We have had a fantastic stay at Mecure Beaune. The staff are friendly and helpful with all requests to make our stay enjoyable and stress free as our stopover as we head to the south of France. A special mention and thank you to Jean-Francois for looking after us and sharing his insights on Beaune wines.

Excellently located, with extremely courteous staff (which is becoming a rarity), a clean and well placed hotel, with a lovely pool to cool off after a long drive. We asked for communicating rooms and it was no trouble to accommodate us. Great to have a secure car park (which also boosts fast chargers). Top job from the management and staff.

Beautiful hotel, conveniently placed for Beaune centre. Staff just so helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and fresh. Evening meal, drinks and breakfast delicious. Can’t recommend highly enough

Nice and functional hotel. We have stayed here 4/5 times. I want to mention one of their restaurant staff Veronique. Veronique is fantastic, she always has a smile for her customers and she greets everybody on arrival and departures. Not easy to do breakfast and still be cheerful but Veronique can. She is great.

Confortable hôtel even if standard rooms are not very big. Clean and with all comforts, nice staff. Swimming pool outside. Car parking. Quite close to the city centre.

Close to the town centre, just five minutes walk. Closed and secure parking. Warm welcome and efficient check in, reception and bar areas are nicely decorated and pleasant. The rooms are on the small side….which we knew, but a separate toilet would have been preferable. The room and bed were comfortable and clean and quiete, the shower was ok, maybe a little short on power. The restaurant was average

There are dog friendly hotels and there are dog friendly hotels, and this is the latter! A luxury hotel for you and your pooch and an ideal stop off on the way to or back from the South of France. Beaune is a stunning French town and this beautiful hotel is perfectly situated to explore all that Beaune has to offer.

It breaks my heart to give this hotel 4 stars. The service staff was amazing but the hotel rooms are so run down! Our room didn’t look anything like the pics posted by the hotel. The shower tub was clogged and did not drain well. The AC was not functional. The lobby area was interesting. The hotel had a beautiful courtyard and secure parking area.

We just walk in from the street. Perfect place for an amazing cocktail. Ask for Michael the main bartender. He makes ouer time at the main bar so enjoyable.

The two twin rooms we were allocated were pretty tired looking compared to some of the other rooms advertised on the web site which was a bit of a shame, but the beds were comfy and the bathroom very well appointed. The staff were very welcoming and helped us book restaurants and a wine tasting/tour. The hotel bar is well stocked and we enjoyed a nightcap in the lounge. I'd happily stay here again

I have mixed thoughts about our stay here. The staff were accommodating and helpful on arrival - holding our bags and trying to have the room ready early as we had travelled far. It isn't a terrible place, but it's all the little things that added up. We paid around 700 Euro for a room to fit our family of 4 with one child on a day-bed and one on a sofa-bed. Great hotel. Much better than the reviews indicate. Maybe the reviews are from before the redecorating of the rooms. Spent only a night here but loved the hotel. Cheap, central and easy to park at the hotel or on the big parking lot next to. Breakfast was typical for French hotels. Mostly bread.

Good location good to park on site in private car park ..a little narrow passage to drive in so be careful ! Rooms were OK and clean ..service not remarkable but not unpleasant..OK for centre location short stay

I do not know how about other rooms, mine was a bit smelly and the window was in 3 feet from a wall and you can't see anything. AC remote cover was screwed for us not to open, so one would not be able to change the flaps angle or other settings. The batteries are dying. The bed is clean, and same for the toilet. We enjoyed our two days here. It should be more than a three star hotel. Rooms excellent with air conditioning. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Large breakfast room. Very close to city center (5 mins). Very large secure hotel parking lot in the rear.

Stayed here for 4 nights in November. Very good location and friendly staff. Claude and Claude were very hospitable, spoke perfect English (very helpful) and had great suggestions for area restaurants. Rooms were simple and small but clean, decent breakfast in the morning for 10 additional Euros person Plenty of parking. Good value overall.

Have stayed twice here, on our way to south of france and again going home. Very good value for money. Clean, comfortable and great breakfast, well organised. Central with lots of local eating places. Secure car park.

Staying at L'Hotel de Beaune was an exceptional experience. From the moment we were greeted until the staff said au revoir, everything was perfect. The room was large and flawlessly clean. The bathroom was amazing - heated floors and towels and so spacious. We had a lovely breakfast in the hotel restaurant and coffee served to us in the courtyard. We loved everything about this beautiful hotel that combines a charming understated elegance with a wonderfully warm and personal service. We loved the fabulous central location so we could explore the delights of the town's bars, markets and shops. Our suite, the restaurants at the hotel, the staff, the location were all fantastic! We loved our stay and were able to walk around town without needing transportation. Everyone was so helpful and excited we were there. Just can't say enough nice things about this place and we are super picky.

I stop here regularly and normally it’s fine, but when there is a large coach group there is not enough staff. All the tables were dirty and full of used breakfast items.. the rooms can’t be faulted however, nice and quiet with very comfortable beds👍

At €150 a night, you will be expecting a bit more bang for your buck in terms of room size and additional extras. Great hotel, good parking and the best hotel breakfast i ve had! The only downside was that we had a room at the front of the hotel (great view), but it is right above the bar where on a (tuesday in september) people were very loud until 1am/2am.

