Arles, 1 Rue Emile Fassin 🧭 Map
The street noise was obvious but I still slept very well and that is how I usually judge my hotel rooms. The room was fairly large and clean, but I think it was missing some more furniture, like an armchair. The age of the hotel was clearly noticeable in the bathroom, the silicone around the bathtub was discolored and partly missing and the tub could have been cleaner. It took me almost ten minutes...
Good location, decent breakfast. The room was ok it did have an odd smell in the hallway and was a bit tired looking, but served a purpose for a night.
The room are not like in the photos. Are much older and at least mine was much smaller. I paied 2 days for breakfast and only ate once because there was really nothing especial and not worth the price. The good part was really the location and the pool. By the check out they asked me for the full amount when I had payed already in advance and they were about to charge me again. Then I requested towels...
It's right behind the tour office, and the location is great. Not only the reception, but also the staff are friendly and the room is clean. This is a room that reminds me of Van Gogh's yellow color.
Hotel according to the category, good position and clean and remodeled rooms. The breakfast was good, good quality and plenty of variety. The facilities in general a bit old but the room was fine, which is the most important.
I really appreciated the biscuits and tea/coffee and kettle in our room after an exhausting drive, and four complimentary bottles of water. Kind touch. All the croissants had been scoffed and there was no sign of pancakes I heard about when we got down for breakfast at 9:30 but I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious fresh melon and you can boil your own eggs. There were rashers and scrambled eggs...

Arles, Petite Route de Tarascon 🧭 Map
This place is at a tipping point, sitting down on its past glory. They need to put the price down or start refurbishing it especially the bathrooms. Please give love to the wonderful garden. Nota Bene: if you come, bring anti-mostiquo products!!
The location itself is stunning But access is via narrow country lanes
Mas de la Chapelle is full of charm and character with beautiful grounds to stroll around. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I loved the eclectic decor and the bedroom was clean, comfortable and spacious.
My husband and I stayed here for (unfortunately) only one night. We absolutely loved the place! It was so charming, beautiful, and romantic. Our room was the Indian room, and it was lovely. The breakfast was delicious. It was a full buffet of pastries, milk, juice, coffee, cheeses and meats, bread and difference jams, etc. just the most adorable and yummy French breakfast. The actual grounds of the...
great service, very helpful for figuring what sights to visit in the area; lovely pool and garden, though somewhat overgrown (romantic, if you’re that kind of person); rooms greatly vary: one of the rooms we had booked was spacious, comfortable and well decorated - on the other hand one room was over decorated and rather dark; breakfast not too much variety but great quality
Wonderfully quant estate style hotel, just beyond the outskirts of Arles. This is not a Best Western or Hilton: it's so much more! A truly boutique plane to escape to, with extensive gardens (6 hectares, I was told!) and lovely landscaping. There is a large pool by the house but quite secluded, and a spa that I didn't use. Cannot recommend highly enough

The staff was super nice, let’s us check in a bit earlier. And the place is like a museum. lovely
Sometimes one feels that those modest but welcoming and peaceful family hotels, 2 or 3 stars, that you used to find all over provincial France have been wiped out by the chains. Then one day you find a gem like this, bang in the centre of town but rooms at the back as quiet as the countryside, run by the same family for nearly a century, staff ever so welcoming and nothing too much for them, no spas...
Fantastic! What an amazing place to end the night at after a long day of exploring. The room I had (44) had an amazing view. Will visit again on my next trip up to Arles!
This was one of our more pleasant stays during our journey through the South of France. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Lovely location in central Arles.

Really enjoyed our one night stay here. Beautiful stylish hotel , very comfortable room. Will stay longer next time.
It is such an amazing building and we would like to book our groups here but breakfast is a non starter. You can have an option of a croissant/pain au raison with jam, with a choice of apple sauce or fromage blanc but not both. If you want an egg, you can only have it with bread and no croissant .No fruit offered. You are also served individually so it is a long wait if you happen to arrive like we...
What a wonderful find and a good value! With an ideal location for all there is to see in Arles, we chose very well. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was extremely comfortable and the whole hotel's decor was like a work of art. We were so happy we chose to have the savory breakfast as it was plentiful, delicious, and nicely served. We will stay here again when we return to Arles.
Great place right next to the Arena and Forum. Not expensive by 2024 standards. Nice people working there. A dignified and very French breakfast served on site for 15€ each, just do it. Quirky, but modern art on the walls by 2Fak (look him up). Room was nice, with a very modern bathroom. Need was good. Cleaners use a bit too much smelly product when cleaning, but hey, everyone has a different tolerance...
Big spacious room with plenty of storage, good shower room, big comfy bed and linens, would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location in the heart of the city
This lovely old building is a delight, with its eclectic art and old-world service. The rooms have been beautifully and tastefully redone, preserving their centuries-old stone arches, but completely modernizing the bathrooms. The beds are firm and comfortable. The staff were thoughtful and responsive to all our needs; the service was impeccable. Two breakfast services are offered, both good, and...

