Hotel Arles Plaza
Arles, 45 Avenue Carnot 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool, Heated pool
Great value for money! Only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Arles, clean, comfortable, good service and has a pool.
Located 10-15 minute walk from historic district. Parking lot at the hotel (which was essential for our needs). The staff was helpful and even helped us place calls to find our lost luggage
The rooms were SUPER clean and housekeeping came every day (which seems uncommon after COVID). Also, a really decent value for what you get. All in all, this hotel checked all the boxes for our family
As a group, we were not allowed to eat in the main dining room, we had a separate banquet room, which would have been ok, but the food offered to us was not the same as was served in the restaurant, and was truly awful
I had three beds in my room and it was very spacious and large windows were great to get some light in during the day
One of the reasons I booked this was due to the secure parking and it was easy to get around the small city

I didn’t learn that there was a pool until I heard someone mention it when we were checking out. My little girl would have loved that
The street noise was obvious but I still slept very well and that is how I usually judge my hotel rooms. The room was fairly large and clean, but I think it was missing some more furniture, like an armchair
Very good service, clean room, excellent breakfast! The best location in town.
It took me almost ten minutes to get hot water when I arrived but it worked well in the morning when there was few more rooms using hot water. The location was good and I would be happy to stay here again
Then I requested towels for the pool and it was said that they ran out of pool towels and the housekeeping didn't wanted to give any others for us to use
All the croissants had been scoffed and there was no sign of pancakes I heard about when we got down for breakfast at 9:30 but I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious fresh melon and you can boil your own eggs

Very well located hotel near the old center. Easy access by car, valet parking (optional) very practical.
Comfortable room, welcoming and responsive staff.
Great swimming pool for a little dip in the morning.
We loved our stay at Jules Cesar. The staff were incredibly friendly with us. The Pool facilities with bar/snacks was absolutely fantastic. The spa was beautiful. We are excited to stay there again.
Inside the room, there are plenty of snacks and drink in the bar area and all of them are free. The place is clean and the staffs are really friendly. They provided Arles map and explained the recommended places to visit
Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was small compared to x rooms we had booked on previous stays. The bed was a bit small for the size of the room. The value for money compared to the room is a bit high.
Excellent experience! We are here now in room 206. Super professional and helpful staff, great valet service, everyone is lovely and professional. The room is beautiful and comfortable
An old house with charm. Good location. Many restaurants nearby. Very close to the Colosseum. There is a spa. I didn't have time to experience it. It's a pity

Overall good stay. :)
Thanks
The price is cheap and the room is big and nice. It is quite far from the train station, you need to take a bus, and there is still a short distance from the bus station to the hotel. This town has a hidden danger
The public transport was suspended on Sundays. We had to catch the train on Sunday. At first, we pushed our suitcases to a distant bus stop to catch a bus. We waited for a long time but no bus came
There was no one on the road and no cars. Later, we pushed our suitcases all the way to the train station, which took about two kilometers
Wonderful hosts and superb dining as well. The 2 chefs are lovely people, welcoming, and made some superb sea bream. Loved our stay here
The rooms were not the best, AC really noisy, shower drain cap broken, and door locks not working properly (had multiple keys to one room), they refused to come up and check it out

We have just left the establishment delighted with memories in our heads. Place with lots of spaces, mini golf, horses nearby and a very nice swimming pool (a little cold for the season)
The meals were very varied, there was something for everyone. The heated pool was very nice but lacked a few shaded areas
We found the pool a bit cold and umbrellas for protection would have been welcome. The meals were plentiful, good and varied. The restaurant would benefit from extending its opening hours until 1:30 p
Efficient and friendly servers but above all a top-of-the-line room manager, very attentive, extremely efficient and with an excellent memory. He even improvised a birthday song for my son with his team
The setting is very nice, the staff very friendly, helpful, accommodating and always with a smile. The room was well equipped and more than met our expectations
A comfortable room (very good bedding), quiet. Really nice, smiling and helpful staff ready to do whatever it takes to ensure that we have a great stay

A beautiful little hideaway in walkable distance from the city center (although the 15 min walk along the main street is no highlight) Nice Pool. Breakfast absolutely delicious
Poolside very nice to relax after a days exploring. Reception very helpful with recommendations for places to eat etc. great value for money we would definitely recommend
The hotel is close to the Van Gogh Sanatorium. There is a small town nearby where you can eat. The hotel also has a swimming pool and the room is very small.
The room I was given needed a bit of renovation (electric plugs etc. I was there in winter, probably in summer with garden, pool etc. the hotel is much more enjoyable
There were some little issues with the room, but they were fixed instantly and in a friendly way. Bicycle rent possible (we did not use it)
Very friendly laid back hotel
Very convenient hotel located very close to Arles , only 5 minutes by car.
Quite clean and very friendly.

