The hotel is near bars, shopping and groceries. It's at the center of the city so you would expect nothing less. But not much of an experience on the area.

Rooms where a bit old but the staff made a great stay. Al friendly and with a big smile. Breakfast was amazing, everything you needed was there. You can make your own egg in the morning 😁👍🏼. That was a super great experience. Our dog was more then welcome. Good hotel for a couple of days.

The staff were superb. Due to the weather conditions, my grandson & I were late arriving, so we had no time for exploring. The kitchen was open until 22.00, which we just made. Service excellent. Also, coffee, tea & snacks were available throughout the day.

Nice Hotel for an overnights stay. Simple and efficient. Clean and comfortable. Design is just OK. Some details make you feel that this is not a luxurious place. Exposed pipes in the bathroom, missing bathroom plug, big TV screen but it was not working during my stay and an empty mini fridge. In conclusion I ate and slept nicely. I would recommend it for a one night stay during travelling for business...

I was there during covid-19 restrictions so service was limited, but the staff were very helpful, and new members of staff were eager to please.

Due to covid 19 working with minimum service , staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was large and clean. Bar - restaurant - lobby out of service. The food probably from take away . Bcs pick up your dinner or your breakfast from reception by yourself in side the bag and your eat at your room . non room service at the minimum.

Found a booking for reasonable price the same day. Stayed 3 nights. Good location (close to public piscine and indoor playarea and to a mall) You can travel by car to diffrenet costal citis to enjoy sunny beaches and at the same time avoid expensive hotel rates Etretat(rock beach) Deaville (lovely sandy beach) Welcoming reception Good breakfast

Nice hotel. Great rooms, good breakfast and parking available. We had a problem with the available beds because of incorrect information in the Accor app but it was solved as good as possible. Hotel has a nice view over the docks. Walking to the center or beach is a bit far, but plenty of parking space everywhere in the city. Tip for electric cars: there are free fast chargers (no card needed) across...

Nice hotel in le Havre, next to a shopping mall. Walking to the center takes about 15 minutes, but don't expect too much of the city, it's not that beautiful but a short trip through the city center and past the harbor is worth the effort. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, although we got our keys from the (very kind) receptionist, there was a bit of miscommunication with the cleaning team I think...

Wifi good, bed ok, the room is nice and clean. The breakfast is really good, free parking behind the hotel. But the surrounding area is not nice.

Stayed at this hotel in emergency circumstances. The staff were more than helpful and couldn’t thank them enough for making an unpleasant situation more accommodating and a pleasure to be within their company. Gave awesome recommendations and the hotel itself was very pleasant. Close to the amenities of Le Havre, very clean and reasonably priced.

Firstable the luggage storage are absolutely perfect. The first impression of the place is cozy. All staff friendly and helpful. Room very well, clean and comfortable. I love the idea and the concept of the bathroom. Definitely a good place for recommendations.

My colleague said 'like a French car' all looks very good, but nothing works! Room is controlled by a tablet computer that constantly crashes leaving the TV volume at maximum or the lights on! Novel and unique ideas, but needs an IT specialist on site to fix the place. Staff friendly, helpful and English speakers. Room was clean, water was hot. Used the lobby as a meeting area, it was well designed...

Great place to stay a few nights to visit the northern parts of the region. Free parking and comfortable rooms. Staff was very helpful when I showed up at 11 am taking care of me. Most hotels will have you go anyplace else to wait until check-in.

Very warm welcome at reception. Room clean and comfortable. Well located for port and local restaurants/bars. Secure uncover carpark. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Didn't have a reservation 'cause of the USA vs Sweden game everything was fully booked but the fact that they stored our bags for free while we wandered around Le Havre all night was SUCH a blessing! Thank you again!

Hotel is simple, small and quite. Room is not so big, but accurate. Bathroom can be better, piping is too old, and toilet bowl is shaking a little. Location od the hotel is nice, not far to everything you can visit in Le Havre. Only dark curtains are too short to create some privacy in your room, as there is view on the street. For the rest it's a place that you may stay in for very reasonable price

Have WIFI, TV, water boiler and tea & caffè in room. Rooms without A/C but in summer time was OK inside. Close location to train station, bit noisy outside when window is open.

Its Okay in general, very small rooms, its clean and the beds are comfy. The service is good. There is a restaurant nearby the lobby.

Very very basic and tiny, no loo roll, not the most cheerful front of house, everything extra inc towels, tv, early check in, late check out yada yada, but it was cheap and clean enough

We stayed for a night only Staff - friendly and helpful , Room - clean and comfortable. Breakfast - for €5 is value for money. They baked their iwn croissants. Abd there is a secure parking for our motorbike for €3 . Overall - great place to stay.

