Stunning lake view hotel, only a short/steep walk down to the lake. Approximately 15 minute walk into town along the lake walkway. Ample parking with the option of garaging. Dinner on the terrace was lovely, food was very good and the view was breathtaking. Slept in so I didn't make breakfast however they kindly made me a coffee and brought out some pan au chocolate and croissants! Nothing was too...

We spent a couple days and New Year's Eve dinner at the Manoir au Lac. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The restaurant, on New Year's Eve was amazing. Breakfast was also great, with an amazing view over the lake. It's all within 10 minutes walk from the center of town where shopping and restaurants all are. Last but not least, staff was amazing throughout our stay. A great address.

Great view of the lake. We were not in the main building and that was not clear when we booked it. Room was clean with nice bathroom and good beds. The breakfast service was a disaster. Coffee and tea came when we finished our breakfast after 45 minutes and had to ask for it 3 times Not one morning but two mornings. Boiled eggs did not go well also at the second time the eggs were like a liquid and...

Stayed for a week in August. We booked a first floor balcony room in separate building to main hotel. The ground floor rooms would not have had a view. The room was really lovely, shower room too and we liked the mini kitchen. The room and hotel were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were a bit unsure how breakfast ran. We found this hotel at the last minute, we hesitated at first because the last room available was under the roof but we liked it anyway. The hotel is well located and offers a beautiful view of the lake (we took the opportunity to see the fireworks), cozy decoration, very clean spa, refined dinner, we had a great stay here. Only one downside: our room was not made and we did not have enough toiletries...

I stayed there with my parents for 2 nights and it was really lovely. The rooms were quite big and charming, although the toilets were a bit small. The location is great, in the city center and a few minutes walk to the lake. The staff was really friendly, the breakfast is quite nice and the pool was very pleasant. We also had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was fantastic. If I ever go again...

The hotel is nice for the price. Room was clean, luminous, wooden floor. Good king size bed. Minor stuff to report such as broken bedside lamp, slow heater in the bathroom. But overall a nice place to say. Room service ok. Diner and breakfast served in the room. Stayed during covid-19 pandemic. Everything was taking care of about safety.

We have spent 3 days in this hotel with our two kids. The staff is vert pleasant, infrastructure is good quality. The hotel is very well located, 5 min walking distance rrom city center and right in front of the lake. Swming pool is great for the kids. Spa is very small but massages are very good quality. We will come back next year without hesitation!

Lovely hotel overlooking the lake, trying to get a drink from the bar was very hard work, asked staff and were told there was a private function and the bar was closed, asked at reception who got a manager and apologised and said it is open, every time we wanted a drink over a 2 day stay we seemed to get ignored by the staff where other people were getting served.

We went there for a drink. The ambience was fantastic. The cocktail was fantastic. However the waitress brought the bill with the first order!!!!! I've got a few problems with that. Firstly I do not appreciate when the bill is served without asking. Secondly it puts me off from ordering the second time. We wanted to eat dinner there but decided not too. The hotel needs to rethink this practice. Otherwise...

Nice room, probably renovated, in a hotel close to the lake in Gérardmer. The hotel has a spacious parking. Breakfast is with a very complete buffet and in a nice setting - a bit too dark for summer but probably very cosy in winter. There is a garden in front where it's very good sitting and enjoying the summer afternoon with a book, while overlooking the lake. Romantic, yes. 😉

Excellent location on the edge of the lake .The room was clean and modern with a good shower and the breakfast was a good continental. Didn't have dinner in the hotel only some drinks there was a piano and a pool table with good seating areas .

We stayed at Les Loges du Parc with our dog for 2 nights in a junior suite. We got a warm welcome and the rooms were cosy and tidy! The view over the lake was amazing and location perfect. Close to centre and parc right in front of the hotel. Thank you for the lovely weekend. I would definitely come back.

Kind employees and quiet good breakfast and swimming pool. But the rooms are way to loud (thin walls) and the floor smells really bad. Yes the hotel is very friendly with animals, but we had our breakfast table full with cat hair and the employee didn´t care about that.

Very nice place to stay. Near the lake, good service but the restaurant is closed (breakfast is very good though). One thing, if yore5staying in the building across the street (so not at the main building with reception), there is a bar around the corner (no music) where local people get together and start shouting late night. Not a fault of the hotel but good to know. Oh and the windows have rollers...

