Might be nice in the winter, but rooms way too hot in the summer. No air conditioning or air movement of any kind in the room. Sleeping on top on the duvet and still sweating. Only 70 F!

The hotel is near bars, shopping and groceries. It's at the center of the city so you would expect nothing less. But not much of an experience on the area.

Not the first time at this hotel.
Reception and lobby looks good.
Breakfast is nice with good selection.
Dinner is very disapointing.
One server was welcoming.
Staff has low knowladge in English language, makes it hard to comunicate.
Some people do receive bread before dinner, but I wasnt one of them.
Ordered duck breast for dinner, one of the worst dishes ever (24€). Chef though he was cooking chicken. Plate doesnt represent 4 star hotel
Left half of the plate full, again staff did not care to ask if there was any issues with the dish.
Most of the staff has an attitude, you can stand in front of the bar for hours, no one will welcome you.
Staff smoking in front of the hotel also doesnt make it welcoming

Rooms where a bit old but the staff made a great stay. Al friendly and with a big smile. Breakfast was amazing, everything you needed was there. You can make your own egg in the morning 😁👍🏼. That was a super great experience. Our dog was more then welcome. Good hotel for a couple of days.

The staff were superb. Due to the weather conditions, my grandson & I were late arriving, so we had no time for exploring. The kitchen was open until 22.00, which we just made. Service excellent. Also, coffee, tea & snacks were available throughout the day.

The food was grrrrrr8 i did enjoy so many deserts it was nice i lyked the waterfall i really lyked how the water shoots out from to the other the places was okay i lyked how the containers were all in different colors and i really really lyked the pancakes that france have it was nice and oh the beaches was big BUT!? it was ugh windy and @ the beach they have a funfair for little kids and children so yeah i enjoyed but i'll see what i can do when ever i need to come back ;|

Nice Hotel for an overnights stay. Simple and efficient. Clean and comfortable. Design is just OK. Some details make you feel that this is not a luxurious place. Exposed pipes in the bathroom, missing bathroom plug, big TV screen but it was not working during my stay and an empty mini fridge. In conclusion I ate and slept nicely. I would recommend it for a one night stay during travelling for business or travel if you are looking for an OK, clean place.

I was there during covid-19 restrictions so service was limited, but the staff were very helpful, and new members of staff were eager to please.

Due to covid 19 working with minimum service , staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was large and clean. Bar - restaurant - lobby out of service. The food probably from take away . Bcs pick up your dinner or your breakfast from reception by yourself in side the bag and your eat at your room . non room service at the minimum.