The property is paradise. I especially liked the way it was lit up at night. I like to walk at night. The pool was an absolute lifesaver. It was very hot while we were there. The staff went above and beyond consistently.
I liked the location, outside of Arles but not too far. It had a tennis court, bikes and pool...my favorite hobbies! The gardens are just wonderful- make sure you explore. The rooms are all individually furnished.
We walked around their property for a nice morning walk. There are statues, water fountains and pools with koi. Wisteria and other blossoming plants and trees. The whole establishment was beautiful
Bohemian charm
Really individual hotel, completely secure, extensive grounds and great pool. Big family room, very comfortable. Very close to Arles
We drove in via sunflower fields. Large tiled pool with many sun lounges in sun and shade. No restaurant so only continental breakfast offered
Very very beautiful and unique

Visiting with a large group, we really enjoyed the pool- and bar area where we had drinks and swam in the pool with music in the background. Great service, drinks and atmosphere and a great place to rewind
Like this hotel so much. Will do again if visit Arles again.
Excellent rooms and pool. Front desk are very helpful. Our rooms are directly facing the yellow cafe.
Our room was delightful, breakfast by the pool was beautiful & delicious, and the staff was very friendly & accommodating
Then one day you find a gem like this, bang in the centre of town but rooms at the back as quiet as the countryside, run by the same family for nearly a century, staff ever so welcoming and nothing too much for them, no spas or widescreen TVs but such a pleasure to arrive at because you feel right at home
Rather nice old fashioned bar. Breakfast room has some charming original local art, there was a Picasso ( he stayed here) but done swine stole it. Family memoriabilia in the hall
Sometimes one feels that those modest but welcoming and peaceful family hotels, 2 or 3 stars, that you used to find all over provincial France have been wiped out by the chains

It is well situated, right across the bridge from the center of town. When I arrived, Jean-Pierre greeted me warmly. There is a beautiful outdoor area with a pool you can swim laps in
Hotel Mireille is a lovely old fashioned hotel on the other side of the bridge facing the old town centre. Rooms are small but hotel is very clean. The outdoor area is lovely and the swimming pool is wondetful
Friendly hosts, lovely pool. Quiet and clean rooms. No tea and coffee or fridge in rooms like the big chains but a charming garden and good breakfast cited close to the city centre.
We spent one night at this hotel but would happily have stayed longer, itinerary permitting. Reasonably priced, excellent location for exploring Arles and offering a lovely buffet breakfast
The friendly staff spoke English and were extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions. Unknown to us, our stay coincided with the bull fighting/bull running festival so Arles was buzzing
Very sympatic/welcoming owner, Jean-Pierre, will tell you everything to do in the beautiful city of Arles. A must-stay🛏😴 in Arles! 👍 Top Notch services !!! 🤙

Gorgeous building with stone walled rooms and great showers. Staff went out of way to help us. Breakfast such good value and excellent choices. Hotel right in the middle of the city and as convenient as could possibly be
I recommend parking at the Arles train station (if you have a car) and making the short 10 minute walk along the river to the hotel, since driving into the historic district is difficult (very narrow streets)
Very friendly, so quaint, clean, great location, walkable from train station if you want, easy car/taxi early morning back to train station, yummy breakfasts, staff helpful, quiet sleeps, we’d stay again!!!
Location is perfect for the Arles attractions, within a few minutes walk of most things. Breakfast was a buffet and they had all sorts of things like croissants, jams, eggs, pastries, fruits, yogurts
This family-owned hotel is beautiful, clean, with friendly and very helpful employees. I especially appreciate Sylvie who assisted us in enjoying a little picnic on the hotel terrace
Wide room, nice atmosphere, central location. Incredibly professional staff. Special thanks to Nada who was very helpful!!! I’ll come back for sure in this hotel

Good real swimming pool and decent breakfast (special mention for the bread). The only downside is the noise of cars if you like to sleep with the French window opening onto the garden
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool just warm enough. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, any snags were put right straight away
Good time, clean and tidy, large and pleasant rooms with patio doors opening onto the large and beautiful garden. Good value for money, with considerate and available bosses
Stayed with Naturetrek for 4 nights. Perfect spot for touring the area and plenty of walking and birds from the hotel. At the beginning of May we woke to the chirp of Sparrows and Nightingales singing every day
They even fed us at 11 pm when the Mistral had diverted us from Marseille to Nice on our arrival. Would have liked 2 options for our evening meal but food was delicious and local so minor point
Zwembad geen gebruik van gemaakt. Ontbijt en badkamer Prima.