Very shabby exterior but fine inside. No lift, immaculately clean and everything worked well for a two star, nice enough breakfast. Parking a nuisance even for a motorcycle. No lift. Get a room with a river view. Friendly owner.
Bright and clean hotel perfectly located near parking, centre and riverside walk. Helpful and friendly owners made us feel welcome. Perfect breakfast after a good sleep in quiet rooms. A great value!
This was a small hotel on the banks of the Seinne. The location was ideal for exploring Arles. Our room overlooked the river Seinne. Arles is a delightful little town and when we visited there was a convention for photographers. The climate was ideal because we were basked in the gentle breeze from the mistral, a relief after the extreme heat of summer 2022. Arles had plenty to see and do. We also...
We had a great stay here Oct 17-19. Eric was very nice and helpful in recommending where to eat and what to see. Breakfast was nice in the hotel and early enough so we could get out to see the sights. Our room was not large, but comfortable, with a good sized bathroom with lots of shelves. We had reserved parking, which is right there at the hotel, Eric would open the private garage for us whenever...
I stayed in this very convenient, clean, reasonably-priced, and cheerful hotel with a friend for two days while visiting Arles and Les Rencontres d'Arles. Our view was onto the river which was lovely and our air conditioning unit provided a welcome and comfortable respite from the outside heat. We also enjoyed the abundant continental breakfast and it's close proximity to the SNCF station is another...
We were very lucky to find a room free during the first week of Les Rencontres. The receptionist was super kind and helpful! Really good location too!

The peaceful atmosphere, the friendly helpful staff
Every detail of the decor in every corner is perfection ! The garden / pool area is a retreat from the world ! And the staff so attentive and gracious hosts ! We enjoyed our stay so much and highly recommend a stay at L’Hotel Particulier
It’s difficult to even find the words to describe the perfection of this place. Aesthetics, comfort, decor, attention to detail, service…. One of my absolute favorite places I’ve ever stayed. Will be back
At first I didn't think it was so nice here, then I was in the rest of the city and suddenly it felt like paradise here.
We really enjoyed the place, a haven of peace. Very pleasant garden and pond, calm and cool. The room we had was very nice. On the other hand, we believe that the service (probably due to a limited number of staff) is not up to 5 stars. We waited almost 1 hour for our car. While we had warned the same morning of our departure. During this wait, we did not even have a glass of water offered. As for...

Cozy hotel at the perfect location, train station, city centre, restaurants, grocery stores are all nearby. Clean room, and despite located right at the square with many people, I didn't hear anything in the room. Warm welcome at the reception.
On a lively square a minutes walk from the old city streets. Room 23 has a balcony to watch the world pass. Guillaume the receptionist was super helpful. A 40 minute bus ride to the camargue Coast cost 1€..... Reccomended
Great value for money, rooms are clean, with AC, which was much appreciated given the hot temperatures. The location is perfect, and despite being in a square, there is no noise inside the rooms!
I leave 5 stars because of the location the cleanliness and Guilliuame - the manager . He is the kindest sweetest most passionate-about- his-city & personable manager I have encountered . I have stayed at many hotels and he is so invested in your stay + his love for Arles + your experience, it is innate for him - It’s a lovely revelation. I highly recommend being received well and having everything...
Cheap and minimalistic, this place is very well situated and does all that most will need from an hotel. The bed is large and the mattress comfortable. The room was surprisingly quiet for the location. The bathroom is well-thought. There is a fridge and two free bottles of water in it. A quiet AC. There is also a kettle with some coffee and tea. Nice terrace and friendly service!
Nice room and location but service is NOT good. Bar service very slow. Unhelpful staff when you need help navigating a challenging restaurant scene in Arles. There’s no restaurant in the hotel (fine), and the concierge can’t help book anything. There’s no room service either, as per the Concierge. Concierge can only provide small snacks for the terrace tables, when we asked for a menu, he said ‘I don...

