Walking to the center takes about 15 minutes, but don't expect too much of the city, it's not that beautiful but a short trip through the city center and past the harbor is worth the effort. What a nice surprise when you walk into your room and see some mini pastries welcoming you! And there on the bed is a robe and a pair of slippers! This hotel treats you like royalty in its service. Very good located hotel, we had an upgraded room with view over harbour ànd sea. Very clean, and nice bathroom. Breakfast more than ok, omelette wait on request was good tasting and more than enough. The lady at the reception was very nice and gave good information on the city and sightings.

Hotel is simple, small and quite. Room is not so big, but accurate. Bathroom can be better, piping is too old, and toilet bowl is shaking a little. Location od the hotel is nice, not far to everything you can visit in Le Havre. Only dark curtains are too short to create some privacy in your room, as there is view on the street. For the rest it's a place that you may stay in for very reasonable price

The hotel is near bars, shopping and groceries. It's at the center of the city so you would expect nothing less. But not much of an experience on the area.

The staff were superb. Due to the weather conditions, my grandson & I were late arriving, so we had no time for exploring. The kitchen was open until 22.00, which we just made. Service excellent. Also, coffee, tea & snacks were available throughout the day.

Nice Hotel for an overnights stay. Simple and efficient. Clean and comfortable. Design is just OK. Some details make you feel that this is not a luxurious place. Nice room, nice pool, nice lobby, and a great location. The sauna did not work. We saw other guests with bathrobes around the pool and when we asked for them at the front desk, we were told bathrobes don’t come with standard hotel rooms. Had a pleasant stay - the room was nice and clean, the hotel conveniently located. No 24/7 reception though. The breakfast buffet was decent (although it didn’t feel very covid-proof, as most patrons are touching the food with their hands) and the included spa access is nice - there’s nothing breath-taking about it, though. We had a fantastic experience here. This hotel was reasonable, clean, and very nice inside and out. The rooms were spacious and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Tiny room but very clean and modern bathroom with hot showers. Great location, central. No lift in the hotel so guests need to carry their bags up the stairs. Great hotel, didn’t really get the full experience due to the language barrier , and our room was half way cleaned. The restaurant has no English menu, but the food is amazing , just good luck because theres no English speaker to explain the magnificent flavors they put at the table.

Maurice and I had the “Promenade” (tasting) menu. It was disappointing. The first and second courses were almost identical. The service was not impeccable and - in my view - the menu and wines were overpriced for what was on offer.

The hotel is very well located and the bed for a third person in a room with two other people has a good mattress. The staff is very gentle and polite, from the receptionist to the kitchen staff. I would just add that the hotel needs to have room service at least, even thought the hotel is located near Monoprix and some restaurants, having room service is kind of important.
