I loved the rooms. They were clean and you also had a microwave and mini fridge. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was excellent. Loved the stay.

Breakfast was sufficient. Room was oldish without air condition and possibilities for ventilation were limited but clean and nice. There was a fridge to keep beverages cool. Ok with price requested.

Decent hotel, clean room, excellent breakfast. The hotel is located 15min from Turku by car in sort of an industrial estate. On the plus side, a supermarket is across the street and there are plenty of parking spots.

This place is more for workers hotel now, not for tourists, great breakfast anyway and sauna closes 21.00 pm.

10 e lunch buffet. Old building with a nice classy interior. When we visited there was no vegetarian options in the buffet so they kindly made us a separate dish. Salad table, bread and dessert all good.

What can I say? Incredibly cozy and warm atmosphere, great food & coffee and an amazing staff to top it off! Lunch hours and weekends tend to be crowded, but still worth the visit. You'll also find lambs and chickens here during summer, so animal lovers and kids will love it.

They could've made it a really nice place if they would've just cleaned it up, the problem is not that the rooms aren't clean, just that the place(outside) surrounding the rooms aren't the most pleasant. The place does on the other hand support handicapped people, considering their option for people with wheelchairs to bathe in the lake close by. On the beach by the lake there is a ramp going down...

Fantastic hosts, the breakfasts were AMAZING, and the barbecue really great. The location was wonderfully relaxing, ideal for running, walking, swimming. The public sauna 200m away was great.

A lovely inn near Kupittaa train station. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Grocery store nearby. The service was stellar and I loved the “movie star” themed room! Spacious bathroom, all the amenities I could have hoped for, and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again!

A former luxury spa, perhaps a bit run down. The family room is spacious and the spa is nice. The place closes too early on weekends, so it's worth going for a swim as soon as you arrive. Hesburger was closed even though it was supposed to be open according to the opening hours. The food at the Classic Pizza restaurant came quickly, and food was good.

Kids like here, as hotel guests can also visit to water theme park. The hotel is a bit old, but still acceptable. I don't like the parking service -- hotel doesn't provide free or discounted parking for guests, and it is quite expensive, I spent almost 30€ for the parking.

It was our second visit to Holiday Club Caribia, Turku. Surprisingly we got exactly the same room to stay as of previous time in 2021. The swimming pools are the best part of the hotel, the rooms were not properly cleaned up, we found lots of dust in the corners of the room. Bathroom was better than the last visit. Overall, it was a good experience being in Caribia.

Very average hotel with poor adult facilities, but a great place for children. If you want to relax and spend time there as if you are in spa hotel, it is not a right place. Children are everywhere. Also they have quite bad sound isolation in the rooms. You will hear every cry.

The hotel was hosting many families with small children when we visited and managed to provide prompt, attentive service despite the number of guests. The location was perfect for accessing the river walk and excellent restaurants.

Simple hotel with good location. The toilet construction needs improvement. Toilet roll is far away from toilet seat. Showering will splash waters nearly everywhere. This is a good hotel in the center of Turku. It is a modern hotel with decent rooms. The room was large, clean and quiet with a view of the main city square. Breakfast was tasty with a good range of things to eat. The hotel is in a good location - in the center of the town and only a few minutes walk from the river.

I would recommend it to everyone without reservation. It was a really good breakfast!

City Center location Have stayed here before, a couple of times.. like the location, the restaurant is ok, breakfast is very nice, roof top bar also very nice. The parking is ok, but when the departmentstore is closed you have to walk all the way around outside with the luggage… not so convenient.. the rooms are ok, but a little boring and worn. Lovely as always We tried a superior room and we can say that we prefer the standard. Bed was too soft and also there were more sounds then when we had room with window not pointing to tori area. As always excellent staff and room was clean and well lit. We only had one hand towel but it was fine since we were only staying one night.

You guys have the best shampoo ever XD. Everything was perfect. And gosh I wished I could find that shampoo where I live I will come again if I ever have the opportunity again [Edit-reply] Yes it was lumene's products however they told me they only sell that shampoo to you/ hotels. The shampoo avaible on their website are not the same as the nordic collection you have in your rooms

The room is spacious, bright and clean (especially since we just arrived in Turku from London, we felt that the room was super big). The only downside is that the facilities are outdated and there is not a single USB port, which is not very friendly for people who don't have a conversion plug. It is unimaginable that mobile phones cannot be charged now.

Good location, right next to the river. Rooms are very outdated and worn down. The air in the room stands still. Feels like there is no oxygen. Receptionist just told us that is because there is no airconditioning but it almost feels like that the rooms are not ventilated at all. Beds are nice and we enjoyed the breakfast as well.

I am baffled by the negative reviews this hotel has received. When we stayed in a family room over the Christmas period I was impressed by the size of the room, its cleanliness and the fact that there were three proper beds. The staff were were very accommodating and breakfast was delicious.

Good location only a short walk to the city centre. Parking Sundays on the street free of charge, any other day you must pay a parking fee. The hotel is outdated. Located next to the centre and all the activities, with polite staff and great rooms. The only bad side is the quite expensive parking near the place, if you are coming with a car or course. Highly recommend it for anyone staying in Turku.
