Located 10-15 minute walk from historic district. Parking lot at the hotel (which was essential for our needs). The staff was helpful and even helped us place calls to find our lost luggage. The rooms were SUPER clean and housekeeping came every day (which seems uncommon after COVID). Also, a really decent value for what you get. All in all, this hotel checked all the boxes for our family.

Rooms are nicely updated and wel appointed. The front desk staff were nice and accompanying with our school group. The hotel was quiet. As a group, we were not allowed to eat in the main dining room, we had a separate banquet room, which would have been ok, but the food offered to us was not the same as was served in the restaurant, and was truly awful. Staff at the hotel was great and they wall were super helpful with a smile when you asked for something. I had three beds in my room and it was very spacious and large windows were great to get some light in during the day. One of the reasons I booked this was due to the secure parking and it was easy to get around the small city.

A really good hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast but quite understaffed which compromises the experience a bit as anytime you need to reach reception or ask any of the staff for assistance it takes a long time. The street noise was obvious but I still slept very well and that is how I usually judge my hotel rooms. The room was fairly large and clean, but I think it was missing some more furniture, like an armchair. The room are not like in the photos. Are much older and at least mine was much smaller. It's right behind the tour office, and the location is great. Not only the reception, but also the staff are friendly and the room is clean. This is a room that reminds me of Van Gogh's yellow color.

The hotel was great overall, good location, spacious. However, it is quite old, and there was one night where the whole hotel stopped water supply from 10pm onwards. It was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is really nice. Inside the room, there are plenty of snacks and drink in the bar area and all of them are free. The place is clean and the staffs are really friendly. They provided Arles map and explained the recommended places to visit.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was small compared to x rooms we had booked on previous stays. The bed was a bit small for the size of the room. The value for money compared to the room is a bit high.

We loved our stay at Jules Cesar. The staff were incredibly friendly with us. The Pool facilities with bar/snacks was absolutely fantastic. The spa was beautiful. We are excited to stay there again.

Great location Very accomodating to our early arrival. Nice room and great shower. Only complaint we had was the scratching linens and awkward bed pillows, which effected our sleep. Hotel is centrally located. What really stood out was the wonderful customer service. Every hotel staff was so friendly and welcoming. They offered free ice water, which was greatly appreciated as it was close to 100F. Also they offered laundry service for 13 euro per bag. Highly recommend, A+++++++++

Good stay, breakfast on average, value for money. I like Ibis budget in general, of course you need to know the type of hotels are, basic and usually not centrally located.

The price is cheap and the room is big and nice. It is quite far from the train station, you need to take a bus, and there is still a short distance from the bus station to the hotel. This town has a hidden danger. The public transport was suspended on Sundays. We had to catch the train on Sunday. At first, we pushed our suitcases to a distant bus stop to catch a bus. The air conditioning in the bedroom was nice. On the other hand, we did not appreciate the cobwebs and the insects that were trapped there. We found the pool a bit cold and umbrellas for protection would have been welcome. The meals were plentiful, good and varied. The restaurant would benefit from extending its opening hours until 1:30 p.m.

The room I was given needed a bit of renovation (electric plugs etc.). I was there in winter, probably in summer with garden, pool etc. the hotel is much more enjoyable. Breakfast was good.

A beautiful little hideaway in walkable distance from the city center (although the 15 min walk along the main street is no highlight) Nice Pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast absolutely delicious. There were some little issues with the room, but they were fixed instantly and in a friendly way. Bicycle rent possible (we did not use it).

We had a wonderful stay here for visiting Arles and a day trip out to the camargue. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the first gate into Arles and start of the Van Gogh walking tour. I liked the location, outside of Arles but not too far. It had a tennis court, bikes and pool...my favorite hobbies! The gardens are just wonderful- make sure you explore. The rooms are all individually furnished.

The property is paradise. I especially liked the way it was lit up at night. I like to walk at night. The pool was an absolute lifesaver. It was very hot while we were there. The staff went above and beyond consistently.

This place is at a tipping point, sitting down on its past glory. They need to put the price down or start refurbishing it especially the bathrooms. Please give love to the wonderful garden. Nota Bene: if you come, bring anti-mostiquo products!!

Charming old building near the Amphitheatre (as you'd expect). Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room on ground floor. Only problem was lack of storage: a short hanging rail but no drawers or cupboards, which would have been awkward if we'd been staying for longer than two nights. Good breakfast with particularly good coffee.

The hotel was a great location, but rooms smelled like mildew, don’t know if that’s because the building is so old or what. The bed was just ok and there was hardly any storage for clothes etc. we stayed in room 3 so maybe other rooms were better, but we had friends staying in another room and they also didn’t have much storage either. Loved Arles, but would stay somewhere else next time.

This is a lovely small hotel. It is well situated, right across the bridge from the center of town. When I arrived, Jean-Pierre greeted me warmly. There is a beautiful outdoor area with a pool you can swim laps in. The room was very nice and there was a walk in shower. Jean-Pierre makes the breakfast and it is very good. I would stay here again.

The hotel is in need of a revamp. For the price we paid, the room, common areas, breakfast area etc were disappointing. The staff were very helpful though, and everything was clean. The beds were comfortable and the hotel location was very convenient. I suspect we had to pay so much because we accidentally chose a festival weekend to stay. Hotel Mireille is a lovely old fashioned hotel on the other side of the bridge facing the old town centre. Rooms are small but hotel is very clean. The outdoor area is lovely and the swimming pool is wondetful. Jean Pierre is a lovely host, extremely friendly and always here to help.

Friendly hosts, lovely pool. Quiet and clean rooms. No tea and coffee or fridge in rooms like the big chains but a charming garden and good breakfast cited close to the city centre.

Ancien campanile, le changement se voit dans les chambres, plus intimiste et douce. Et surtout il n y a plus cette double porte dés l entrée en chambre (ouf ). Insonorisation moyenne, on est tout prêt de l autoroute. Accueil sympathique et efficace.

Tre stelle per la posizione raggiungibile in 5' di macchina, il parcheggio gratuito e il personale cortese. Nella camera ciò che realmente disturba non è tanto la dimensione ridotta o l'arredamento un po' "demodé" ma è soprattutto l'odore persistente e stantio di umidità che ti accompagna fedelmente per tutto il soggiorno.

Chambre simple mais bien équipée, clim, bombe anti moustiques. Jolie surprise pour le petit déjeuner, tout fait maison, crêpes, pâtisseries, fruits frais, salé... Jolie terrasse bien aménagée et décorée. Rien à dire pour le prix, on reviendra lors d'une étape vacances !

Good time, clean and tidy, large and pleasant rooms with patio doors opening onto the large and beautiful garden. Good value for money, with considerate and available bosses. Good real swimming pool and decent breakfast (special mention for the bread). The only downside is the noise of cars if you like to sleep with the French window opening onto the garden.
