The reception. A very serviceminded and helpful receptionist, Barbie, got us all we needed and a very nice room too. The breakfast was very good.

Comfortable hotel in The City Centre. Rooms were prepared well, very clean. We used the sauna, which is a quite big (men and women separate). The restaurants food are great. Very kind staff!

I was very satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff a good food. Just the square is now completely under reconstruction. Will come back.

Probably the only price competitive alternative for a nusiness trip staying in Turku. Located directly at the market place with shopping mall at opposite and many pubs and restaurants around. Only 20 minutes from airport. Huge hotel with own pub and restaurant as well as dedicated sauna space. Rooms are tidy, matrasses are good as well.

Good customer service; clean and elegant rooms that come with all manner of comforts - including refrigerator, clothes iron, sewing kit, tea kettle and cups, bible, plus tea, instant cocoa, honey and a library of books in the hallway. The hotel breakfast is massive and caters to all types of alternative diets, including gluten free nd vegan. The best hotel breakfast I've had in years!

Good sized room with comfortable bed. Hotel was clean inside and breakfast was good, full of variety for all tastes. Spa was less than expected and basic refreshments were expensive. While checking in, the staff showed no enthusiasm. No feeling of welcome even in the Finnish language. Entertainment in the evening was quite dull also. Yes it's nice to relax sometimes, but this felt more like a retirement...

This hotel gives the impression that it had its heyday in the 1970s and not changed much since. Nearly everything looks a bit run down and dirty. Most of the time, there's very annoying elevator music playing all through the house. Staff are reasonably friendly, but don't seem very happy about working here. The spa is okay, if basic. The food is a mixed bag, a la carte was pretty good, if quite expensive...

Really nice and peaceful place! We were traveling with a dog and were pleasantly surprised when we found bowls and dog treats in our room. The territory next to the hotel is well maintained, with a beautiful view of the pier from the garden. We liked everything except the food in the restaurant. The buffet was expensive but the choice of dishes was very small.

Could update the rooms a little bit but it was nice anyway. Kind of stuck in the 90s. Food was decent and location is awesome. It's difficult to get any services from the Spa if you don't book well in advance.

The hotel is nice , good room , big and clean, customer care was good. Beautiful views around, I didn’t use the spa area. The breakfast there some critical points: the scrambled eggs tasted disgusting, there was no butter only margarine . But for the rest was quite ok breakfast buffet.

Went for a quick cup of tea with friends. Experience was positive and atmosphere was very nice. It is a kind of open area restaurant/lounge bar, but there are many types of seating from couches to bar chairs. Will go again.

This place is relatively expensive for what it is. I booked the business room and it was a bit worn out with several things not working properly (starting with the door) or badly designed (with the chandelier hanging too close to your head at the dining table). I ordered a steak in the room with a glass of wine and some fruits and I spent more than n euros which I find expensive relative to rest...

I d say one of the best hotels in the city, near the river with a good service and beautiful view , lots of conference rooms and looks classy:)

I went there around 0830 for breakfast only on a Sunday morning. Nothing much is open in Turku on a Sunday morning apart from the hotels. It's a short and lovely walk away from town, well worth the time. I paid at the reception and got a voucher. The buffet situated on the second floor. Me and partner stayed 2 nights here. Early check-in went easy and a last minute change was easily accepted by the hotel. Breakfast has a great selection off options, even for vegans and vegetarians. I only spent a night and it was quite pleasant. The sauna was really good. Breakfast was magnificent with so many great options.

Expected more from a Scandic hotel. My double-room had only one wardrobe, the waterboiler was missing and the power-sockets, by the bed, gave no room for an actual (phone-)charger. Plus there were some damages on/from the furniture. Ending on a positive point: the bathroom was clean and the desktop was big and made of glass(which made it perfect for both eating and working).

I had a room with windows on street level and only dark curtains, so I did not like it, but room was clean and bet was good. Another rooms probably better.

you get what you pay for. its a cheap place to stay. I havent stayed in a single bed in a hotel for quite a long time.. this place is due for a facelift at some stage, but until then its a cheap place to stay for business, has a decent breakfast and gets the job done.

Our first breakfast was nightmare, there were too many people. There are two bistros and it may be confusing which breakfast you should be. Great in many ways. Comfortable beds, clean big quiet rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. Could be even better: Add fresh orange juice for breakfast. Info on sauna details could be made more clear for foreigners already in the lobby or clearly in the room. Service friendly but not very fast.

Located on top of Kupittaa railway station. Next to the hospital and a business district. Has some parking in the basement, and only 4 EV chargers. Luckily there are more of both just across the road. Rooms are nice. Little on the smaller side, but clean and comfortable. My biggest gripe is the build quality of the building itself. Good basic hotel in general, the breakfast buffet was clearly better than average with wide selection and taking into account e.g. special diets and so forth.

You guys have the best shampoo ever XD. Everything was perfect. And gosh I wished I could find that shampoo where I live I will come again if I ever have the opportunity again [Edit-reply] Yes it was lumene's products however they told me they only sell that shampoo to you/ hotels. So many good things to say. I stayed here this past week, arriving late Monday evening and leaving Friday morning. Slight issue is that the first thing I did on the Tuesday morning was slip, dislocate my ankle and break my leg in 4 places. Not ideal, and I should point out that I did not do this in the hotel. Hotel is located in center of the city. Breakfast is really good, rooms are nicely cleaned based on guests preference. Surrounded by market place, supermarkets and market place.

I liked everything in the hotel, the central location too makes it easier to get all that you need. Well designed family rooms.

The room we stayd in was clean and quiet, mostly, and the service was great. The only reasone I didn't give a full 5/5 stars was, I could hear someone drumming in a nearby bar(?) and the sound carried into our room. But the sound was barely there, so it didn't bother us, that much. All and all, a great place to stay in for a city-vacation!

One of the best sokos hotels around Finland, and I have been to a lot of them. Lovely desing and great location.

For the prices it's pretty awesome. The room was cozy and had enough space for us. The location is pretty much perfect near the bus and train stations and The city centre as well. Nothing about Tuure is that special, but it's just a nice, cheap place to sleep. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely inn near Kupittaa train station. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Grocery store nearby. The service was stellar and I loved the “movie star” themed room! Spacious bathroom, all the amenities I could have hoped for, and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again!

A wonderful place! I have spent my three months with happiness and joy. Excellent amenities. Despite having a huge, beautiful public kitchen I also had a kitchenette in my room. Life was good. And the landlady is simply adorable, so supportive and so friendly. Thanks Anna-Maija

Energic owners making good work. Room that we got was personally, clean, big, and what's interesting very CHEAP! If you're looking good place to sleep over night at your holiday, work travel or you're budget traveller this is you're place to rent A room. Inn22 is almost next to Center of Turku/Åbo and you can also walk to watch Dome church of Turku.

Great place, great staff, cheap but good over nighting, self service kitchen, great for families, quiet area, with grocery store 150 meters from hostel.

Location by the lake was very nice. The hosts were wonderful and the breakfast was great. The house was very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic hosts, the breakfasts were AMAZING, and the barbecue really great. The location was wonderfully relaxing, ideal for running, walking, swimming. The public sauna 200m away was great.
