Really good value for money. Stayed in family room and it was very spacious. Clean and well equipped. The location is really convenient - next door spa availability and walking distance (5 minutes) to the center and train station. Reasonable parking price.
Missed breakfast time so can’t comment on that.
Of course it’s apart-hotel not the 5* hotel, so let’s adjust our expectations, however it definitely deserves more on average than actual rating on google (3.8), hence boosting with 5 star review.

- The reception team was very nice, but the lady who looked like she was in charge of the dining room was very rude. Everyone was polite except her. Don’t know why she thought she could speak down to clients.
- The room was ok for the price, given it’s nice location.
- SERIOUS:
I was scammed by their Booking.com account. Their account was hacked and I got charged twice on my bank account. In 4 weeks I had received at least 4 attempts to get me to pay again by telling me my booking was going to be cancelled. Finally, I had to cancel my credit card and go through a long process with the bank. On the day of my stay, I was still receiving scam messages from their account.
For a serious business, 4 weeks was more than enough to get the problem solved. This is NOT OK.

If I could give -100 points, I would give them -100 points. Never book a room in this hotel or Golden Tulip. It's dangerous.
The fire alarm went off, the power went off, and everyone ran out of the dark building. My family was scared, and there was a smell of burning rubber in the corridor. Since there was no staff at the front desk after 20.00, we had to go to their sister hotel Golden Tulip according to the contact information they gave us in advance. We didn't dare to stay there again, and hoped to get a refund (check in at 19:00, check out at 21:00). Then the front desk told us that there was no refund after making us wait for more than an hour because the supervisor was not there. We were told to come back tomorrow. We were also deceived about the reason for the alarm. So we spent 250 euros on the same day and moved to another hotel. We came again the next afternoon, and the same result was given, and we were told that there was no refund and the supervisor was not there. But don't worry, the fee will not be deducted (booked through agoda), just need us to wait patiently.
We continued our trip, thinking that they would solve it, but it was shown that the amount was deducted 1 week later. So we contacted Agoda, but were told that the hotel had not responded, so the deduction could not be cancelled. Then we continued to complain, and were told that the hotel could only refund about 15 euros because we wanted to check out. The alarm did not affect our stay.

Quite a lot dust in the air not sure if it is very common in this area. Reception staffs are all very friendly during my stay. No room clean during the whole 3 nights stay which surprised me a little bit.

They blocked 451 euro on my card a few days before my arrival. Once there they charged another 507 euro on the same account. 9 days after checkout 451 euro are still blocked, in fact 2 days 2 rooms at this hotel had a cost of 958 euro... unbelievable!!!
Stay out of Loges du Park, is not a good one, shady, vintage furniture, not so clean, parking is 13 euro, breakfast is not a big deal (and charged separately), don't repeat my huge mistake, there are much better & cheaper choices in Aix-le-Bains

In the confirmation it told us that the apartment could sleep 2 adults plus 2 children. When we got there they told us that there was only one double bed but if the 4 of us wanted to sleep in one bed there were no problems. If not, they gave us another apartment with a sofa bed for 20 euros more.

It's not as bad as Google says. I think the price is good. The room is clean, the breakfast is OK, the front desk is very friendly, it's close to the train station, and you can pay extra for the spa next door, but minors can't go there, so we didn't make an appointment. I'll come again next time.
