Where to stay in Arles

Located 10-15 minute walk from historic district. Parking lot at the hotel (which was essential for our needs). The staff was helpful and even helped us place calls to find our lost luggage. The rooms were SUPER clean and housekeeping came every day (which seems uncommon after COVID). Also, a really decent value for what you get. All in all, this hotel checked all the boxes for our family.

Rooms are nicely updated and wel appointed. The front desk staff were nice and accompanying with our school group. The hotel was quiet. As a group, we were not allowed to eat in the main dining room, we had a separate banquet room, which would have been ok, but the food offered to us was not the same as was served in the restaurant, and was truly awful. Staff at the hotel was great and they wall were super helpful with a smile when you asked for something. I had three beds in my room and it was very spacious and large windows were great to get some light in during the day. One of the reasons I booked this was due to the secure parking and it was easy to get around the small city.

A really good hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast but quite understaffed which compromises the experience a bit as anytime you need to reach reception or ask any of the staff for assistance it takes a long time. The one receptionist on duty seems to be required to be a jack of all trades providing all assistance required from receiving guests, sorting out issues in your room and attending...

We loved our stay at Jules Cesar. The staff were incredibly friendly with us. The Pool facilities with bar/snacks was absolutely fantastic. The spa was beautiful. We are excited to stay there again.

It's located in a good place in the city, near from the Greek Theatre and the Roman Amphitheatre. Arles is not a social city: in the evening there is no entertainment, but there are many wonderful sights. Breakfast so poor, and food isn't so good. Rooms aren't so big and there were some misunderstandings with the room booking.

Comfortable and very well placed hotel, near to major tourist sites, shops and restaurants in Arles. Our room was clean and comfortable and well equipped including (pleasant surprise) a kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended! One warning: the hotel has underground parking but this should be booked in advance. Fortunately, some on street free parking is available nearby.

The hotel needs renovation and the parking is very small for modern cars. The breakfast is in a huge Hall and it was very loud. Besides that, the rooms are in good condition, you have a controllable A/C, a modern TV and good WiFi

The air conditioning in the bedroom was nice. On the other hand, we did not appreciate the cobwebs and the insects that were trapped there. We found the pool a bit cold and umbrellas for protection would have been welcome. The meals were plentiful, good and varied. The restaurant would benefit from extending its opening hours until 1:30 p.m.

Mas de la Chapelle is full of charm and character with beautiful grounds to stroll around. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I loved the eclectic decor and the bedroom was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Wonderfully quant estate style hotel, just beyond the outskirts of Arles. This is not a Best Western or Hilton: it's so much more! A truly boutique plane to escape to, with extensive gardens (6 hectares, I was told!) and lovely landscaping. There is a large pool by the house but quite secluded, and a spa that I didn't use. Hotel di musee is a fantastic place to stay in the city center, still close to the Rhone and parking spots. The rooms are lovely and breakfast is very good, patios are too lovely to be missed. Definitely suggested.

parking: offsite but you can park at the hotel and they'll drive your car there (book early, street parking is mostly impossible and nearby lots are not close). This is an adorable hotel with a restaurant attached. Rooms are small but you don't need a big room on vacation. The hostess was very nice and spoke English for us non French speaking tourists. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome stay at the Maison volvere. The rooms were clean and had a very nice interior. Also the food (breakfast and lunch) was tremendous, I recommend the pulpo and as a dessert the Mousse au chocolat! But I really have to say that the service was the best. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! If you want to stay in Arles this is sure the best place to stay! Merci :) we will come back!

It is such an amazing building and we would like to book our groups here but breakfast is a non starter. You can have an option of a croissant/pain au raison with jam, with a choice of apple sauce or fromage blanc but not both. What a wonderful find and a good value! With an ideal location for all there is to see in Arles, we chose very well. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was extremely comfortable and the whole hotel's decor was like a work of art. We were so happy we chose to have the savory breakfast as it was plentiful, delicious, and nicely served. Great place right next to the Arena and Forum. Not expensive by 2024 standards. Nice people working there. A dignified and very French breakfast served on site for 15€ each, just do it. Quirky, but modern art on the walls by 2Fak (look him up). Room was nice, with a very modern bathroom. Need was good. Cleaners use a bit too much smelly product when cleaning, but hey, everyone has a different tolerance...

A good old 3 stars hotel standard! Perfect location in the city centre, beautiful views from our room window - you get to see the Arles amphitheater. Probably the best breakfast we had in Provence!
