Perfect resort for a family getaway. Young kids will love this place — snow play is everywhere, and there are gentle slopes ideal for beginners to sled. Rooms are smaller than usual, which is understandable for a resort focused on children’s activities. Overall, a fun and family-friendly stay.

Cozy hotel in the middle of the woods. Great place for viewing the northern lights if the skies are clear. The hotel staff even arranges for warm beverages and midnight snacks. We got to see them for both the nights that we stayed here! The experience was surreal and out of this world!!

+ breakfast was good + staff is very kind - Long way to my room - No translucent curtains. Anyone could see into my room. - dark, unfriendly corridor - worn-out furniture (photos) - sagging bed - for that, the price (77 € / night / on person) is in my opinion too high A refrigerator would be nice.

Great experience in large apartment. Lot of convenience, cleaned, not used by 500 customers. Near of supermarket, gift shop and natural park. Customer service was perfect. Breakfast price a little excessive.

This resort was exactly what we wanted. Despite being large and fully booked, most of the time we felt like we had the entire vast Lapland wilderness to ourselves. The glass igloo was warm and comfortable. The service was well organized and the only issue was that they were short handed -which would impact the speed of services.

Location of this hotel is great, it is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a supermarket and about a 15 minute walk to saariselka ski and sport resort. Rooms were clean but a little dated. Breakfast had a decent selection at the buffet.

This hotel has very large and comfortable rooms. Even included a sauna in the room. The lounge area was very roomy and comfortable. The on downside was that the shower was over the bath. Breakfast was served in an adjoining building and was a let down, the food was often cold and not much variety.

We booked through Santa's Lapland and their team were fabulous. Saariselka was a picture post card place. We booked the 3 night 4 day package, will book 4 night next time. The extra activities we did husky ride and snowmobile search for northern lights on Christmas day unbelievable. Then saw the northern lights later that night.

Stayed for just one night. The hotel has a good atmosphere and there are many guests. The environment is also very good. The decoration of the room is relatively old and there is a small terrace. Maybe it has been opened for a long time.

What a wonderful hotel with a even more wonderful team! We had a great stay and everything was perfect, the food, the rooms, the ambiente, the activities. A fantastic place for a trip to the Arctic Circle. There are a lot of activities to do in the vast grounds. It is especially recommended for those with children.

The hotel was clean, but there were no amenities. The shower had limited hot water and got cold quickly.

I feel that the level of hotel waiters varies greatly. Some are very enthusiastic, while others are very bad. Especially the guy who came to the room to light the fire. I even suspect that he has ****. It is really scary. The hotel environment is beautiful, but the indoor hygiene is not very clean. There are food crumbs on the quilt... The breakfast is also mediocre, and the dinner is unpalatable....

Nice resort with friendly and supportive staffs

Staying here was a very unique experience. Whilst, during our 2 night visit, we didn't get to see the northern lights, we still enjoyed our stay specifically the glass igloo on the west village, the buffet breakfast, and just walking around the village. The dinner service can be improved as we noticed that if you dine in at a much later time let's say after 6pm the service can be slow due to the staff...

The Location of the Apartments is truly wonderful within a snowy forest. Breakfast is a few km away in the Shopping Center - No Problem If you have a Car as you can start your acitvities directly after breakfast from there. The B&B is very good and the environment is very good, but the check-in and breakfast are not in the same place. I have to drive to the supermarket to get it separately. I am a little helpless, but I called for information and they explained enthusiastically. The breakfast is also very good!

One of the places to remember forever! We received the most wonderful hospitality from Juuso and Nicky. Never met owners/hosts that are so dedicated. Everything you need is available. In a good location. Walking distance to the shop, the track and other services. Quiet apartment. Already a bit weathered, but pretty cool.

We stayed for 5 nights and same breakfast menu was served for all the days. There should be some variations. At the time of checkout, water bottles should be given as complimentary.

Overall nice stay! Buffet was delicious and probably the best buffet I have ever had. Rooms were very nice, especially if you’re lucky enough to have a sauna in your cabin. $40 credit for VIP membership didn’t do much. It was for public sauna or snow shoe rental only.

I didn’t expect to be able to book a trip to the Glass House using Ctrip. I happened to encounter the aurora at night in the glass house. It was really wonderful to watch the aurora while lying on the bed. Meals are included in the hotel, which basically includes three meals a day. All you need to do here is enjoy it.
