This resort was exactly what we wanted. Despite being large and fully booked, most of the time we felt like we had the entire vast Lapland wilderness to ourselves. The glass igloo was warm and comfortable. The service was well organized and the only issue was that they were short handed -which would impact the speed of services.

We had the best two nights as we saw Northern Lights from our Igloo (Warm and comfortable🥰) one of the best experiences in our lifetime. Walking around was magical! we had a great time while at the Resort. It is very nice, that the glass Igloos have their own Bathroom with shower and their own Sauna now. It would be nice, if shower curtains could be installed in the bathrooms. Service was really good, whenever we needed help. They were always very fast in supplying, whatever we had asked for. A fantastic place for a trip to the Arctic Circle. There are a lot of activities to do in the vast grounds. It is especially recommended for those with children.

Perfect resort for a family getaway. Young kids will love this place — snow play is everywhere, and there are gentle slopes ideal for beginners to sled. Rooms are smaller than usual, which is understandable for a resort focused on children’s activities. Overall, a fun and family-friendly stay.

Cozy hotel in the middle of the woods. Great place for viewing the northern lights if the skies are clear. The hotel staff even arranges for warm beverages and midnight snacks. We got to see them for both the nights that we stayed here! The experience was surreal and out of this world!!

Great experience in large apartment. Lot of convenience, cleaned, not used by 500 customers. Near of supermarket, gift shop and natural park. Customer service was perfect. Breakfast price a little excessive.

It is a place close to the ski resort and a romantic place for couples. The view from the top of the mountain is beautiful. The accommodation is clean and warm.

Amazing hotel in Lappland. Great service, all the activities like husky and reindeer sleighing, aurora hunting or snowmobile tour were perfectly organized and a once in a lifetime experience. What a wonderful hotel with a even more wonderful team! We had a great stay and everything was perfect, the food, the rooms, the ambiente, the activities. Everybody was so friendly and always make us smile. Especially Maria is such a super waitress, she was always so courteous and make us laugh with her sayings at the dinner or breakfast. The hotel was clean, but there were no amenities. The shower had limited hot water and got cold quickly.

I feel that the level of hotel waiters varies greatly. Some are very enthusiastic, while others are very bad. Especially the guy who came to the room to light the fire. I even suspect that he has ****. It is really scary. The hotel environment is beautiful, but the indoor hygiene is not very clean. There are food crumbs on the quilt... The breakfast is also mediocre, and the dinner is unpalatable....

Enjoy our stay. It’ll be better if they can provide shutter between aurora building, Kello and art gallery.

Nice resort with friendly and supportive staffs

Staying here was a very unique experience. Whilst, during our 2 night visit, we didn't get to see the northern lights, we still enjoyed our stay specifically the glass igloo on the west village, the buffet breakfast, and just walking around the village. The dinner service can be improved as we noticed that if you dine in at a much later time let's say after 6pm the service can be slow due to the staff...

The Location of the Apartments is truly wonderful within a snowy forest. Breakfast is a few km away in the Shopping Center - No Problem If you have a Car as you can start your acitvities directly after breakfast from there. The B&B is very good and the environment is very good, but the check-in and breakfast are not in the same place. I have to drive to the supermarket to get it separately. I am a little helpless, but I called for information and they explained enthusiastically. The breakfast is also very good!

Atmoshperic and magical location, and the resort premise itself feels really peaceful. Spacious living room, cozy bedrooms. Great sauna after which is an inviting to roll in the snow :).

Excellent living space, shared lounge area, shared Sauna and pool areas. Wonderful external surroundings, cross country ski lanes. Jonni and Anna very helpful. Only negative was cleanliness /food left in room kitchette shelving, storage etc and generally need updating. Will be back😎
