Hôtel des Halles in Dijon

We stayed at this hotel on our way back from the south. Dijon is definitely worth a visit, and so is this hotel. It is perfectly located, very close to the centre but away from the hustle and bustle of the heart of the city.
The room is basic but offered everything we expected: comfortable, clean, good shower, well-functioning air conditioning, etc. Small remark: our room was equipped with an extremely small and not very comfortable toilet.
The breakfast was of good quality and the selection of products was sufficiently extensive although, but that's a minor detail, it was a pity there were no scrambled eggs. When the weather is good, breakfast can also be enjoyed on the terrace.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for this. You people are so nice!
The car park, just 300 metres away, is a nice bonus. We were very satisfied an we will definitely be back.

Very nice stop in Dijon. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast as well. A short walk to the interesting (AKA touristy) part of the city. I'd go back

I really liked this little hotel near the center of Dijon. The location is perfect! I also had a very goodnight sleep on the hotel beds. The mattresses were firm but comfortable. The breakfast could be improved (the boiled eggs were a little bit overcooked and the assortment could offer a bit more choice, for example some cheese slices). But overall no complaints and we enjoyed our stay. Also the people at the counter were very friendly and helpful and gave us tips where to park our car. A very pleasant hotel!

Very well located (walking distance from the train station and the pedestrian center). Room clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Secure bags storing facility. Good breakfast.

Hotel is perfect and environment is serene. I love to explore different hotels at my leisure time and I think I’m stuck with this hotel. It’s so calm and it exceeded my expectations ! Kudos!

Very comfortable hotel situated a nice stroll from the historic centre. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Room with everything needed, including air conditioning this hot summer, and a very comfy bed. Only downside - wasps on the breakfast terrace attracted by the jam!

Moden rooms with all the usual amenities - a little bit soul less - but good walking distance to centre of Dijon - which is a very nice town and worth a visit. Breakfast was fine at 13 Euros. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. A good hotel for our overnight stay at a reasonable cost. Parking available 5 mins walk away.

This hotel was selected by Byways Travel no-fly company. It is an easy walk from the Gare and also close the market area of Dijon, with shops and restaurants. The hotel is in an old road but has the feeling of a completely new structure. The design is minimalist/ funky, with nice bedrooms and bathrooms, reception, lift and dining room opening onto an enclosed courtyard. Perfect hotel.

This is actually the Hotel des Halles. I stayed in a premier room the first night, and it was very spacious, very clean, and had a great bed, YES! and a large bathroom. I stayed in a standard room for 2 additional nights, and it is everything that the premier room is but smaller. The front-desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is okay. It is very conveniently located to everything you will want to see in Dijon. I walked everywhere.
