If you compare it with camping, this is a better option. As for a hotel, is poorly maintained and the hallways smell like a gym looker, rooms are small and not very comfortable. We stayed in a family room which had a double bed and two singles with not much room to maneuver and just one chair. The toilet room had a piss scent and the shower valve can either burn you or freeze you but not in between. Overall it was an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. What it has going for it is the location: the train, metro and tram are two blocks away. Also it has parking and at the time of our visit there were many spots available. €20/day. I don’t think I will be returning to this place.

Room looks like your in the World War One with old board wallpaper with the awful colour.
Rooms are not at all spacious. No door stoppers,No big towels,No drinking water facility, no cooking facility in rooms neither bottle water or even a hairdryer
The bed are tiny and 2 single beds with no movement in the room that how close there are
The bathroom is a bomb site with different colour every where with limescale in the sinks tiolet waste pipe visible hardly any lighting, and a dirty extractor fan
This hotel is the worst one ever when I tried to get a different room since ours was dirty they said they were fully booked which was lie
The is no plugs socket near the bed and only one socket in the room, and also holes in the curtains
Outside is absolutely horrible with big rats running around
I would avoid staying here at all cost or not even worth 10 quid
A awful hotel don’t stay I wouldn’t even let a dog stay here

Stayed there for 6 nights. Easily the worst hotel I have ever been. Rooms have absolutely nothing in them. Bathroom doors don't close and was so small that you will get stuck ! Room service was good ( they clean everyday). Can't book a Uber , the drivers cannot find the lobby and it's like a maze. Had to cancel 5 rides , because the driver couldn't find the lobby.

You get what you pay for. This hotel has the potential to be nice but it is not maintained. Landscaping out of control, stains in carpet, smells funny and air conditioning didn’t work. We asked to get air conditioning fixed and front desk person said they would speak to manager. Obviously nothing was done. Save you time being frustrated and stay closer to Paris. So many other options that are spectacular.

This is the worst ever hotel ever by IBIS. Very small rooms not for families. I never knew the concept of IBIS who has 2 different rooms and 2 TVs in one big room. Rooms are not at all spacious. No door stoppers,No big towels,No drinking water facility, no cooking facility in rooms instead they have two big unused TV sets. I even stayed in IBIS Zurich which was even good was spacious. The security at backside was also not good. The receptionist also did not help us with anything. They're not helpful.

Noise all the night and when I tried calling reception from my room they didn’t answer because phone in the room was not working. I went down to them at 2:00 am and they know that there was a noise and they offered me to change my two rooms with my wife and kids instead of changing rooms of the people that made the noise. I booked a suite but they gave me two connected rooms. Rooms were very very small no place for bags. No coffee machine no tea kettle no toiletries (except shampoo which is soap) we asked for iron and the answer was no.
I paid all what I should on booking.com but on arrival they asked me to pay extra money they said it is city tax and extra money to be deposit and extra money to park my car.
