I’ve chosen this hotel since it was close to the Flixbus stop. When we arrived the receptionist told us that there was no hot water and offered to stay in another location about 5 mins walk from there without any additional fees. The staff were very nice and polite during our stay. The room was spacious and clean. Wouldn’t mind staying there again if I ever come back.

The hotel is at a good location. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. I recommend this hotel for your stay in Rouen.

I stayed at this hotel for one night only as part of a tour group. We arrived quite late so it was basically a shower and bed before a small buffet breakfast very early in the morning and then off again. Hotel was clean and modern. The floor coverings in my room were interesting 🤔.

Frankly for a B&B to review the hotel needs a total renovation from the decoration to the bedding. The room with odors is for a person looking for a night and who finds himself stuck in Rouen. Otherwise I really do not recommend it. Especially not as a couple you will spoil the romantic hotel magic. On the other hand the staff and the perfect location.

Extremely noisy hotel. Doors slam and footsteps are heavy in the rooms!!!!! The rooms face the street at the entrance; there are delivery trucks very early in the morning. It is extremely noisy. I am extremely disappointed.
