Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is well organized and one of the high end hotels in La Rochelle. Due to the COVID restrictions, so many aspects of the hotel were not explored. We chose this hotel at random and could not have been more happy. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly so we stayed an extra night. What a joy to meet fellow travelers at breakfast one morning and to walk the streets of La Rochelle. Anytime you are in this beautiful city I recommend this hotel.

Great location right by the park. 10-minute walk to the old city area and beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, lots of variety. Rooms are adequate, but tight with luggage for two which is not unusual for local hotels.

Really helpful and friendly staff and go the extra mile to help you. Good size room (we had a junior suite). Only downsize was that our fridge/sink/microwave wasn't easy to use as there were no containers or basics ie cloths etc. Brilliant location for the centre

Like many hotels in France the rooms are not huge but great location here. I had a wonderful 1 hour massage €85. The location is great 10 min walk through the park to the main port. Wonderful wonderful staff and they made us Irish rugby fans so welcome.

Our second stay here. Says it all! Friendly reception, same suite as last year: spacious, clean, comfortable 👌. For us, the perfect location. Ten minutes to the shops, restaurants and harbour. But surrounded by the park, you can also enjoy a rural walk. Across the road, there is the little Animal Park, and two minutes more, and you're at the little beach ⛱️ 😀 😎. We had a very pleasant stay here for 4 days. The staff are very welcoming and professional and helpful with the language barrier. Lovely garden and location excellent. Even though we had to pay for parking it was very reasonable. Highly recommend

A historic building totally refurbished as a hotel in a great location to explore La Rochelle. Very comfortable and tranquil room. Walk out of the hotel, turn left and within a block you are walking by shops and cafes.

We stayed for our son’s wedding. We were treated like family and I’ll never forget the amazing stay we had in La Rochelle. The staff never had to be asked for anything. They moved about so quietly and efficiently that you weren’t even sure who did what, but you wanted for nothing. Truly amazing place. If you have the opportunity to stay here, don’t hesitate!

During our short 2 night stay, we found the hotel to be beautifully appointed and staffed by courteous and friendly personnel. The hotel is a short walking distance to the major sites and conveniently located near the bus transit stop servicing the entire city. I would recommend this establishment to other travelers who are staying in La Rochelle.

Recently renovated hotel 10 minutes from the port. The interior design lives up to the hotel's high standards. The staff are pleasant, warm, and very helpful. There's nothing to complain about regarding the room. The room is clean and spacious, well-decorated with comfortable bedding. The garden is large, well-appointed, and relaxing. We were very happy with our stay and will be happy to return

Great place to stay, right on the waterfront in the centre of town. Secure parking in an access only ,multi-story car park a few minutes walk from hotel . Great choice of breakfast, 2nd visit, highly recommended

Stayed here for two nights for La Rochelle v Munster. The hotel is perfect. Great location right on the port with nice bars next door and walking distance to everything. The hotel is spotless with nice welcoming friendly staff. Breakfast is great as well. I would highly recommend and will definitely return. The only possible bad word I would say is that there was a smell of stale smoke in my room

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel set on the picturesque La Rochelle Marina. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants which make it the perfect location. What an absolute gem of a hotel. After a disastrous start of a 2 night stay, when we arrived at our pre-booked accommodation to find it was totally uninhabitable. We needed to find somewhere to stay and saw this one close by. The staff were extremely helpful, our room was very comfortable and spotless the courtyard with a pool was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend it.

We've had a really pleasant stay. Service was impeccable and when they learned that my gf is gluten intolerant, they organized gluten free bread instead of just offering the crackers you often get in France. The location is amazing as well!

We enjoyed our few days in this hotel. The location is perfect, the staff were really helpful and friendly ( they left some chocolate on the table which was appreciated.) The bed was comfortable and the room was clean as the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked the hotel for very great price so I can't lower the score by much. The room size was very small so if you have a larger luggage or more than one you'll have difficulty. The room walls are paper thin so any noise from your neighbours will be heard. Noise from outside can also be heard but less than from other rooms. The staff are very nice and helpful. This hotel is in a fantastic place in the town. Access to everything right outside the door. I went with my father who is 85, the lift was welcome, as was the use of plates and cutlery. This is a lovely historic building. We had a nice room, clean with a fantastic shower. The rooms are not sound proof so it can be noisy from above and below. We were offered to purchase breakfast, which thankfully we declined. We were told breakfast starts at 7am, we hoped to grab a quick coffee. I had a lovely room at the last floor with a view on to the street. the staff at the reception desk are pleasant and helpful. I was just wondering about the exit door in case of emergency. It is locked from inside which is fine but how do we exit just in case? Who has the key?

A lovely little 2 star hotel located very well in the old centre of the city. The rooms are basic but very comfortable, abd the staff are welcoming and helpful too. They speak English, and were able to lend us power adapters because we had forgotten to bring some with us. The continental breakfast buffet is good, using local produce and home made jams.

For the hotel, value for money is ok. For its top quality restaurant, we eat very well, fresh and tasteful products. I recommend their rays to the captured.

We booked it as we never stayed in apart hotel...it did not disappoint!!! Lovely staff... everything we need in the room apart from towels...bring them or hire a set at 8 euro per person..great location..we did not buy breakfast as we prefer eat out but pastries were at reception after and you can book massage at discounted rate..also very peaceful..we had a view of the pool which was nice and quiet...

Very pleasant hotel located a bit outside La Rochelle city center but within walking distance from all the city's attractions. It is a wonderful hotel in the middle of town and close to everything. As soon as you walk through the front door, you can feel that you are in a different place. Stayed here for three nights in September 2024. Very comfortable premium rooms (our had a 180cm bed and a single). Very efficient AC in the rooms. Very good baby cot provided for free. Friendly welcome, clean and well looked after. Food choice limited and even some of that not available, but plenty of restaurants nearby if you want them.