The clue to this place is in the name. Basic. However our room was air conditioned, clean and had a decent sized shower and a toilet. No kettle. Breakfast buffet was really a selection of breads with usual French baked items, jams, cheese, yoghurt and 3 types of cereal. Very little to eat if you are gluten free, so not really worth the 7 euro price. Coffee and fruit juice we nice. The car park...

Straight forward, no nonsense budget hotel. Really clean room and double bed and reasonably priced breakfast. Easy traffic free departure point.

Location is far off from centrum. So book this place if you hae a car. Covered car parking is available. Room was very well kept and 24hrs checkin.

The hosts are very helpful and kind. The rooms were very well cleaned and telly plus the remote worked without any issues. The breakfast was light and delicious. Few minutes drive from the city centre, the location is also pretty decent.

Clean, friendly staff & continental breakfast OK. You can book yourself in via computer on front door with or without reservation, if staff is out. Parking is free & under cover around the back. Only downside was the notice coming from the main road right next to hotel, aircon not working so window needed to be open. Great location for a stroll to nearby restaurants, shops & port/ferry.

The hotel probably opened in 2016, so still rather new. The staff was kind. But the rooms are very simple and I assume, the air conditioning in my room was out of duty. I found simple things missing such as hair dryer, toilet brush and hand soap (I used the shower gel provided). No kettle in room, but the entrance desk has a microwave oven and a vending machine for hot, cold drinks and small snacks...

Hotel with a good location in the city center and friendly staff. But it really requires a renovation, especially bathroom.

Nice place to stay, very clean. Although 2 small beds put together as a double sized bed, not the most comfortable, overall I recommend this place.

Nice and quite, friendly personal, better than average breakfast buffet. Good location. Park in "green" zone few streets away for lower price. Very close to the sea and centre. Several nice food options in the area

The hotel experience in itself was good. Nice and clean rooms. The staff was helpful, but we were really disappointment because they could’ve warned us about the parking. The paid parking next to the hotel seemed closed (around midnight) so we found a spot close by, where on Sundays there is a market. The signs indicating this were not very obvious, so our car got towed.

Its ok, my room was tiny, not enough room to swing a cat. Clean and tidy though. Staff are helpful and speak english. Try the Black Cafe next door, interesting clientele, strong french lager and a strong smell of cannabis

very well located in downtown Le Havre near major sights. Rooms were small but very efficient and all the Best Western attributes. Good WIFI; refrigerator; good breakfast; staff was extremely helpful and accommodated my travel needs by making appointment for the COVID 19 test required to return to USA. Reservations easy to manage with Best Western Reservation or directly with the hotel. Five Stars...

We had a very lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy, as was the hotel overall. The hotel has a very artistic character. We had the breakfast in the morning and there was a very good variety of fresh food and drinks. Would definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure to stay in Hotel Carmin for a few days with my parents. The hotel has some magical charm to it. The colors are really warm which creates this wonderful, dream-like, peaceful ambiance. The interplay between arts, colors and timeless pieces makes every interior unique. The room is clean and comfortable, and the hotel receptionist is really warm and patient. The location of the hotel is very good, there are many good restaurants nearby, and the hotel is not far from the beach.

Everything about this hotel was very good, with one exception. The gentleman at the check-in, who seems to be in charge of a number of functions at the hotel, does his job correctly, but in spite of that is profoundly unpleasant to interact with. His assistant seems to be tasked with making up for his unpleasantness, which she does throughout the day much to his lack of notice.

Nice location, good rooms and excellent service. The dinner was a disaster though. For 15,50€ you will get a jar of chicken compot, or a jar of lasange, or a jar of tortellini, or a jar of... All ordered up front in the reception with no possibility of additional courses. And they are small! Only thing saving my freinds and me, was the daily manager who served bread and cheese to avoid he's costumers...

Clean and well-maintained rooms. Located half a kilometer from the beach. Lovely breakfast spread with a fine selection of confiture and teas. Special thanks to Monsieur Jean-Pierre and Monsieur Thierry for keeping the environment so lovely and attending to all our requests!

Thierry, the receptionist, was absolutely fantastic, making a big difference in the experience. The breakfast was good and the room spacious. Although it was cold the heating was working properly and the cleaning was done properly. It was a good cost-benefit hotel, well located.

Seaside clean spacious room hotel. Neighborhood resturants a plus. Pizza place across the street SUPER.

A room with the best view in Le Havre. Not to mention great service. A place with wonderful seaside character.
