Excellent hotel: ski-in and ski-out, well managed, clean, self catering facilities good, friendly staff, and the spa is a lovely facility. Have stayed many times before and will continue to use this hotel for our annual ski trip.
My family of four absolutely loved our five night stay at Le Chalet du Mont Vallon. The heated indoor swimming pool was the perfect way to relax after a busy day of skiing. The cafe and bar had the best hot chocolate and crepes to enjoy by the fire in the lobby. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough closet space for all four of us. We loved our stay and enjoyed the hospitality of each...
Very good hotel situated on the piste. Nice comfortable rooms. We only had breakfast here, but it was a good selection, if not cheap. Wellness with good-sized swimming pool, steam bath and sauna (no jacuzzi), and massage facilities. The hotel was especially helpful to arrange things and give out helpful information before our stay. Definitely recommended.

Very nice location, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, equipments are very nice. The room is clean spacious with 2 bathrooms. The views are beautiful, the location is very convenient as you have access to supermarket by walking. If you want family holidays to rest and enjoy nature this is the right place, they also can take care of the kids for the entire day if you need with many activities and the team...
There is no bar present at the premises which is a shame as an apéro moment in the bar pre-dinner is something essential to a good ski holiday. We chose the option "demi pension". Quality of the food was ok but the fixed menu principle is not. People should at least have a choice between two dishes.
Nice hotel, with ski in & out convenient location right on the slope and supermarket just next to it. Pleasant sauna and pool. Equipment is modern, the views outside are pretty. 1 star less for lack of any starter pack - you need to bring your own soap, toilet paper, dishwasher capsules and cleaning rugs.
As coach drivers we never normally get very good accommodation but this place was great. Nice apartments well kitted out and looked after. Clean and communal areas too. Jacuzzi was a bit chlorineified, swimming pool not massive but big enough and not too deep. All I can say is excellent accommodation with a shop and garage on your doorstep.

There was huge variety at breakfast, and the quality of food was very good too. The teas were all high quality which was important to me also.
Excellent breakfast. Very kind and welcoming stuff especially at the reception. Nice and clean room even if not so big.
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for more. Staff were so warm and accomodating. The room and facilities were magnificent. We absolutely loved the fondue and dinners we had. It seemed like nothing was too much for the team here. Highly recommend.
Totally renovated rooms, with a beautiful spa. Breakfast and dinner buffet. Dinner was not that bad as I read in previous reviews. There are hot choices and plenty of options. Always refilled. You can also pre-order a fontue or raclette for the dinner with no surcharge. I loved the fontue. All personnel from reception, bar, spa, restaurant etc are professionals and very kind! The smallest room is...
All these reviews should be dated. The hotel has new owners as of 2021. The good meals were replaced by a buffet dinner. If you look for good meals go somewhere else. The hot tub was replaced by a swimming pool. The location is still great and the ladies at the front desk are polite and professionals. Everybody has different taste in a hotel, I am sorry to say I will not come back. John Acs Canada...
Good: -location (ski in and out) -Great organization with the ski rental (Absolu Sport) -Rooms are reasonably quiet (standard room 1st floor) -Parking in front of the hotel -Free coffee, thea and water all day long. Even in the rooms -Lovely sun terrace with lots of space Can better: -Few alternatives for special diets (glutenfree, lactose free,...). Usually limited to a few sandwiches and no indication...

It’s ski in, ski out. it has a pool and steam room and sauna, the beds are super comfortable, there is the option of breakfast and there is a locker room to leave skis if you wish. the staff all speak English and are all extremely helpful and friendly.
Spacious apartment, would prefer to see it a little cleaner though. Furniture is not very comfortable unfortunately. Staff is friendly and speaks English very well! Wellness is nice after a long day on the slopes. You can take the free Preyerand lift to get to the village where you can enjoy good food and drinks (recommend Brasserie Des Belleville). I personally would prefer to stay in Les Bruyeres...
rooms are ok. staff are nice. my issue is that this place isn't that cheap and everything is an added extra. For instance wifi you get 2 codes limited to 2 devices at a time. if you want a 3rd its €30.
Good position, friendly, close to pistes. Saunas, pool and hot tub fine. Apartments quite spacious and well equipped.

Returning for a 2nd year running as a family of 4. Everything about the hotel is great. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Great Breakfast. Great facilities. Rooms are fantastic. Couldn't recommend more highly.
A great ski in ski out location. A quality well presented building at the very top end of the resort. Very polite, welcoming and attentative staff throughout. The breakfast is wonderful and the dinner exceptional. The variety and presentation of the menu was a continual delight through our week's stay. The food is really very very good.
This is a gem of a hotel in beautiful surroundings. The staff were one if the most helpful, professional and courteous that I have encountered. There was a really nice, warm atmosphere in the restaurant. The bedroom was fantastic. Mine was a junior suite, very spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was never ending. Absolutely perfect for a day on the slopes...a variety of everything...
Our stay at Chalet Hotel Kaya in January 2024 was absolutely incredible! We visited as a family of 18 members ranging in age from 5yrs to 70yrs and EVERYONE had an amazing experience! The little ones especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the teenagers the games room. The adults loved the spa facilities, swimming pool and cozy bar area with it's beautiful fireplace and comfortable seating...
It’s a great family friendly hotel. Here are the things we liked: - rooms are comfortable and cosy; - there’s a swimming pool and spa available for kids as well; - kids club (sadly we didn’t use) - nice bar with a fireplace and a good restaurants with tasty breakfasts and dinners; - ski shop just inside the hotel; - access to the slopes; - kids ski schools just 100m away; - nice and quite area; And...
We stayed at the hotel from 12/20/2023 to 12/30/2023. Excellent location, right next to the ski lift, you get off and ski down to it for 2 minutes. The roads are cleaned on time, and a free bus runs down every 20 minutes. It is very convenient - there is a skating school right in front of the hotel, I liked everything there, the guys are all friendly and speak English well.... unlike the hotel staff...

