Beaune Hotel

Lovely hotel, extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and a good size with a lovely pretty courtyard outside of the room.
Easy walking distance to Beaune Centre where there were plenty of restaurants and things to do.
Would recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Early check in and leaving the car a little longer were no problem. Breakfast was excellent. A charming family-run hotel ideally situated for visiting the beautiful town of Beaune.

This was our second stay at the Beaune Hotel and it will hopefully not be the last ! The lady that welcomes the guests is always sincerely friendly and helpfull. The hotel is very well situated very near to the center of Beaune and our car can be parked in the garage of the hotel.
For any information or advise can be asked at the reception. We always received friendly usefull information. The biggest advantage is the personal touch and hospitality of the lady of this family-hotel !

This beyond an exceptional hotel. The staff made you feel like family. The owner helped us with renting a bicycle telling us about the mustard factory, which is one of the best in the world. It is close to the hotel. Good beds, excellent breakfast beautiful courtyard and close to many good restaurants. We plan to come back and when we do you know where we will stay.

Beaune hotel was excellent. Reception and restaurant staff could not have been more helpful. It was comfortable, close to the town centre but quiet. I particularly appreciated the covered private parking area. Breakfast too was fresh with plenty of choice. I would not hesitate to choose the hotel for future visits.

This is a lovely hotel. A warm and professional welcome awaits. The room was comfy and clean and perfect for our needs.
The parking was particularly useful, onsite, secure and with easy access to the rooms.
We would recommend the breakfast too, served in the conservatory with a smile!

Fabulous location, management and tad high handed, make sure in the summer you book parking in the garage, it’s not automatic and not included in the price, breakfast was disappointing with stuff all over the place, however, the best nights sleep I have had in years, so the beds are fantastic.

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. I would recommend drinks here too, all wine is local and very decent prices. The town and setting are historic and stunning but take your credit card! I don't know why the official rating for this hotel is only 2 stars. I'd recommend to anyone... Any try their wine.

We were very warmly welcome upon arrival - Merci Beaucoup ! Parking facility was very good (spacious and numerous). Location of the hotel was handy to walk into town. The room we had was not that big but was comfortable enough - my husband and I had very good sleep all the 3 nights we were there :-) The bed was good, comfortable, bed sheets new. Toilet and shower was very new and clean. Shower room was big. Towels were a bit on the small side but good enough. I guess the few things that were missing from a very good hotel room was there was no fridge and no free water provided in the room. However, you can ask the landlady for water and also could store your food (that you bought from the Beaune market of course !!) in the hotel's fridge. I will not complain about TV that has no English channels because this is France :-) Breakfast was another thing that were a bit of a let down but it's normal continental choices so that is what could be expected.
Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel staff, the room and the good value for money that Beaune Hotel offered. If we come back to Beaune for a short stay again, we will certainly stay here.
