Great hotel. Much better than the reviews indicate. Maybe the reviews are from before the redecorating of the rooms.
Spent only a night here but loved the hotel. Cheap, central and easy to park at the hotel or on the big parking lot next to. Breakfast was typical for French hotels. Mostly bread.

Good location good to park on site in private car park ..a little narrow passage to drive in so be careful ! Rooms were OK and clean ..service not remarkable but not unpleasant..OK for centre location short stay

I do not know how about other rooms, mine was a bit smelly and the window was in 3 feet from a wall and you can't see anything. AC remote cover was screwed for us not to open, so one would not be able to change the flaps angle or other settings. The batteries are dying. The bed is clean, and same for the toilet. Secure parking for 8 euros only. Only one set of towels for two people (have never seen anything like this even in a cheaper hotel). Right in the heart of the old town. Many restaurants close by. Wide and comfortable foyer. No fridge or security box.

We enjoyed our two days here. It should be more than a three star hotel. Rooms excellent with air conditioning. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Large breakfast room. Very close to city center (5 mins). Very large secure hotel parking lot in the rear.

The wifi was terrible. It barely worked at all. The rooms were really nice though. Verybbig, and the bathrooms are fairly decent. The breakfast is okay, your typical French breakfast buffet. Everyone was happy to help with whatever you needed

Small but in a beautiful village with good breakfast. The shower I had though didn't close all the way.

Nothing special and a tad lowball corporate in a French way, but perfectly located in wonderful and very special Beaune, with a friendly staff, on-site parking. A well-maintained property at a very good price.

This hotel was a good price but it is crying up for some upgrades. The room we had was at the front of the hotel which was very noisy from the people out about. Then the street cleaners started working clearing rubbish at about 4am so it was not the best night sleep. The location is good and it has on site parking that costs 6 Euro per night. Not sure I would stay there again.

Have stayed twice here, on our way to south of france and again going home. Very good value for money. Clean, comfortable and great breakfast, well organised. Central with lots of local eating places. Secure car park.

Stayed here for 4 nights in November. Very good location and friendly staff. Claude and Claude were very hospitable, spoke perfect English (very helpful) and had great suggestions for area restaurants. Rooms were simple and small but clean, decent breakfast in the morning for 10 additional Euros person Plenty of parking. Good value overall.
