We’d booked the hotel in 2019 for a stay in 2020 but the pandemic prevented our travel until this April. Despite having to postpone our visit three times in the interim, the management kept our booking without issue and were most accommodating. Our room on 7th floor was very clean, functional with a large comfortable bed. The views were stunning , overlooking the river/weir and Lourdes Sanctuary complex. All the staff were friendly and obliging and made every effort to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Restaurant staff were attentive and made sure we had all we needed. The hotel’s location was great- central in the town but in a quieter side road, close to nearby shops and restaurants on way to the Sanctuary. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay , staff exceptional, location superb a leisurely 10 minute walk to the Grotto.

Hotel location is central for the Town and is responsibly modern, bedrooms are adequate but I would like to see tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom along with a mini fridge. Breakfast there is no hot food available which many holiday makers from outside of Europe wish to have in the morning and when I asked for an Omelette I was told there would be a charge, hugely disappointing.

Visited as a group of 6 from Ireland during the month of May, using the hotel as a based for cycling the Tour de France stages in the Pyrenees. The staff were just brilliant, kind, friendly and most accommodating. An ideal base for cycling adventures with hills, hills and more hills on your doorstep. Great value for money with the half-board option.

Very enjoyable time and very central and near everything. We were full board and were really well looked after and plenty of nice food and the staff made us feel welcome and couldn’t do enough for you. Room’s very nice and comfortable. We recommend the hotel if you’re planning a visit.

Didn't stay this visit to lourdes as on my last vist I felt the hotel had become very run down... Sorry guys it's a fact

A little bit confusing to find the entrance. But interior was nice and they have a room available to the 4 of us so we were able to stay together in 1 room. Friendly and helpful front desk officers. Just 10 mins walk to the grotto. It is located opposite a vietnamese eating place which serves steamy pho noodle soup (perfect for cold weather in Lourdes) and tasty side dishes (e.g. spring rolls).
