Arles, 1 Rue Emile Fassin 🧭 Map
The street noise was obvious but I still slept very well and that is how I usually judge my hotel rooms. The room was fairly large and clean, but I think it was missing some more furniture, like an armchair. The age of the hotel was clearly noticeable in the bathroom, the silicone around the bathtub was discolored and partly missing and the tub could have been cleaner. It took me almost ten minutes...
Good location, decent breakfast. The room was ok it did have an odd smell in the hallway and was a bit tired looking, but served a purpose for a night.
The room are not like in the photos. Are much older and at least mine was much smaller. I paied 2 days for breakfast and only ate once because there was really nothing especial and not worth the price. The good part was really the location and the pool. By the check out they asked me for the full amount when I had payed already in advance and they were about to charge me again. Then I requested towels...
It's right behind the tour office, and the location is great. Not only the reception, but also the staff are friendly and the room is clean. This is a room that reminds me of Van Gogh's yellow color.
Hotel according to the category, good position and clean and remodeled rooms. The breakfast was good, good quality and plenty of variety. The facilities in general a bit old but the room was fine, which is the most important.
I really appreciated the biscuits and tea/coffee and kettle in our room after an exhausting drive, and four complimentary bottles of water. Kind touch. All the croissants had been scoffed and there was no sign of pancakes I heard about when we got down for breakfast at 9:30 but I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious fresh melon and you can boil your own eggs. There were rashers and scrambled eggs...

I liked the location, outside of Arles but not too far. It had a tennis court, bikes and pool...my favorite hobbies! The gardens are just wonderful- make sure you explore. The rooms are all individually furnished.
The property is paradise. I especially liked the way it was lit up at night. I like to walk at night. The pool was an absolute lifesaver. It was very hot while we were there. The staff went above and beyond consistently.
This place is at a tipping point, sitting down on its past glory. They need to put the price down or start refurbishing it especially the bathrooms. Please give love to the wonderful garden. Nota Bene: if you come, bring anti-mostiquo products!!
Very very beautiful and unique
It was rather like staying in a once grand Irish country house. It’s not 4-star anymore but eccentric and romantic, full of a decorator’s stock. The reduced staff is nice and helpful and the birds sing in the garden
Bohemian charm Really individual hotel, completely secure, extensive grounds and great pool. Big family room, very comfortable. Very close to Arles

Definitely my favourite and best hotel experience in Arles ! The emplacement, service quality, Hotel's design and history...
Situated in the heart of Arles and at a vibrant square Hôtel du Forum is the perfect hotel if you want to have everything around the corner when exploring the city. The hotel is very charming with spacious rooms where we had a view of the treetops and ceilings, which was rather amazing. Visiting with a large group, we really enjoyed the pool- and bar area where we had drinks and swam in the pool with...
Like this hotel so much. Will do again if visit Arles again. Excellent rooms and pool. Front desk are very helpful. Our rooms are directly facing the yellow cafe.
From the first contact to our departure the charm and generosity of the people who create an elegant, joyous bubble of happiness made our visit wonderful. The Place du Forum is the place to stay for the beauty and ease of access to central Arles. The rooms are comfortable. Thank you for this pleasurable experience.
Wonderful experience here at Hotel du Forum! Great location to explore the sites of Arles & lots of nearby restaurants. Our room was delightful, breakfast by the pool was beautiful & delicious, and the staff was very friendly & accommodating. Excellent stay!
The staff was super nice, let’s us check in a bit earlier. And the place is like a museum. lovely

Really enjoyed our one night stay here. Beautiful stylish hotel , very comfortable room. Will stay longer next time.
It is such an amazing building and we would like to book our groups here but breakfast is a non starter. You can have an option of a croissant/pain au raison with jam, with a choice of apple sauce or fromage blanc but not both. If you want an egg, you can only have it with bread and no croissant .No fruit offered. You are also served individually so it is a long wait if you happen to arrive like we...
What a wonderful find and a good value! With an ideal location for all there is to see in Arles, we chose very well. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was extremely comfortable and the whole hotel's decor was like a work of art. We were so happy we chose to have the savory breakfast as it was plentiful, delicious, and nicely served. We will stay here again when we return to Arles.
Great place right next to the Arena and Forum. Not expensive by 2024 standards. Nice people working there. A dignified and very French breakfast served on site for 15€ each, just do it. Quirky, but modern art on the walls by 2Fak (look him up). Room was nice, with a very modern bathroom. Need was good. Cleaners use a bit too much smelly product when cleaning, but hey, everyone has a different tolerance...
Big spacious room with plenty of storage, good shower room, big comfy bed and linens, would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location in the heart of the city
This lovely old building is a delight, with its eclectic art and old-world service. The rooms have been beautifully and tastefully redone, preserving their centuries-old stone arches, but completely modernizing the bathrooms. The beds are firm and comfortable. The staff were thoughtful and responsive to all our needs; the service was impeccable. Two breakfast services are offered, both good, and...