We had a very nice time at the charming hotel La Poste. We love the classic, stylish 'vintage' ambiance of it and hope that it keeps that style after the upcoming renovation. In our modest opinion only the bathroom needs a 'face lift'. Were looking forward to our next visit!

The staff were very good.An excellent breakfast was served.The room had china cups and teaspoons and glasses for drinks.The bathroom had glasses.Very much appreciated,no plastic or paper waste.It was good to have a place in the secure garage .It is easy to access from the motorway.

Beautiful, historical, comfortable and right next to the center of Beaune. The shower is amazing and the included breakfast was good!

Hotel well placed and with new rooms. Parking available wich is very important in Beaune! Just a walk distance from the historical city center and not certain restaurants and wine bars!

Secure parking for motorcycles 2 mins walk from the town centre, room could definitely do with a face lift, breakfast was fantastic, town of Beaune was beautiful with loads of great restaurants and bars

Small room but perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay. Staff really nice, home breakfast selection and ideal location for few minute walk to town centre.

Absolutely fantastic stay here, sadly just for one night on my drive to south France but we'll definitely stay here again. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, fantastic room and good breakfast selections. I was also pleasantly surprised to see two Tesla branded electric charge points in the car park which enabled me to charge (non-tesla car) overnight for free.

Loved this hotel! Rooms were adequate but still great value for money. There is a pool and a very small gym. Hotel also rents out bicycles for cycling around. Bonus point: the hotel will do laundry for you at €10 per bag with a next day return service. We got it back at breakfast the next day. My clothes were nicely washed and folded!

Staff are lovely, always welcoming and happy to help. Hotel is clean and very well maintained. Lovely secluded outside swimming pool and although it’s quite cold the jacuzzi and indoor pool both looked great. This is our fifth visit to your hotel and we are absolutely convinced every time. On our last two visits we stayed in both the suite and a communication room, the communication room absolutely convinced us as a family. Two bathrooms were an asset. The outdoor pool as well as the indoor pool are a highlight for our son after a long car ride. We would like to see real coffee cups in the rooms themselves...

Amazing hotel next to Beaune centre. Very quiet, very modern and with very pleasant common areas, including outdoor and indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness centre. The rooms are very modern and super comfy. Breakfast is also very large and tasty. This is a GEM, we will be back!!

Great hotel, we stayed for 2 nights as part of a longer road trip. It's a 15-20 minute walk into town, convenient but also nice and quiet. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked nice. Great to be able to relax by the pool in the afternoon. There is no restaurant but there is a bar. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was great, and Nespresso machine in the room was good too....

Great for families. Play area in reception. Small gift for children on arrival. Great location close to the centre of town. Fresh donuts at breakfast were a hit with the kids. Family room with queen bed and double sofa. Separate toilet and bath. Cosy warm. 12 euro to park our bikes downstairs.

Very disappointed. This hotel is not to the usual IBIS standard. Reopening after COVID has clearly not been easy for them. Shower flooded, room not clean, air conditioning sounds like a train and parking, for which I paid extra, was too difficult to get out of. I think automatic gate failed. A disappointing trip and any stars given are for the staff who were grand.

Room and general hotel clean, comfortable and very welcome at the end of a long journey. Car park was an issue as it was full and so we had to park on the street. I was lucky as there was a free space opposite but this is not always the case and so may have had to park further away. What a stunning hotel - created from a 12th century abbey. The original vaulted ceiling in the reception area was nothing short of spectacular. Our junior suite room was lovely (huge opening windows were a treat) and location was perfect- just a few minutes walk to the centre of beautiful Beaune. We loved this place - what an experience to stay in such a historic building and so beautifully designed. Having cycled 30km to get there, we appreciated the welcome, warmth and hospitality of all the staff and we experienced this throughout our entire stay. We were very grateful for the bike storage - and also the pool for our tired legs!

This old abbey converted into a small hotel is top located and very beautiful on its insides and has a very cosy atmosphere in the reception and restaurant area giving you a real feeling of and old cellar with its old stone architecture. Be aware its no parking outside nor any lifts.

Should have read the reviews more thoroughly. It gets some things right and many wrong which, for the price is disappointing. Cleaning is a major issue as they don’t wash or replace glasses or replace pillows on the bed each day nor fold towels so bathroom looks a mess on your return. Staff very unhelpful one and a half hour delay in getting our room left with the kids crying because tired without even offer of a cup of tea or water or drink. This was due to their Internet service going down and they could do nothing without it. They were thinking of moving us to other hotels rather than letting us stay in the rooms.

Have stayed in this Hotel for many years. The location, staff, rooms, food (evening/breakfast) are great, the value for money is just right. Sometimes we are lucky enough to park right outside our room - convenient ! Will stay again. The reception staff have always been really helpful. coffee :-)

We was allowed access to some breakfast even though we didn't stay overnight and it's was beautiful. Staff was polite. Food was fresh. Very clean and well presented
