I like location of this hotel. Not far from the old town. We can just walk from the hotel to explore old town. You can park your car into hotel parking building or if you have a tall car like 190 heights, you can just choose parking building next to the hotel.

From our arrival with access to the underground car park before even checking in it was a very enjoyable stay. All the staff we met were helpful and personable. The breakfasts were plentiful and varied. We didn't use all the facilities by any means but the quality of the main area on the ground floor seemed exceptional. The location was perfect. Easily accessible without having to venture inside the city walls. (a nightmare in a car!) Only 15 minutes from the main tourist areas.

however, on entry, many advertised executive room perks were missing.
on entry, the air conditioner did not work. it was repaired, but the temperature can not be set per room; there is only one setting for the whole hotel.
The room sometimes smelt very bad
we asked the helpful reception staff for the missing executive room perks, which they brought very quickly
except for French tv, only news channels are available in other languages

The hotel is situated just outside the wall that surrounds the city of Avignon, which made it easier to find a public parking spot, yet it is still within walking distance of the city center. The room is spacious enough for two adults and two children aged 12 and 11, and it was very nice to find the sofa and pull-out bed set up upon our arrival. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
All in all, it was a lovely experience. I would only suggest providing slippers and a dental kit in the bathroom.

If I could give zero stars I would. When booking I requested rooms on the same floor as travelling with our daughters. Upon check in I discovered we were two floors apart and receptionist's response was "there's nothing we can do". Not off to a good start we then entered our suite. If you offer a free mini bar for certain rooms then it's not unreasonable for guests to expect it to be stocked. We had one can of Coke and a broken child's cereal bar and worse of all when staff came to replenish all they brought was one more of each. No water, not even a packet of crisps. There were dirty cleaning cloths left in our bathroom and hair on the toilet floor. The room smelt and the Astro turf on the terrace was stained as were the two chairs. We were staying the night before our wedding and the charming man I booked over the phone with said he'd make sure a treat was left for us, not necessary but a nice touch if it had actually happened. Instead we were told, "oh we tried but couldn't". I travel a lot and have never been met with this kind of attitude or lack of service, having worked in the industry I know full well that other establishments would have offered a drink in the bar. Overall impression was that this hotel is far from the 4* it presents itself as, dirty rooms, disinterested staff and a failure to deliver on what it promises.

Great location, easy walk from the train station and into town. Lovely common area with some games and a nice pool with lounge chairs. Our room was clean and large. The bed was extremely comfortable and a great shower! We had a nice view of the old town wall. Lovely stay, I would definitely recommend!

Nicely appointed rooms. Very easy access to the city. But the A/C sucks. When we got to the room the thermostat was set at 10 degrees - damn cold! Why would anyone do that? Because the room was too damn hot. The fan was set on high but no air moved. Find another hotel.

Good location, services need massive upgrades. The restaurant food is substandard such as ever dish is a failure we did not expect much just thought ordinary food but it is a total disappointment from every dish we ordered from soup appetizers and entrees totally non acceptable

If you like to suffocate in a room with No air conditioning , this is the perfect hotel to get no sleep and get no help as maintenance staff is not even available after 6pm.
So we have been up all night with our 2 kids as had to open windows and road noise is really loud.
Seems to be trend at this hotel as just saw another review stating exactly same issue.
Recommend staying within the walls of the city and this hotel is outside with 13 euro parking charge and other extra charges as well.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived mid afternoon. No alternatives were available. When we did go up? the safe didn’t work and despite being looked at was never fixed. There was no courtesy tray, and the empty fridge hadn’t been restocked. Worst of all by far the bath towel I unfolded was, shall we say, soiled. Disgusting and unusable. Having pointed all this to the front desk there was an apology but after we returned from an excellent dinner outside, the offending towel had not been removed. The fridge had some fizzy drinks and the coffee had been replaced but this was a very small comfort. I filled out the hotel questionnaire online over 24 hours ago, no reply no comment no contact at all. Very disappointed to say the least.
And over a week on from our stay there has been absolutely no communication from the hotel. They obviously don’t care.
