Positive points:
Ideal location on the port of Cap, warm welcome, breakfast offered (be careful to book it the day before, reception does not necessarily specify this), pleasant common areas, air-conditioned rooms.
Fairly low value for money despite everything, little care given to comfort in the rooms (little decoration, aging style, very small fridge, damp stains on the ceiling, toilets and bathroom with the bare minimum), little insulation in the rooms (you can hear the noise from the corridor, from the other rooms as well as from the street for the rooms facing this side).

We booked a room for one night in the summer period, we are disappointed with this hotel, receptionist not welcoming, room in its original state, a bath mat, hand towels were missing, no shower curtain so the water everywhere, non-functional soap dispenser, no hair dryer, don't expect to park in front of the hotel there is never any space, the nearest parking lots are chargeable and very expensive.

Well located hotel. Parking assured but paid. Spacious and well-equipped room. No extraneous noise.

Parking only by reservation, too bad because it is very difficult to park even out of season. Mattress not great we feel all the springs. Slightly old hotel, headboard in raw chipboard, fridge that closes very poorly (not a mini bar, contained 2 50 cl bottles of water), no hairdryer. Very clean. We didn't try the swimming pool, we were happy that they accepted doggies.

I had the most terrible experience of staying in the residence Le port . Complete extortion and taking advantage from customers. Booked a room via Booking.com and just two days before the travel I was told that I need to pay 200€ deposit . The sofa/bed was disgusting, the room was too small , the customer service very rude . I could stay only one night - paid for 4 and I am still waiting for the deposit !!

Very friendly staff! I have never been so well served!
Perfect location and comfortable room. There is heating, air conditioning, a fridge and daily water, coffee and tea available!

Excellent hospitality and value for money!
Manager of the hotel is really accommodating and very available
2 nights spent before ending the vacation … family room then 2 double rooms.
Close to the old port so convenient location for restaurants and shops
Môle beach at 400 m
Rooms pleasant for the price, clean, spacious and air-conditioned
Small fridge in the room
Pleasant uncrowded swimming pool