The hotel was great overall, good location, spacious. However, it is quite old, and there was one night where the whole hotel stopped water supply from 10pm onwards. It was a bit inconvenient.
The hotel is really nice. Inside the room, there are plenty of snacks and drink in the bar area and all of them are free. The place is clean and the staffs are really friendly. They provided Arles map and explained the recommended places to visit.
An old house with charm. Good location. Many restaurants nearby. Very close to the Colosseum. There is a spa. I didn't have time to experience it. It's a pity
Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was small compared to x rooms we had booked on previous stays. The bed was a bit small for the size of the room. The value for money compared to the room is a bit high.
We loved our stay at Jules Cesar. The staff were incredibly friendly with us. The Pool facilities with bar/snacks was absolutely fantastic. The spa was beautiful. We are excited to stay there again.
Very well located hotel near the old center. Easy access by car, valet parking (optional) very practical. Comfortable room, welcoming and responsive staff. Great swimming pool for a little dip in the morning.

Good stay, breakfast on average, value for money. I like Ibis budget in general, of course you need to know the type of hotels are, basic and usually not centrally located.
Lovely hotel with the simplicity of ibis and just outside the old city. Therefore a good price quality ratio.
Wonderful hosts and superb dining as well. The 2 chefs are lovely people, welcoming, and made some superb sea bream. Loved our stay here
The hotel is located in a really good place for the school trip. The rooms were not the best, AC really noisy, shower drain cap broken, and door locks not working properly (had multiple keys to one room), they refused to come up and check it out. The breakfast was nice and the staff were really helpful when they wanted to be. But it was fine to spend 4 nights in. Though the rooms don't look great the...
Cleanesness and the soundproofing of walls...very good to sleep profoundly. The breakfast was so good... Thanks a lot Ibis Arles. It's fourth time we has booked here.

VERY NICE OLD HOTEL, WELL MAINTAIN, EASY PARKING, AND PARKING IS PROTECTED BY A GATE WITH DIGITS. HOPE TO BE THERE SOON AGAIN
Hôtel was okay. Breakfast was expensive. Nothing in the area. We had to drive everywhere
Good in general Good in general, I am giving only 3 stars because I would expect more from a 4-star hotel, anyway the price of my stay was not expensive. The room I was given needed a bit of renovation (electric plugs etc.). I was there in winter, probably in summer with garden, pool etc. the hotel is much more enjoyable. Breakfast was good.
A beautiful little hideaway in walkable distance from the city center (although the 15 min walk along the main street is no highlight) Nice Pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast absolutely delicious. There were some little issues with the room, but they were fixed instantly and in a friendly way. Bicycle rent possible (we did not use it).
Very friendly laid back hotel Very convenient hotel located very close to Arles , only 5 minutes by car. Quite clean and very friendly.
We had a wonderful stay here for visiting Arles and a day trip out to the camargue. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the first gate into Arles and start of the Van Gogh walking tour. Excellent vibe, excellent service and good food and wine. We had a lovely evening!
Restaurant here was spot on. Gravlax for starter was fresh & lamb rib for main was easily one of the best lamb dishes I've had in a long time.
Wonderful! Beautiful hotel, clean, great location. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again
This is an adorable hotel with a restaurant attached. Rooms are small but you don't need a big room on vacation. The hostess was very nice and spoke English for us non French speaking tourists. Would definitely stay here again.
We had an awesome stay at the Maison volvere. The rooms were clean and had a very nice interior. Also the food (breakfast and lunch) was tremendous, I recommend the pulpo and as a dessert the Mousse au chocolat! But I really have to say that the service was the best. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! If you want to stay in Arles this is sure the best place to stay! Merci :) we will come back!

Garden with chickens! plenty of outdoor seating in shade/sun as preferred. Quiet location on outskirts of Arles.
Beautiful small hotel resort with nice garden, pool, lovely breakfast on the terrace. Very nice staff who tried all possible to accomodate us after booking.com made a misstake and all family rooms were taken by the time of check-in. Cosy hotel in the camargue. A bit old fashioned in 80s style but very charming. Nice swimming pool with a lot of privacy. Very kind owner who has a lot of tips on the region. Breakfast is ok but could use an upgrade.
Very good option to stay when you are traveling or searching for peace and relax. Easy to arrive, near highway. Rooms with balcony to the Garden and swimming pool. Good wifi!
