Beautiful hotel , amazing staff so friendly . Rooms are great , modern & really comfy bed. Breakfast is incredible, never experienced such an amazing array of food options. Coffee is from Nespresso machines so pretty awful but everything else is amazing !

The hotel’s excellent location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. We noticed hair in the room, leftover product on the wall of the shower, and the carpet would need a thorough cleaning. While the design of the room was functional, it wasn’t particularly well thought.

Hotel is wonderful. Stayed for 3 nights 2 rooms booked 2 adults 1 child. Arrived from the airport on at day where temperatures hit 37 and stepping into the cool reception was bliss. Everything about this hotel was fantastic from the moment you step into the foyer you are treated with utmost respect and the staff are so incredibly helpful. The location of this hotel is great, right next to a shopping centre and walking distance to the town centre. However, the room is beyond hot and I do not know why you cannot change the temperature to below 20 degrees celsius. While we were sleeping, the air conditioner changed itself to 23 degrees on its own. I had hot flashes and my 6 month baby was crying from discomfort. I would not recommend this...

I saw a super beautiful sunrise here. It is very close to the Drama Square, just walk out of the mall; there are many restaurants around, and there are many interesting shops on the other side of the Drama Square, which is suitable for a leisurely stroll.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. The room is a little small. The location is very good and the service is professional. It is close to the old town and you can walk to the Arc de Triomphe.

There's a supermarket and pharmacy about 10 meters away. The surroundings are nice. Western breakfast is provided. Parking is 5 euros, which is quite low in France. The room is small.

Close to supermarket, staff like Dimitri very helpful, no parking for big vans, parking in gas station across the street, can’t adjust room temperature, a little hot but we just open the windows

They were in renovation period. We took breakfast formula, it hadn't much to offer, we were deceived. But, shootout for the cleanliness of the hotel and the air-conditioning. Overall it was good for what we paid, but what to expect from a 3 star hotel?

Small bedroom but clean and comfortable. Adequate price. If I go back from Montpellier I Wil return to the Kyriad hotel.

Very pleasantly surprised by the establishment. The cleanliness. The service. The price of the room. Except for a small downside, the price of breakfast was higher once there. As well as the tourist tax. Too bad but the staff was really pleasant and helpful.

Can’t fault the price for the room. And it was clean. Don’t pay for breakfast. Total rip off and nothing fresh in sight. The pastries were stale and the “fresh” fruit salad out of a tin. Not worth it.

Stuff was polite and lovely . we book breakfast and when we want to serve something two peple was standing over there and just zoom to our hands that they look over our hands that how much we want took bread or something else . That was rude and disgusting.

Nice and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. The rooms are minimal as is always in Ibis budget. The place is quiet but a little bit far from everything. Soundproofing isn't a strong feature of the rooms.

This is a gorgeous hotel located in the center of Montpellier. The staff is superb in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with courtesy, warmth and great professionalism. Our bedroom, with a fresco of angels, was stunning with an accompanying beautiful bathroom. Dinner at Le Jardin des Sens was extraordinary. He was genuinely kind and professional! The staff at reception were also incredible and my room was ample and very comfortable! The two restaurants on the property are also 5 Star! Will stay here again! Very friendly staff, efficient check in and comfortable room. The ancient arcs accross from the hotel are illuminated at night and look beautiful. Althought the hotel offered breakfast for an additional fee, we decided to grab a coffee, pastries and fresh fruit at the food market accross from the hotel.

Small rooms but very clean with all that’s wanted and comfortable bed. The ladies on the desk were very friendly and very helpful,making it a very good stay. I would certainly stay again

Pleasantly surprised with this traditional hotel in Montpellier. Location was quiet and close to the old town, staff were courteous and efficient. Room was spacious, shower was quite strong and good. Great location for visiting sights ( 2 mins walk to Comedie), you have a choice of 2 different tram stops on Line #1 and an easy connection to the airport bus. Would stay again.

The hair dryer didn’t work in my first room, the staff helped to change to another room in the end. Good location, friendly staff.

The last stop of the shuttle bus from the airport was about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, so it was easy to get to. The room was fine, but the hair dryer was broken. I told the front desk about it on the first day, but it was still broken on the second day and I couldn't use it, which was disappointing. Focus on cost-effectiveness, don't expect too much

Well located hotel. The room is spacious and clean. I recommend.

