What a nice surprise when you walk into your room and see some mini pastries welcoming you! And there on the bed is a robe and a pair of slippers! This hotel treats you like royalty in its service. Very good located hotel, we had an upgraded room with view over harbour ànd sea. Very clean, and nice bathroom. Breakfast more than ok, omelette wait on request was good tasting and more than enough. The lady at the reception was very nice and gave good information on the city and sightings.

Great place to stay a few nights to visit the northern parts of the region. Free parking and comfortable rooms. Staff was very helpful when I showed up at 11 am taking care of me. Most hotels will have you go anyplace else to wait until check-in.

Hotel is simple, small and quite. Room is not so big, but accurate. Bathroom can be better, piping is too old, and toilet bowl is shaking a little. Location od the hotel is nice, not far to everything you can visit in Le Havre. Only dark curtains are too short to create some privacy in your room, as there is view on the street. For the rest it's a place that you may stay in for very reasonable price

Have WIFI, TV, water boiler and tea & caffè in room. Rooms without A/C but in summer time was OK inside. Close location to train station, bit noisy outside when window is open.

We stayed for a night only Staff - friendly and helpful , Room - clean and comfortable. Breakfast - for €5 is value for money. They baked their iwn croissants. Abd there is a secure parking for our motorbike for €3 . Overall - great place to stay.

The service was very good. It was windy and cold. I said it was too cold, so they sent me a heater and added two sheets. The surrounding scenery was very good, with seagulls flying in front of me and the sunset glowing brilliantly.

Stayed at this hotel in emergency circumstances. The staff were more than helpful and couldn’t thank them enough for making an unpleasant situation more accommodating and a pleasure to be within their company. Gave awesome recommendations and the hotel itself was very pleasant. Close to the amenities of Le Havre, very clean and reasonably priced.

Location is good. Close from train station. 5min walk. Team station is also very close from the hotel, 2min walk. Rooms & service are pretty much standard like other ibis. Breakfast spread is not bad.

Conveniently located, very good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful stuff. The kettle in my room caused a short circuit. Not only did they respond immediately to restore the power but also replaced the appliance at the middle of the night.

I stayed here one night waiting to join a vessel. I arrived before midnight. The reception was manned and the staff were good and helpful. The room is typical Ibis, small and adequate. The bed was super comfy and I got a great sleep. The WiFi was good and fast. The TV didn't work but that didn't bother me. The shower was good and the shower wash smelled good. Very nice hotel with a small casino but has everything you need if you like to play. There is a huge slots selection and only 1 Black Jack table. 1 Roulette and couple of other card tables.

The clue to this place is in the name. Basic. However our room was air conditioned, clean and had a decent sized shower and a toilet. No kettle. Breakfast buffet was really a selection of breads with usual French baked items, jams, cheese, yoghurt and 3 types of cereal. Pros: the hotel is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. It's easy to find and access. Cons: the area is not touristy, so there are no bars, restaurants, cafes, good outlets in the immediate vicinity.

The hosts are very helpful and kind. The rooms were very well cleaned and telly plus the remote worked without any issues. The breakfast was light and delicious. Few minutes drive from the city centre, the location is also pretty decent.

Clean, friendly staff & continental breakfast OK. You can book yourself in via computer on front door with or without reservation, if staff is out. Parking is free & under cover around the back. The hotel probably opened in 2016, so still rather new. The staff was kind. But the rooms are very simple and I assume, the air conditioning in my room was out of duty. I found simple things missing such as hair dryer, toilet brush and hand soap (I used the shower gel provided). No kettle in room, but the entrance desk has a microwave oven and a vending machine for hot, cold drinks and small snacks...

The hotel experience in itself was good. Nice and clean rooms. The staff was helpful, but we were really disappointment because they could’ve warned us about the parking. The paid parking next to the hotel seemed closed (around midnight) so we found a spot close by, where on Sundays there is a market. The signs indicating this were not very obvious, so our car got towed.

Good WIFI; refrigerator; good breakfast; staff was extremely helpful and accommodated my travel needs by making appointment for the COVID 19 test required to return to USA. We had a very lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy, as was the hotel overall. The hotel has a very artistic character. We had the breakfast in the morning and there was a very good variety of fresh food and drinks. Would definitely recommend.

A large comfortable room. However there is no AC and so a bit too warm even in May. Very clean and the breakfast was average. The owner is very nice and keeps up the hotel. My only complaint is parking. We were lucky to get parking on the street in front, but even then it was a bit of a lug to get our luggage in.
