You get what you pay for so don't expect much for the hotel. Lady at the reception is extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are clean but barely any room in the shower cubicle to move around.
WORSE part is that the room service lady tried to just open the dood and come in every time without giving us any space for privacy what so ever. Just after we checked in they tried to open the door and come in, then both days in the morning they tried to just come in without giving us 10 seconds to come to the door.
Website says check out is at 1030 but they tried to come in by 10am when we were still in bed. Just unprofessional and rude.
Heather don't work in the rooms but there was hot water for shower.
Yet again it's one of the cheapest available in the area.

Budget-friendly bed & breakfast hotel located between the train station and the Lourdes church. Small rooms but that will nit be an issue if you are out the whole day and you simply want a place to sleep. The owner was kind. We reached Lourdes early morning at 8, kept the luggage at the reception and roamed the city and did a checkin at 11. Same solution while returning, checked-out at 11 and roamed the city until 7 pm before catching the train. Breakfast at 3€/person was of moderate quantity.

Very clean room and halls. Sheets and towels were clean. Towels need replacement.
Beds is on the firmer side. Shower area is small. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved (Also, they forgot that I paid for 2 breakfast meals which are not buffet style). Croissant is delicious. Loved the nutella look and taste a like spread (very similar taste). +++++ very close to train station and the grotto. Security is good. Very affordable. Over all, I recommend this hotel.

The purpose of being at Lourdes is for prayer. If you will be there only for one night, this tiny but so homy hotel can be your choice. Near the station. The room is small, fits one person. No heater and my window cannot be closed. The host provides bread, butter and hot coffee for breakfast. It has hot water, digital controlled gate and an elevator. Praise the Lord and Virgin Mary! Choose the path well and dont get lost at midnight to find way back to home.

We've spent a night at the hotel and we had a very pleasant experience.
The room was clean, the decor was unique and the staff was friendly.
We've arrived after the hotel closing time, but we were given means to access the bedroom (door code). Even so, a friendly member of the staff was there when we arrived to greet us and explain the basics.
