Hotel Richelieu

Very clean, no frills room. Absolutely perfect for a stop over. Very kindly accommodated us at very short notice with late arrival!

I needed a hotel just for sleeping and this was one of the cheapest ones without having to share a room with strangers. Clean room and comfy bed. Bring your earplugs if you wake up to noices, the floor is a bit squeaky so you hear when others are walking in their rooms.

The hotel was closed to the centre of the city. You can park for free in front of the hotel or to pay 6€ for private parking. The price was good for only one night, it was very affordable. The host was friendly

The hotel was still in renovation. There was no shampoo, only soap and there was no plastic bag in the trash.

A characterful, comfortable and brilliantly located hotel. There are no frills, but it has quirky style, and offers great value for money. The renovations are not yet complete, but it’s getting there. Benoît, the owner/manager, is very helpful and friendly, keeping in touch throughout and providing lots of information. The secure off-street parking is well worth paying for, saving you from emptying the car if (like us) this is just a one night stop-over en route to the Shuttle or port.

Benoit is renovating his building but don't be put off. Extremely clean, very comfortable bed , good area and location for ferry etc and city centre. Good price. Benoit is very helpful
