We have had a fantastic stay at Mecure Beaune. The staff are friendly and helpful with all requests to make our stay enjoyable and stress free as our stopover as we head to the south of France. The suite can accommodate two adults and two children. The bathroom is not designed properly, there is no door, and water easily flows everywhere. Excellently located, with extremely courteous staff (which is becoming a rarity), a clean and well placed hotel, with a lovely pool to cool off after a long drive. We asked for communicating rooms and it was no trouble to accommodate us. Great to have a secure car park (which also boosts fast chargers). Top job from the management and staff.

Staying at L'Hotel de Beaune was an exceptional experience. From the moment we were greeted until the staff said au revoir, everything was perfect. The room was large and flawlessly clean. Our suite, the restaurants at the hotel, the staff, the location were all fantastic! We loved our stay and were able to walk around town without needing transportation. Everyone was so helpful and excited we were there. Just can't say enough nice things about this place and we are super picky.

Great location for everything. Food, attractions and vineyards nearby. Note: only part of the hotel has a lift. Morning breakfast is very good. The entire stall is very friendly and attentive to the guests needs.

Pleasant hotel, well located on the inner ring. Breakfast buffet with sufficient choice of bread, charcuterie, egg, cereals, fruit, ... Everything of correct quality. Our standard room was quietly located with a view of the inner garden. Comfortable bed. Separate toilet in a very small space. Good shower. Handy parking in the hotel. Book in advance!

Absolutely fantastic stay here, sadly just for one night on my drive to south France but we'll definitely stay here again. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, fantastic room and good breakfast selections. I was also pleasantly surprised to see two Tesla branded electric charge points in the car park which enabled me to charge (non-tesla car) overnight for free.

Very charming good service good breakfast. Access is difficult with luggage on 3rd floor though because of tiny stair case. But if you are looking for something special then I do recommend.

What a stunning hotel - created from a 12th century abbey. The original vaulted ceiling in the reception area was nothing short of spectacular. Our junior suite room was lovely (huge opening windows were a treat) and location was perfect- just a few minutes walk to the centre of beautiful Beaune. We loved this place - what an experience to stay in such a historic building and so beautifully designed. Having cycled 30km to get there, we appreciated the welcome, warmth and hospitality of all the staff and we experienced this throughout our entire stay. We were very grateful for the bike storage - and also the pool for our tired legs!

We stayed at this hotel few days ago and I can only recommend. Very nice hotel in the centre of Beaune with excellent breakfast. In the morning we had problem with the taxi to get to the airport, and lady at reception helped us incredibly to be at the airport on time, we were very greatful for this help. Thank you!!!

This is a 3 star hotel but of that category this was a 5 star experience for us. We booked one night in Beaune as an overnight stop on a long journey. A good example of a budget hotel with limited facilities but all the necessities that are needed for a good nights rest. Very happy overall. Rooms were very comfortable, clean. Check in and check out was very easy. We were travelling from the south of France to the Channel ports by car and the car park is really secure (we had bikes on our car) but easy to enter/exit. The modern website doesn't resemble the hotel quite accurately. The carpeting in the dim stairway has a very antique finish an the furniture in the public spaces has definitely seen better days. Our family room, also with carpeting, was clean with a modern bathroom. The downside: the airconditioning kept making unpleasant noises at 5 minute intervals all night 😵‍💫.

Air conditioned room which was important as it was very hot in Beaune. The room was fine - the hallways are really dark so look for the light switches. There was a nice breakfast but the roon very crowded so you may want to ask about times when there are fewer people if close quarters bother you. The only real negative was the grouchy man at the front desk. We cut him some slack on the first day...

Overall a good experience. Not updated, but well maintained. A little small. Staff was generally great. One staff member was a rule matron and should not be in hospitality.

Ideal stop over in a delightful town Such a convenient place for a one night stop over in Beaune. Easy to drive in and out from the motorway, secure parking on site - this pretty, traditional little hotel is comfortable and offered a substantial, fresh breakfast to get us on the road with a smile. good hotel, good location, helpful and friendly staff

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. It’s an older hotel so no lift and my room only had a door leading out to a common patio which you needed to lock/unlock with a key.

For almost all of the four day stay we did not have consistent hot water to shower. Sometimes it would just be cold, other times it would get warm after 10 or 15 minutes, occasionally it would be hot but mostly just warm. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable. The hotel was very clean and comfortable — definitely appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. However, it's located right next to the train station, and the noise from passing trains and frequent loudspeaker announcements every 15 minutes made it hard to fully relax. Great stay if you're not a light sleeper.

Convenient location with easy parking. Part of the hotel was closed for renovations; but the staff was helpful, parking was easy and the breakfast was decent. We had some concerns when we saw it was directly across from the train station, but the neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was an easy walk to old town and the wine caves.

We loved our time at Cedre. Hotel was beautiful, well-appointed, and service was excellent. Reverent out of their way to ensure your experience was excellent. Breakfast was good. We rented e-bikes from the hotel to ride the wine trails, loved the library / fireplace area. Location is walkable to downtown without being in the middle the city. We look forward to coming back!

I only used the hotel for one evening and it was fine. Room was very sparce. Not alot of room for luggage. This room didn't have a blow dryer . They don't have a fridge in the room but the room was very clean. parking is in the hotel and seems to be secure, but charges 7 euros per night. We stopped at this lovely hotel for one night, en route home to the UK from Sardinia. We primarily chose it because it had secure parking, but every thing about this hotel was fabulous. Charming hotel. Could not beat the location! The staff was friendly, the room was impeccably clean and the bed was amazing! Breakfast had everything you would expect and the coffee was good. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here anytime I pass through Beaune.

Lovely casual ambiance, friendly, clean! Perfect central location! Valet parking (at a premium but very handy). Excellent choice for those seeking a hotel with regional character. Central but quiet, clean, breakfast available and many of Beaune’s best restaurants within a few blocks (reservations required but there are lots of brasserie options if you can’t book a fancy place)

Beaune is a beautiful little town, well worth a visit. The hotel is right in the centre - ideally located for exploring. Our room was clean and well-equipped and the staff were lovely. Would recommend and would stay here again. Plenty of free parking nearby too.

We generally stay in similiarly priced and starred properties. Found the room sort of dark and dingy. Was clean, just needed an uplift in the room. Staff was nice, and helpful and eating area looked cool. Place outside to eat or hang out, so if you wanted to use that was nice.
