Nice location and comfortable stay

Everything about the place was beautiful. The appartments were too good to be true :) Worth every penny

Enjoyed our stay there. Very cozy lounge, best hotel to do all Lapland Winter activities. They have spa and sauna facilities . Sauna is functional only 3-9 pm so could not use it. Book your Aurora spa in advance as it is mostly full.

Quiet, peaceful and well organized stay. But there wasn't enough material to light a fire in a stove.

Holiday Club has beautiful apartments with in build Sauna and Barbeque space. The kitchen is well equipped with good utensils. They also have hot dryer to dry clothes. The bed are also cozy to sleep in. The location is very nice as the ski resort is just 400m away from the place. There are lot of restaurants and groceries store nearby. These Appartment are value for money.

The place is amazing and beautiful you can see the good landscapes during the day. But honestly the staff is not the best, if you go by car you will be lost all the time! A great way to experience the Arctic Circle. We did not see the lights but the beauty of the place was worth the journey. The XC skiing was excellent and the snowmobiling was fun. Bundle up and expect high prices!

This by far one of the most interesting hotels I have ever stayed in. I loved the service. The staff is very friendly and willing to help and advise on anything. The local restaurant makes a delicious food. The breakfast does not change from day to day but dinner does and everyday is as good as the day before. I'd recommend this place anytime.

i stayed in the east village igloo which is nearer to the main check in lounge and with a clearer view. It belongs to the "bucket list" kind of accommodation. My travel partner slipped on ice and broke their arm. The hotel was very helpful in navigating emergency care, medical resources, and providing us with the support (to go meals) throughout the stay. It is a place close to the ski resort and a romantic place for couples. The view from the top of the mountain is beautiful. The accommodation is clean and warm.

Amazing hotel in Lappland. Great service, all the activities like husky and reindeer sleighing, aurora hunting or snowmobile tour were perfectly organized and a once in a lifetime experience. What a wonderful hotel with a even more wonderful team! We had a great stay and everything was perfect, the food, the rooms, the ambiente, the activities. Everybody was so friendly and always make us smile. Especially Maria is such a super waitress, she was always so courteous and make us laugh with her sayings at the dinner or breakfast. A fantastic place for a trip to the Arctic Circle. There are a lot of activities to do in the vast grounds. It is especially recommended for those with children.

The hotel was clean, but there were no amenities. The shower had limited hot water and got cold quickly.

I feel that the level of hotel waiters varies greatly. Some are very enthusiastic, while others are very bad. Especially the guy who came to the room to light the fire. I even suspect that he has ****. It is really scary. The hotel environment is beautiful, but the indoor hygiene is not very clean. There are food crumbs on the quilt... The breakfast is also mediocre, and the dinner is unpalatable....

Enjoy our stay. It’ll be better if they can provide shutter between aurora building, Kello and art gallery.

Nice resort with friendly and supportive staffs

Staying here was a very unique experience. Whilst, during our 2 night visit, we didn't get to see the northern lights, we still enjoyed our stay specifically the glass igloo on the west village, the buffet breakfast, and just walking around the village. The dinner service can be improved as we noticed that if you dine in at a much later time let's say after 6pm the service can be slow due to the staff...

Everything - beautiful little cabin, great location, staff were amazing (Juuso was our main man start to finish and he was superb, so helpful and friendly, recommending things to do and restaurants, driving us about and sorting stuff out for us). The location is beautiful! Juuso and Nicky were such amazing host! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best vacation. The Aurora cabins are fabulous! Such a magical place to view the northern lights right from your bed! Activities (huskies, reindeer and snowmobiles) were very convenient as well.

I didn’t expect to be able to book a trip to the Glass House using Ctrip. I happened to encounter the aurora at night in the glass house. It was really wonderful to watch the aurora while lying on the bed. Meals are included in the hotel, which basically includes three meals a day. All you need to do here is enjoy it. For the hotel Summer is low season. The first night of our stay there was a motorbike rally which inflated the number of guests while on the second night there were hardly any visitors. Location of this hotel is great, it is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a supermarket and about a 15 minute walk to saariselka ski and sport resort. Rooms were clean but a little dated. Breakfast had a decent selection at the buffet.

This hotel has very large and comfortable rooms. Even included a sauna in the room. The lounge area was very roomy and comfortable. The on downside was that the shower was over the bath. Breakfast was served in an adjoining building and was a let down, the food was often cold and not much variety.

We booked through Santa's Lapland and their team were fabulous. Saariselka was a picture post card place. We booked the 3 night 4 day package, will book 4 night next time. The extra activities we did husky ride and snowmobile search for northern lights on Christmas day unbelievable. Then saw the northern lights later that night.

The B&B is very good and the environment is very good, but the check-in and breakfast are not in the same place. I have to drive to the supermarket to get it separately. I am a little helpless, but I called for information and they explained enthusiastically. The breakfast is also very good!

Apartments and common areas are great. Bad side is that we have never received room we have reserved and paid even we have visitted here several times. They give similar and that is very confusing.

We were there in wintertime and it was amazing. The houses are very cute and clean. It is nice that you have your own doorstep. We had a nice tiny house experience. The park is simple but nice and on walking distance from the centre of Ivalo. The owners are happy to answer all your questions. We booked their husky-, snowmobile- and aurora safari. Very friendly staff, comfortable accommodation and good location

Good place for overnight stay with your tent or caravan. Far away from the main road, so no noise during night time. Available services in tent area: WC, Shower, Small kitchen (w/o fridge), electricity available only in caravan parking

Lovely huts and camping close to the lake, very nice facilities too

Super cute place with good breakfast. All basic comforts are available and you can plan your activities at the location itself (if you are unsure of online booking)
