Not sure if the name is ironic as its the complete opposite of first class. Arrived and the receptionist was throwing paper across the room and slamming doors in some sort of angry strop. Room was quite clean but the aircon didnt work.

Pros: the hotel is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. It's easy to find and access.
Cons: the area is not touristy, so there are no bars, restaurants, cafes, good outlets in the immediate vicinity.

Good worth for money! I got one room for two nights. The room was clean, staff was nice and helpful! U may not find some things which usually is available (like hairdryer) but it definitely worthed it!

It’s a very good worth for money. Very clean and comfortable.
It’s only 30 mins ride from Étretat, so if you are visiting around you can spend the night at the hotel.
The breakfast was fair enough also for 6,50€.
The only one complain I can mention is that in booking.com there are mentioning that the parking is free and I asked them via messages to double check and they confirmed so.
Once arrived the receptionist tried to scam us and made us pay 5€ parking fees. Be careful ❗️

The hosts are very helpful and kind. The rooms were very well cleaned and telly plus the remote worked without any issues. The breakfast was light and delicious. Few minutes drive from the city centre, the location is also pretty decent.

After three hours of sleep in one of their rooms, I woke up with a terrible itch in my arm. When I woke up in the morning, my arms and neck were full with insect bites, most likely bed bugs. Avoid by all means! The funniest thing is that I had to pay the night

Amazing how this property can be available in hotels.com when it's not possible anymore to enter the property (after 9pm) or contact them (no reception at all after 9pm) and then still **refuse to refund the amount you paid**. Something like this has never happened to me before.
They now refuse to refund because they claim it's possible to enter the property with a code I never received, or park my car in a parking lot with a card I could only receive in the reception hours.
They ripped me off completely.
Stay away from them.

Clean, friendly staff & continental breakfast OK. You can book yourself in via computer on front door with or without reservation, if staff is out. Parking is free & under cover around the back.
Only downside was the notice coming from the main road right next to hotel, aircon not working so window needed to be open.
Great location for a stroll to nearby restaurants, shops & port/ferry.

The hotel probably opened in 2016, so still rather new. The staff was kind. But the rooms are very simple and I assume, the air conditioning in my room was out of duty. I found simple things missing such as hair dryer, toilet brush and hand soap (I used the shower gel provided). No kettle in room, but the entrance desk has a microwave oven and a vending machine for hot, cold drinks and small snacks . The parking lot has a security gate. Front desk only open until 9pm. You can try walking to the city center or take a bus, but I suggest taking the car anyway. The hotel is OK if you only stay a few days. The breakfast has limited choice, but OK quality and is rather cheap (compared to other hotels) I suggest booking with the breakfast (which is served until 10am sharp). As a basic value hotel and based on the value for money i paid for... I give it an overall 3 out of 5. With a working air condition, I would have given one more.