We stayed at this hotel one night before our river cruise, it did not have an elevator but the staff were very kind and assisted us to carry our luggage up the three flights of stairs. We had an amazing view of the river with a sunset that took my breath away. We had windows on the bathroom and bedroom area that gave us a full experience including a flock of birds that camped out on a tree near by...
Very good hotel for its star rating. Clean, good decor and facilities. Good shower and effective air-conditioning. Conveniently placed between the railway station and the amphitheatre. Our room had a view of the Rhone. No lift so don't stay here if limited mobility but not a problem for us. Good value.
Excellent and friendly greeting and service. Had help with luggage carrying 2 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Breakfast for 12 Euro pp was ample and delicious Note though, if you use a Sleep Ap machine, you will need an extension cord as there is only 1 PowerPoint in room and is not near the bed. Would highly recommend this delightful boutique style hotel.
LOCATION to historical sights, restaurants, shopping is perfect. If leaving on a Rhône cruise, literally a 5 minute, easy walk to port. Extremely clean, quiet and functional rooms, with very pleasant staff. Highly recommend! The only downside is no elevator, but staff will assist you.
The room was fairly nice with a nice view of the Rhône river The biggest complaint is having only two electrical outlets in the room and none in the bathroom save for a 220 volt outlet for a hair dryer which was unnecessary since there was a built in hail dryer available. However, that dryer’s handle got extremely hot and unable to hold after only a few minutes. No elevator in the hotel either.
Absolutely lovely. Right on the waterfront, 10 min walk from train station. Perfectly placed to do the full historical walk of the town. The front desk gent was wonderful. Totally recommend.

Exceptional Staff. Very attentive, friendly and make you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, a tastefully restored Manor House in the centre of Arles. Clean, generously proportioned rooms retaining the original features of the old house/stable. We stayed in a premier room. It had its own terrace overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is what really makes this hotel. A beautiful oasis in the city...
love this place! Lovely space and all the staff is wonderful. In particular, Antonio is so nice and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times, some rooms are more interesting than others, but all are lovely. If i had to make a complaint it would be for the beds to be a bit softer.
Fantastic boutique style hotel. Excellent service. Will be back.
A beautiful oasis in the middle of cool, artsy Arles!
Very small 10 room boutique hotel. Our room on the second floor was very comfortable with a minimalist decor. Outside of hotel very unassuming but enter into very peaceful courtyard with a pool and garden. Breakfast was excellent. No other meals served but lots nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful, comfortable hotel, in the centre of Arles. Quiet and peaceful oasis. Breakfast superb, staff very welcoming and attentive. No dining apart from breakfast but great local restaurants nearby.

Cozy hotel at the perfect location, train station, city centre, restaurants, grocery stores are all nearby. Clean room, and despite located right at the square with many people, I didn't hear anything in the room. Warm welcome at the reception.
On a lively square a minutes walk from the old city streets. Room 23 has a balcony to watch the world pass. Guillaume the receptionist was super helpful. A 40 minute bus ride to the camargue Coast cost 1€..... Reccomended
Great value for money, rooms are clean, with AC, which was much appreciated given the hot temperatures. The location is perfect, and despite being in a square, there is no noise inside the rooms!
I leave 5 stars because of the location the cleanliness and Guilliuame - the manager . He is the kindest sweetest most passionate-about- his-city & personable manager I have encountered . I have stayed at many hotels and he is so invested in your stay + his love for Arles + your experience, it is innate for him - It’s a lovely revelation. I highly recommend being received well and having everything...
Cheap and minimalistic, this place is very well situated and does all that most will need from an hotel. The bed is large and the mattress comfortable. The room was surprisingly quiet for the location. The bathroom is well-thought. There is a fridge and two free bottles of water in it. A quiet AC. There is also a kettle with some coffee and tea. There were two options for breakfast and I took the...
Excellent location, mediocre rooms, lousy breakfast (don't take it, eat in the plaza directly outside the hotel).

Nice terrace and friendly service!
Nice room and location but service is NOT good. Bar service very slow. Unhelpful staff when you need help navigating a challenging restaurant scene in Arles. There’s no restaurant in the hotel (fine), and the concierge can’t help book anything. There’s no room service either, as per the Concierge. Concierge can only provide small snacks for the terrace tables, when we asked for a menu, he said ‘I don...
What a wonderful discovery Nord-Pinus was. A true Oasis of calm within an amazing Cultural Oasis called Arles! We will be back as soon as we can, in room 21 next time!