The chalet itself was OK and we enjoyed our stay. The cleaning fee at 80 euros is a bit steep. If you have a late flight be aware that you will need to get a slot between 08:00 and 10:00 when your room will be checked. We didn't sort this out till the Friday and by then the only slot available was at 08:10 and our bus wasn't due to leave until 13:00. We were then offered the option of paying an...

Small hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Good pool for relaxing after a day skiing. Effectively ski in and ski out with access to the three valley ski area, what's not to like about that!
A fabulous hotel with fantastic staff and amazing food. We stayed here for a weeks skiing trip with our little boy. The rooms were lovely, nice comfy beds, lovely hot showers which are a must after a days skiing ! The staff were friendly and fabulous. The food was wholesome and amazing. The pool was great, especially after a day on the slopes. We loved it here, there was absolutely nothing to dislike...
Excellent family skiing hotel. Staff "get" what families want/need from a ski holiday. Spa is good. Food served in the restaurant is good too. Kids club is amazing.
The hotel is nice I'd say food and accommodation aren't really 4star but very close. The staff make up for any short comings in the accommodation with their friendliness. Didn't start well, neilson refused to let me call the hotel to ask a question about the local ski shop.
Pros: -the staff are very friendly and welcoming -the food served at dinner is very good -having access to a pool/sauna is excellent Cons: -the hotel is not ski in/ski out as is advertised -the rooms are shabby/tatty and need a full renovation. (Hospital style toilet role dispensers, random screw sticking out of the wall, poor quality fixtures) -overall the quality of the service and rooms does not...

We had a great stay. apartment clean and well arranged. beds comfortable. reception staff were very helpful and friendly. well organised boot room.
Nice location but no taxi or bus service to get from the apartment for early morning flight, need own car transport, plus if you book with maeva and not P&V treated like 2nd class not same benefits, disappointed will definitely not stay in Reberty again as transport is kin existence after 2330 pm

Beautiful modern chalet complex in a great position, just away from the bottom of the piste, allowing for a ski in/out. Amazing views from the balconies. Most staff in the resort were amazingly friendly & helpful, the reception staff were the exception. Shower rooms were awkwardly small, bathroom was a sensible size. Kitchen cutlery, pots/pans etc were really well stocked. A nice ‘larder’ of salt...
the two bedroom duplex was pokey in the extreme. Photos on website are not representative of the actual standard I found. Location is good. Could do with a bigger spa area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Hilary the location is outstanding with an incredible view from the decking area. Our bedroom was modern and clean and the breakfast in the morning was perfect (particularly loved the pancake machine). As we got engaged during our stay the staff kindly provided a free bottle of champagne 🥂 very kind and a great hotel all round!
Very friendly staff. Excellent location - right on the slopes. Good food. Very happy to have stayed there
Lovely ski in ski out chalet just above the village. Clean, comfortable rooms, good food, and a nice big deck with beautiful views. Particularly appreciated the ski lockers. Would stay again.
Lovely meal and fantastic service. Great views of Les Menuires with panoramic views. Delicious steak and good selection of beers and wines.

Friendly reception staff, easy check-in and all the standard necessities present in the apartment. Ski boxes provided on site in the apartment building itself, with apartments organized in buildings with the typical chalet look common in the area here. We had a 3 person apartment in the Les Edelweiss building, and it was a good base from which to ski around the Les Menuires area. Getting to the piste...
Great apartments, quite roomy and clean. The 3 bedroom apartments have a master suite with separate shower, and a secondary bedroom with two separate beds that can be used as a double. The balcony facing rooms have really good views of the mountain. You can reach the piste straight from the balcony with a bit of effort, otherwise it's a short walk (about 3 minutes) to the normal entrance of the Bettex...
More spacious than the typical French ski resort apartments - ours on the 2nd floor had high ceilings which made it feel quite airy. Has a pool which is good after skiing, or if you can't ski for any reason (lifts were shut due to wind on one of our days). Bus stop right by it, which is helpful as it is on the edge of the resort so you'll probably need it for going in to the village at night, or if...
Nice place. Very close to slope. Clear and warm swimming pool. Very good the ratio of quality and price. Cleaning the common areas was inadequate. So I give only four stars.
We started here for 3 nights in a last minute booking and were get happy with what we got. Pet friendly and reasonably priced. Well kitted kitchen. The wellness section was also great with the pool. Best of all instant ski in out and thereby easy access to the giant resort and endless pistes.
Nice appartment, but rather small: 4 people fit but only 2 adults and 2 kids (book a larger room if you are with 4 adults). Kitchen has a dishwasher which you will use often since all cups etc are in 4. Appartment might be basic but in good condition: nothing broken or torndown. Very nice and helpful staff at reception. Unfortunately only open in the morning and evening. The pool and spa are OK, which...
