A really great welcome
The cleanliness of the room nothing to say.
The only little thing that was missing was the heating slightly.
We plan to return soon.

This is a very nice hotel on the lake. The rooms are clean, the staff welcoming and ideally located. A small parking lot for customers. Small downsides, the walls are thin and you can be disturbed by neighbors as well as the setting up of the restaurant in the morning. The view is beautiful. I recommend.

Beautiful site on the shores of Lac du Bourget, versus Aix-les-Bains and beautiful hotel atmosphere.
A vintage and modern scent at the same time, a welcome with simplicity and courtesy, parking facilities and a very appreciable catering service, A very present and preserved aesthetic. A feeling of vacation and suspension of time which brings serenity. A form of “Dolce Vita”.

Flawless ! Great place, comfortable beds and a pillow menu, clean. No air conditioning, but for us it was perfect.

We liked it so much! Perfect place by the lake, good restaurant for dinner and breakfast, amazing service. Only best recommendations. Merci!

As far as I am concerned, unfortunately for us (Mrs. and myself), after a "direct" reservation at the hotel, we had to cancel at the last minute due to health reasons. As planned when booking, invoice paid 24 hours before our arrival (general conditions of sale), and bing, health obliges, we cancel this reservation by telephone the evening before... Without waiting for my question about the possibility of: (1) refund, (2) a corresponding credit, (3) possibly a small discount on a future reservation... The person on the phone, understanding this event, tells me not to worry, and promises us a refund within the stride 👍 . Thank you for this commercial gesture which unfortunately is gradually being lost. Hotel already visited by a member of my family was not surprised by this gesture when it comes to the sympathy of all the staff. Looking forward to planning another great weekend in this splendid region and of course making the most of this address.
Of course, I would not allow myself to judge the hotel by itself, but it seems to be an excellent place to stay in Aix-les-Bains

We stayed at the Beau Rivage stele for one night and left with pleasant impressions. The rooms correspond to the description and photographs. Slightly shabby renovation, but this even adds to the charm. The hotel is located on the shore of the lake, from the room you could see both the water and the mountains.
There is parking.
Classic French breakfast (croissant, baguette, fruit, drinks) for 10€ per person!
