The reception. A very serviceminded and helpful receptionist, Barbie, got us all we needed and a very nice room too. The breakfast was very good.

Comfortable hotel in The City Centre. Rooms were prepared well, very clean. We used the sauna, which is a quite big (men and women separate). The restaurants food are great. Very kind staff!

I was very satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff a good food. Just the square is now completely under reconstruction. Will come back.

It was our second visit to Holiday Club Caribia, Turku. Surprisingly we got exactly the same room to stay as of previous time in 2021. The swimming pools are the best part of the hotel, the rooms were not properly cleaned up, we found lots of dust in the corners of the room. Bathroom was better than the last visit. Overall, it was a good experience being in Caribia.

Very average hotel with poor adult facilities, but a great place for children. If you want to relax and spend time there as if you are in spa hotel, it is not a right place. Children are everywhere. Also they have quite bad sound isolation in the rooms. You will hear every cry.

I only used the spa. I loved that you can swim outside also in winter, the steam sauna and the jaccusi. The entire hotel otherwise is a bit old fashion though cosy. Good location with bus stop in front of the hotel, river very close by for great walks.

Great for kids, we spent most of our time there in the pools with ours & they loved it, indoor pools, outdoor pool, water slides, sauna, steam sauna, hot tubs, plunge pool... Believe there's also smoke saunas but unfortunately missed that. Mini golf & the two treasure hunts (in lobby & pool area) were also a hit, as was the games area. Apartment rooms were nice & clean with all you would need.

Felt very out of date and slightly unclean. AC was not working. Could hear a lot of noises but atleast during night it was quiet. A little bit dusty in places.

The room we stayd in was clean and quiet, mostly, and the service was great. The only reasone I didn't give a full 5/5 stars was, I could hear someone drumming in a nearby bar(?) and the sound carried into our room. But the sound was barely there, so it didn't bother us, that much. All and all, a great place to stay in for a city-vacation!

The hotel is nice , good room , big and clean, customer care was good. Beautiful views around, I didn’t use the spa area. The breakfast there some critical points: the scrambled eggs tasted disgusting, there was no butter only margarine . But for the rest was quite ok breakfast buffet.

The spa facilities were ok but they really should get an outdoor hot tub or sauna. That way guests could go directly from the cold ocean water directly to something warm.

The place has potential located at the most beautiful site but the owners haven't updated the facilities and many things would reguire service and change. Spa is spacious, peaceful and suitable for adults. Children are not allowed there without their parents.

An old prison turned into a boutique hotel. A lot could have gone wrong but absolutely nothing did. Perfect balance between old and new, harsh prison environment and modern luxuries. Basic hotel with comfortable beds and general design, location is just perfect. There's no reception at all in the place, there's no other facilities to make you more comfortable. If you really want to enjoy your stay in Turku, you better stay in kylpylä like Holiday Club Caribia, prices are different but totally different atmosphere!!

Great location, minimalistic design. At first sight, it looks ok. Yet, when you start using the room, you notice a lot of dirt (stains on the walls like someone dropped coffee, traces of products in the bathroom, etc etc). No soap or shampoo. Nobody does your room, so it is not nice if you stay many days.

New and freshly renovated rooms, very clean and beautiful view. The website has some issues tho, when trying to order an extra 2hours of time, after choosing payment method nothing happens, just a blank screen which was quite frustrating 😤

Very nice apartment, modern and stylish, includes everything one would need for a pleasant stay. Rooms are very spacious and quiet, with large windows allowing lots of natural light in. I really like the interior adding old historic elements to the perfectly polished Scandinavian style. The whole place was very clean and tidy with a small garden also well kept.

Went for a quick cup of tea with friends. Experience was positive and atmosphere was very nice. It is a kind of open area restaurant/lounge bar, but there are many types of seating from couches to bar chairs. Will go again.

Its a nice and cosy hotel. It's clean and affordable. They have a nice staff and a really good breakfast buffet that is way above average, with a large selection including healthy food. I enjoyed my stay and I would definetely go here again if I ever visit Turku again.

Nice, clean room, except for a mildew problem in the shower. Looked like needed a structural fix to really make it right. Bed was comfortable and reasonably quiet for being mid-city. Breakfast buffet had tons of options from cereal to fish. Helpful staff and reasonable price for great location.

I stayed here for two nights late July, the room was clean, tidy and the breakfast was soooo good! Staff were kind and friendly and didn't hesitate to patiently help us with our booking. What I didn't like about the room was my view which opened to an ugly neighbor wall but I personally didn't really care about the view since I was in the city most of the time. I do recommend this place.
