My friend and I stayed there 2 days ago. Not sure how they got such good review. The experience didn’t meet five star hotel standard at all. This was the worst for our whole Europe trip. Firstly, the room is big but very basic, even the door is brokering. Then, the service is very unprofessional. We checked in the first night, the reception was cold; then, they tried to charge us for included breakfast, and we waited almost 1 hour for our breakfast and they kept forgetting our order. We didn’t end up having it as we had a tight schedule, but they didn’t do anything with it (only said sorry). The management is very unorganised. Some people are nice to talk to, but I don’t think we would go back again.

Totally deceptive to book a suite in a relais & chateau and upon arrival being told that the restaurant is fully booked. This is not done. We wil never ever step foot again.

What an ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE GEM!! We stayed here for two nights to celebrate my friend’s birthday and it exceeded our every expectation!!! The staff were incredibly friendly and kind and went absolutely out of their way to make our experience 5 stars. They gave our party 2 free room upgrades because of the special occasion and every single experience was special. The food is 10/10, the room was 10/10, the location 10/10, breakfast 10/10, wine 15/10 and the facilities too! I almost want to keep this place a secret 😂 But if you’re thinking of going here BOOK NOW!! It’s incredible and I cannot wait to go back with my husband.

When I came at Domaine in June for the first time for drinks , I really liked the place, and the atmosphere was good.
So we decided to go back to Domaine for family farewell dinner before going back to Dubai, however we were very disappointed with a food and service. We payed 300 euros for 3 adults and 1 child ( 21 euros)
-For upcoming weekend turns out that they were running out of rose wine By Minuty ( which is the best out of what they have) ( our reservation was on Friday at 7.30pm)
-No atmosphere, no music , no dj ( it was poring outside that night) but yet I think they could have a dj on Friday night and to play a bit of music inside of the restaurant.
-We were waiting for our main courses more then 30 minutes , ( and the restaurant was not busy by the time we made our order) however a couple who made an order after us , they got they food way before .
-We have ordered a stake medium well, but we received medium rare ( we have had to send it back to cook more)
-My mother-in-law order risotto gambas , however she mentioned that it was tasteless.
-Sorbets didn’t taste like sorbet at all , zéro teste of peach and strawberry
-Mi-cuit chocolat ( it’s like a chocolate fondant) however it was cold and overcooked.
-Dame Blanche ( here it’s only vanilla ice cream with a wiped cream).
-Chicken nuggets from the kids menu were really good, thanks, my son finished them all.
-Humus was good
-Big thanks to the guy who was serving vine , I know that he was busy , however he brought for me 2 different vines to try, and he was smiling and polite, appreciate.
-The place itself looks great, but unfortunately will not come back

Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel was a significant letdown from start to finish.
Few hours before our arrival, we attempted to book a table for dinner. Despite calling repeatedly for 30 minutes, we received no response. Finally, we managed to contact them through booking.com, only to be informed that their gastronomic restaurant was closed. We ended up dining at their other restaurant, La Plage. While the decor and atmosphere were pleasant, the service and the food were mediocre.
The location of the hotel is another major issue. It's just five minutes away from a shantytown, and on our way there, we encountered two ARMED men, which was terrifying. We tried to call the hotel to confirm we were in the right place, but once again, there was no answer.
Breakfast was another disappointment. With only six guests present, it took 20 minutes for them to serve us poached eggs, which were inedible due to the overpowering vinegar smell and taste. The hotel seems severely understaffed, relying heavily on interns under 25 who, despite their best efforts, fail to meet the standards expected of a 5-star establishment.
Adding to the disappointment, we had to endure the noise of renovation works during breakfast. This lack of consideration for guests further detracted from the experience.
Overall, this hotel does not live up to the "Relais & Châteaux" brand. It's a beautiful property, rooms are amazing, but the service is mediocre at best and being so close to such a dangerous area was extremely upsetting. I would not recommend staying here if you expect true 5-star service.

Very spacious room, fully equipped, high quality. They even provide IMac in the room. The room is clean and tidy.
Staff are very friendly, breakfast are also good, serving variety of classy foods with good taste.
It is a bit nigh end in term of pricing, but they give a gift a bottle of wine for every room.
There is wineyard at the hotel complex, unfortunately I came in February where they just cut leaves of all grape trees.

Beautiful place and the hotel gifted us a bottle of wine that was made from their vineyards. Close enough to Montpellier city but tucked away for some serenity. Nice toiletries too. Very good service by all staff! Breakfast is great - wish there were more variety of cheese. We are in France, after all.

Nice breakfast but the dinner was ridiculous greedy with their tiny quantity of fish ! We don't recommend it for dinning!