The staffs are very kind and the service was good. But there were not many outlets in the room where I stayed. The location is great because it is near St.roche station. The street was little bit noisy until the midnight maybe because there are a live music club. If you are sensitive, you had better to bring earplugs.

Nice hotel but feels a bit small (notably the bathroom because of a weird layout, and the breakfast room where there isn't a lot of space for chairs). It has good AC (which is welcome in the summer), in the rooms but not in the corridors or breakfast area.

Excellent location and service. From the minute I arrived till when I left the staff was attentive, helpful. The property is clean and a proximity of the beautiful place de la comedie. Stores 1 minute walking distance. The restaurant /Bar is top notch. The food is well presented, delicious. A symphony at every bite.

The location of this hotel is great and the staff very accomodating. However, our room was very hot and although the staff turned off the heat to oyr room, it as still quite warm. We were advised that air conditioning was not available until the following week.

Very good hotel, good location for the southern part of Montpellier, easy access on foot, tram or car. Beautiful common areas, large well-equipped rooms, a full breakfast with a beautiful room and terrace. Afterwards, it is quite impersonal, live your stay without having to deal with the staff.

Very good location, close to the city center. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk from the nearest city parking to the hotel. Check in advance with the hotel about discounts on city parking. The discount is quite large. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable bed, good hot water pressure in the bathroom. Breakfast is enough for those who prefer to have a good meal in the morning. Very nice hotel, centrally located. A bit worried about travel back to the airport, but the nearby tramline and then 620 bus workes smothly. Friendly staff. Very happy with the room ,nice outdors breakfast area.

All fine, rooms are nice and staff is great. Only minus : we had an executive room located at 3rd floor. Just there is no elevator above 1st floor! So ask in advance where your room will be especially if you are not fit to climb some very twisted stairs!

The staff was outstanding! All staff memebers were very friendly and kind. The only two things I didn't like about the hotel was (1) There were no slippers of even a complimentary bottle of still water in the room, and (2) the carpet in the hallway and stairway looked like it hadn't been shampoo-cleaned in years. Other than that, my visit was nice thanks to the friendly staff.

Nice place with more or less simple rooms, for business with short distance to the ICM hospital perfect. Breakfast is as well good, not as much, but enough who likes sweets

The room was ok a little cramped the hallway going to the room it feels dirty because it's a carpet. The room is forming molds already not good for me especially i have a weak lungs and got sick during my stay

Very welcoming staff, despite late arrival. Quite accommodating and polite. Good communication prior to arrival. We arrived late, but were received very friendly. Since shops were closed, the staff was very kind to provide both fruit and bread/cheese/jam for us. The breakfast was rather modest, but it was nice and tidy.

Very calm and beautiful place to sit and have a coffee. The waitress is very nice and speaks in English too if you need. They do not have iced coffee, but When I ordered, they were so keen in preparing one for me. Recommended !

My wife and I only stayed here for one night during our visit to Montpellier. The hotel is beautiful and the service is great, it’s all typically French design - like you see in movies and sitting outside at the front having the hotel breakfast was a highlight. Highly recommend staying here, it’s in a very good location and you can park in the public park house across the main road.

A charming little hotel in a great neighborhood. Staff were quite friendly and helpful, allowing me to keep my bike in a side room overnight. The room was small but clean and the AC worked surprisingly well for an older building. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay at this recently completed new build hotel (some work still ongoing but silently). Huge room, very accessible, great balcony view. Breakfast good but service variable - one day great, the other less so. Will certainly return.

Fantastic stay at this top-rung hotel. Given the overall pricing tier of the Chateau & Relais, the staff while friendly, at times seemed overwhelmed. Perhaps better training will help.

For a cheap hotel this is in an excellent location and was ideal for my purposes.

Overnight stay in fantastic Montpellier. Expensive considering the quality of the accommodation. The location is very close to the city centre with the Number 3 tram service outside the door. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The double room we booked, however, was tired, scruffy and not particularly clean. The breakfast was very basic and not very enjoyable. No way is this a three star...

They were very welcoming. Had reservation for one night. Ran into some traveling problems. Had to stay two more nights. They allowed me to book the room for two more nights at same rate without any hassle. Nice area of town. Not crazy but close to everything.

Been spending here 2-3 summer weeks each and every year since 2001 (adding up to almost a year by now :)). I simply love it, very nice personnel, a quiet and cozy room, central position to the railway / centre, seaside tram (#3) literally a few steps away. Ancient building well cared for, small upgrades where necessary, stable prices in spite of inflation.
