Ok, the good news:
Rooms were clean
Staff was friendly
Private parking space is big, but watch out for the entrance!! You easily damage your car
Bad news:
The bathroom smells bad (sewer).
The room was on the street side, very very noisy even with window closed.
No airconditioning, very hot in the room.
For us, we stayed just one night as a holiday stop for our destination, ok-ish.
For a long stay: reconsider :-)

if you want parking included in your stay you need to say in advance, which is not written anywhere.
definitely stay anywhere else but here unless you're a single guy with low standards and just want to save money, the room is as basic as if gets even less with no working light bulbs and very weak heating and a/c, do yourself a favor stay anywhere but here.

not much to be said frankly. My room was facing the tram tracks and they run at 6am, sink was blocked, but guess pricing should be taken into consideration

Well located between train station and historical centre, both within short walking distance, it is what one can expect for a cheap room: fine and nothing more. Friendly staff.

Comfortable and very clean.
Lived up to its reviews. Good short distance from Le gare. You young lady on room duties went out of her way to prepare the room to perfection.
Also Pedro was willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast, reception etc. thanks guys.

I would strongly recommend anyone looking at this place to look elsewhere. Our room was not like the pictures at all, it was dirty with bad sheets that were ripped and stained. The bath and shower didn’t have a curtain and the amenities were falling off the walls. The room walls were stained and marked all over.
When we brought this to the attention of the reception staff their attitude was that they knew and didn’t care, nor would they do anything about this. I took many pictures showing what an awful place this is. Avoid at all costs.

The room are small with uncomfortable light. Thin wall and stonehard bed ! And only one small roofwindow in the room ! Parking was an unlikely adventure and difficult !
