Very nice hotel with a small casino but has everything you need if you like to play. There is a huge slots selection and only 1 Black Jack table. 1 Roulette and couple of other card tables.

Alessio Risso, the director of the hotel, was very professional, and although we made the mistake of booking 3 nights, even though we meant to stay for one, he graciously refunded our Expedia reservation.

It’s a very value for money place. They have everything inside from food to gym to spa & treatment. The location is also very good, just in front of the bridge of la havre which looks like extremely beautiful and specially during night (if you have window facing the bridge).
The brasserie also is good, with a nice view to the bridge. And having casino at this price is also good.
It’s not very far from the gare also (15 min by walk). Tram connects well to la plage also (tram stop just 5 mins walk from hotel). The staff were also friendly.
The only improvement feedback is that they should focus on customer intimacy and services..

A really nice hotel. Very friendly personel. Room was very comfortable. Only con was the lights from outside who shine on the building during the night. If you wake up, you think for a second that is daylight. Curtains are blackout curtains. This place has a casino, buffet breakfast, bistro, spa, pool and private parking. If the parking is full, you can park at the spots on the street, which is free between 17:00 and 09:00, and Sundays. The front side of the hotel views the water and bridge. The breakfast contains fresh juices, pancakes, different kinds of bread, fruit, yoghurt, coffee/tea. In my opinion, it is not a place for kids.

While the hotel is ok, the restaurant is a complete disaster. The ingredients are poor and tasteless. The service rest on his laurels, benefeting the image of the hotel.

I just tried to get in the Casino and the colored doorkeeper didn’t let me in because he saw in my eyes that I drank alcohol. I said that I’m diabetic an d don’t drink alcohol since more than 20 years and asked for an alcohol test. But he only that nothing! Your eyes! I think it’s his form of racism against German people. I didn’t drink anything since years!

Didn't have a reservation 'cause of the USA vs Sweden game everything was fully booked but the fact that they stored our bags for free while we wandered around Le Havre all night was SUCH a blessing! Thank you again!

Hotel was clean, room was comfortable food a good selection, Reception People were very polite and helpfull especially when we left our key card in our room overall a very good experience would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone
