Campanile Paris Ouest - Nanterre - La Defense

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in, the A/C does not work. There is mold in the shower. The windows are dirty, it is like pulling teeth to get them to give you fresh towels. The food is not very good, you have to cook your own hard boiled eggs.

Friendly staff, location not the best, buffet average BUT my Airpods have been stolen by hotel staff during my stay.
I've been able to track them via my iPhone and proof that one staff member took them (every evening they were in Paris in a residential address, every morning they were in the hotel until 4p.m.). After my complaint I was told that they have been found and I shall send a pre-labeled empty package for sending them back to me, which I did.
The package unfortunately never arrived as I was told that it was surrendered to La Poste, which cannot be as the label was not for La Poste. I was told that I shall raise a complaint at "La Poste" which I did, but "La Poste" told me that they have never received such package and that their post man would never accept it as it is not labeled with a La Poste label.
After I went back to the hotel with a complaint I was told they cannot do anything and just after that I couldn't track the airpods anymore...Long story short: Watch out for your stuff there!!!

Hotel in Nanterre is nice, restaurant has very good food selection. The location is not far from RER which is through a nice park.
Only thing which I would complain is the guy on reception Erskine who asked 50 euros in cash deposit on arrival, which I never heard before in any hotel.
He said it will be returned on check out.
When we checked out he said the money will be returned later. Days and weeks passed, messaged the hotel and they said money has been sent but I never received anything.
I didn't expect that a hotel staff wiĺl go so low to cheat like that. Never again will I use that hotel.