Cosy hotel in the camargue. A bit old fashioned in 80s style but very charming. Nice swimming pool with a lot of privacy. Very kind owner who has a lot of tips on the region. Breakfast is ok but could use an upgrade.
Very good option to stay when you are traveling or searching for peace and relax. Rooms with balcony to the Garden and swimming pool
Beautiful small hotel resort with nice garden, pool, lovely breakfast on the terrace. Very nice staff who tried all possible to accomodate us after booking
Friendly, welcoming and very helpful proprietor and personnel. Pleasant and comfortable room with garden and pool view. Garden with chickens! plenty of outdoor seating in shade/sun as preferred
Good wifi!
Offers fresh bio eggs for breakfast! So you can have your « œufs à la coque » with eggs just collected. Open to give recommendations for restaurants and places to visit
As I came out of the summer season the hotel’s restaurant was close. Takes in account COVID measures!
I recommend it!

Friendly family run 3star Hotel located just at the Roman city gate, where the enormous food market begins every Wednesday. We liked that it is very clean and fast Internet everywhere. Reception is closed in the evening
When you reserve, call them directly for better rates. Hotel offers valet parking off site at 10,- €/day. There is no public parking inside the city walls of Arles, where everything can be reached by foot
Staff was very Nice and the hotel is well located. Rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated. If you’re looking to stay in Arles I would recommend this hotel. It also conveniently has a lift.
Good service and nice people. Clean and nice rooms...
Offer bare essentials. No frills, you get what you pay for. It's clean, staff are friendly and helpful and walking distance to all the sites
On plus: air conditioning and the location. Rooms are clean and pretty. Cleaning staff too Prices are ok, but the breakfast is sweet mainly. Not worth it in my opinion

Hello,
During our stay, there was no daily maintenance of the room. We had to ask for toilet paper, change of towels and shower gel. On the last day, there was no hot water in the hotel
Reception only speaks French and is not very open to those who do not speak the language. Otherwise, the hotel offers a good quality/price ratio.
It's a comfortable hotel for a one-night stay. The front door to the room didn't close properly and the air conditioning thermostat didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were very clean
It is good for a one-night stay if you are travelling in hurry and travel by your own transport because the location is near to the highway, but a bit away from the downtown
Hotel Première Classe Arles quite comfortable, the bedding is in good condition, the bathroom is rather run down....
The room is a bit cramp but it is okay for one night. It has an ample free parking which is very convenient

A beautiful oasis in the city centre. Easy walking distance to the Roman remains. No restaurant on site but plenty to choose from in the many leafy squares surrounding the hotel
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. I was disappointed they didn’t have a restaurant for lunch or dinner. That information should be available when making the reservation.
Very attentive, friendly and make you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, a tastefully restored Manor House in the centre of Arles
Clean, generously proportioned rooms retaining the original features of the old house/stable. It had its own terrace overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is what really makes this hotel
Very small 10 room boutique hotel. Our room on the second floor was very comfortable with a minimalist decor. Outside of hotel very unassuming but enter into very peaceful courtyard with a pool and garden
love this place!
Lovely space and all the staff is wonderful. In particular, Antonio is so nice and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times, some rooms are more interesting than others, but all are lovely

Very beautiful & comfortable old world charm Hotel. The host, Gauthier, was AMAZING! His English was perfect and he gave us many good ideas of what would be interesting to explore in Arles
Beautiful little hotel, friendly and accommodating fellow at the desk. Nice breakfast and centrally located. Perfect rooms. Would return highly recommend.
Very nice place. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Kind employees
He helped make our stay fantastic!
Nice amenities from l’Occitane. Breakfast a bit congested with only a very slow machine dispensing coffee and water for tea. Breakfast could be improved with some more options and wider spread
The room was small but very pleasant and freshly refurbished in nice and calming colors. The bed was extra comfortable, nice sheets. Bathroom spotless, the sink really small, without a light

Comfortable but dining service slow. Food was cold!!
Stayed for 9 nights during a heat wave, 28degrees and no air conditioning, opened the window and got bitten all night by mosquitos! Theres a good buffet breakfast and a restaurant for lunch and dinner
Lots of grocery shops and even a shopping centre within 5-10mins walk. Bedroom had a few cobwebs, broken lamp and really dated decor but at least there was daily housekeeping
Would be nice to have a kettle and tea bags in bedroom, although the staff were nice enough to let me use the coffee machine for hot water 5 times a day!! Thanks guys!