Very well located. Free parking in front of the hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Room rather small but with nice lake view. Very good restaurant and reasonably priced. Breakfast poor for 14€ per person. Personnel very helpful. In a nutshell: Good value for money

Stayed for 2 nights while skiing in Gerardmer. The hotel was very easy to find located on the main road into Gerardmer there is ample parking on either side of the hotel and it is next to a strip of restaurants and bars. So comfortable! Sheets, beds, pillows and towels...you feel like you're in a 5 star hotel. Rooms can be small but you have everything you need. Great stay!

Nice hotel conveniently located Good stay overall. We stayed for a couple of nights in the family room #10. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. The bedroom is made of 2 rooms. Perrine on the front desk was very welcoming and gave us a choice of rooms. We were put on the third floor with a window view of the lake. The room was beautifully laid out. Space in all rooms. Large comfortable bed. The hotel is very well kept and gives a charm of another age. The breakfast was good standard buffet. Good value for that level of luxury.

Our 4th stay at Hotel Des Bains and still love returning to this amazing hotel in the centre of Gerardmer. We had an amazing room on the top floor with a fabulous shower. The breakfast continues to offer a vast choice of food with excellent coffee served in a pot at your table. Nice hotel. The room at the last floor had a romantic atmosphere with a nice 🛁. In terms of breakfast more variety would be welcome. It's a bit monotonous to have exactly the same things as foid four days in a row.

Clean, wooden rooms, very calm, good parking facilities, yummy breakfast, nice owner. It’s a good place for a weekend break on the lake/mountains if you spend most of your time in outdoor activities.

The price is good and the welcome friendly. The room we got was a bit small but sufficient for 2 days. I take off a star because having already slept in several hotels, I find the soundproofing insufficient. Decent breakfast.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the lakeside. The view from the room was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu selection was good, and a vast selection of jams on offer at breakfast.

Beautiful location for a modest 'auberge'. The hotel seemed understaffed, but considering we went in late September, that is understandable and it did not pose any problems. Friendly restaurant with a very nice view of Geramer! I had a seafood salad as appetizer and a fresh young local cheese with raspberry sauce ( kwark- like) for desert. The portion is enough for lunch! Food tastes fresh and delicious with a good price quality ratio. Would go back there again.

Stayed the night of July 23-24. Hotel located a little outside Gérardmer but very close to the center. Very good bedding. The hotel is still under renovation, but it is very clean. The breakfast is more than adequate for the price. The manager of the establishment is very friendly, very welcoming and very helpful.

The welcome is very warm, you feel at home, the hotel is very clean, from the corridors to the bedrooms, bathrooms etc... The bedding is quite comfortable, the breakfast is very generous. My wife and I were very satisfied with this weekend. Thanks to Miloud and his family for this pleasant moment.

Very divided. the property is well located. the reception is good and the rooms clean on arrival. We still find the price too high compared to the service provided. The room was not made on our last day. The establishment is not sufficiently soundproofed, but that is also the fault of the customers who think they are alone. Luxurious rooms, one of the rooms has a big sleeping couch which is a bit disappointing. WiFi is good depending on which room you are in.

We had a very nice stay! The prices are reasonable, the sisters running the place are so helpful and nice, the breakfast was nice with fresh pastries, AND DO NOT LEAVE THIS HOTEL WITHOUT USING THE SPA!!! It’s amazing!!!

If you are looking for a nice hotel in Gerardmer to use as a base for touring the Vosges, then look no further. The hotel has excellent views over the lake and it is a 30 minute walk into the town. Lovely rooms, with an excellent shower. We had one of the newer rooms over the pool and enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was in a good location. It was at the top of the lake with a picturesque 25 minute walk/5 minute drive into town. The breakfast was ok but there are plenty of places nearby to get great food.

If you want to be in a comfortable and peaceful place, this hotel is for you. You are close to everything but far from the crowds! Very nice terrace for breakfast with good products and a couple of owners listening to their guests. If you come on weekends, you can taste the owner's ginger salmon tartare who unfortunately will not disclose his recipe to you (he is right!)
