakfast selection was broad and delicious.

Everything is excellent!👌 Room size is quite big, there is also a balcony. Kettle and mini fridge are included. Very good breakfast, various food.

The glass igloo was so homey and cosy, with an amazing view. I looked forward to coming back to this little home after a long day on the slopes. Quite a basic hotel but lovely atmosphere for all of the Lapland antics 😀🎅 Kids loved the buffet breakfast and dinner and easy access to great sledge/toboggan Hill ( bottom of ski piste) and the Artic Cirlcle Centre. For the hotel Summer is low season. The first night of our stay there was a motorbike rally which inflated the number of guests while on the second night there were hardly any visitors. This was a large and seemingly almost empty hotel when we stayed as part of a tour. It looked fairly new with modern furnishings. Location of this hotel is great, it is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a supermarket and about a 15 minute walk to saariselka ski and sport resort. Rooms were clean but a little dated. Breakfast had a decent selection at the buffet.

This hotel has very large and comfortable rooms. Even included a sauna in the room. The lounge area was very roomy and comfortable. The on downside was that the shower was over the bath. Breakfast was served in an adjoining building and was a let down, the food was often cold and not much variety.

We booked through Santa's Lapland and their team were fabulous. Saariselka was a picture post card place. We booked the 3 night 4 day package, will book 4 night next time. The extra activities we did husky ride and snowmobile search for northern lights on Christmas day unbelievable. Then saw the northern lights later that night.

Atmoshperic and magical location, and the resort premise itself feels really peaceful. Spacious living room, cozy bedrooms. Great sauna after which is an inviting to roll in the snow :).

Apartments and common areas are great. Bad side is that we have never received room we have reserved and paid even we have visitted here several times. They give similar and that is very confusing.

Nice place for two adults, floors cool, but slippers were for the house. Plus landscapes from skylights, e.g. starry sky in clear frost and heated windows. Note that it often winds in the fell and there are no trees to protect, so bring warm clothing.

Excellent accomodation, with excellent scenes, excellent facilities, excellent location and comfortable bed. My unit is the first unit at the east, so I can see sunrise every morning. Few hundreds meter walk to Kaunispää tower can see aurora.

Great cabin, your left alone a text to give you a pin to a key lock to enter your cabin, quite, chilled area and cooking facilities, the sauna is amazing!

We stayed in a cottage indimenticabile.Il Arran holiday is really at the edge of the forest, great location and full of nature. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts and the kitchen is well equipped. We were lucky enough to see the aurora borealis 3 times, a real delight. The owner helped us step by step in the booking and also for the activities we did. We hope to be back!

Rooms were amazing, everything you need and cozy. Sauna was good. Very confusing to find the check in but it seems to be because of temporary relocation due to fire. Good value. Location not ideal but not problematic. Would be amazing in a better location and with a view.

Accomodation is small and okay. Everything you need and very clean. You get breakfast vouchers and you can have breakfast 300m away. But - let's not call that breakfast. It was the most terrible "breakfast" i ever had based on quality and number of choices.

Decent pricing and accommodation, lacks some finishing. Audio equipment is old and does not function with smartphones, TV is bad and signal is poor. Bed is amazing and hotel room is beautiful.

Stayed here for a few nights in the off-season. The room and the building were nice and the interior was fresh and new. It was nice to have a private sauna time. The soundproofing turned out to be pretty bad and the breakfast was mediocre at best, but the price was super cheap for such a nice room and the location was so good that the negatives didn't really matter too much.
