Excellent short stay at L'Imperator. Having initially booked an Airbnb who turned out to be a nightmare,
I called the hotel in an emergency as I needed a room to stay and work. I asked for an early check-in and they agreed. The hotel is beautiful, there is an older part with a stunning staircase and reception room. I love the charm of the elevator. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and the spa is really relaxing with an indoor and outdoor pool. Had room service and breakfast and lunch in the restaurant and service was speedy and food very tasty. But the real asset of this hotel is the staff always ready to please you. Nothing is too much for them and it thanks to Maison Albar that my trip did not end in a disaster. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed a great 2 night stay here. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is very classic, but features fun pops of color and modern accents that blend the old with the new. Centrally located, just a short walk from historic sites and shopping. Definitely plan a dinner at Duende -- a phenomenal culinary experience!

It’s like heaven on earth! From the moment I arrived I was warmly greeted by the manager, staff whisked my luggage to my room and I was given a tour of the hotel and the services on offer. Everything was excellent. Professional yet genuinely warm staff made you feel at home instantly. Rooms serviced twice a day, beds turned down and the impeccable finish touch of a linen mat to use prior to getting into bed. If heaven’s as good - I’m willing to work harder to ensure I get there!

Absolutely phenomenal hotel!!! The staff go above and beyond in very way!!! Tristan was the first staff member to welcome my coworker and I to the hotel and it is obvious that he truly enjoys his job!! We will definitely return here. We are sad that our trip was too short. Excellent stay. This hotel makes it easy for everyone. Wonderful welcome, impeccable room service, wonderful food, perfect spa duet massage! We'll get back to this! The bartender's signature fruit cocktails are a delight. The kindness, helpfulness of the staff really makes this hotel a charm.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The cleaning service does its job very well. Nice rooms, good breakfasts (but in a week I would appreciate more variety in their flagship breakfast). For the mistake they made (they forgot to bring the car in the morning, so we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for it. At the same time, no one offered us anything to drink), they apologized and offered cocktails and tapas. Everyone makes mistakes ;) I want to go back. Perfect place :)

Wonderful experience! Everything from 5 stars 🌟, little touches like glasses of champagne, strawberry cake... when both the outdoor and indoor pools are great. Inflated staff, they are very caring.

A restoration well worth waiting for - the grandeur is all the more appreciated because of the attentive team, who’s willingness is carried out in actions. You cannot fault their warmth and friendliness as though you’re visiting old friends. The food and drinks at the restaurant are excellent, equally so are their facilities - indoor and outdoor pool, spa, gym and relaxing spaces amidst the tastefully landscaped grounds transport you to a place of bliss. Thanks for a memorable experience.
