Great value for money. Quiet room, very comfortable large bed, daily cleaning. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Excellent location with restaurants, cafés, and a green area nearby. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located in a rather unpleasant area, far from the main tourist attractions. It’s also difficult to reach, as you have to pass through a strange passage with stairs or an elevator where people are often seen taking drugs.

The atmosphere inside feels chaotic. Large groups of tourists arrive at the same time, filling the lobby with crowds of people sitting around and waiting. The result is constant noise and overcrowding.

The hotel itself feels old and poorly maintained. The bathroom doors don’t lock properly and sometimes open on their own. The bathrooms are so tiny that even young people struggle to get in and out of the shower, which could be dangerous for older guests.

There are no complimentary amenities such as coffee or a kettle in the room. Instead, there’s only a coin-operated coffee machine, which is highly impractical for families or larger groups. There is a bar with drinks and coffee, but the staff were cold and unwelcoming—so much so that it felt like they wanted us to leave immediately. We tried it once and avoided it afterwards.

The rooms are very small, and overall the experience was disappointing. We stayed at another Ibis in Paris at the beginning of our trip, and that hotel was excellent—the complete opposite of this one. We honestly don’t understand how there can be such huge discrepancies between hotels of the same chain.

The hotel was okay overall. The best part was definitely the breakfast, which was very good. However, the rooms were small, the air conditioning didn’t work, and some areas didn’t feel properly cleaned. There was also a strong urine smell in the stairwell leading into the hotel.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

I work in the travel industry, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I booked a room on Booking.com.
My first impression was already negative — the entrance is confusing and, I’d say, not safe. If you’re walking there at night, it’s very dark and smells like urine.

As soon as I entered my room, I noticed it looked nothing like the pictures. The furniture was old, the bathroom was tiny, and it wasn’t very clean.

But the worst part? I woke up early, excited to fulfill a dream of visiting Disneyland — only for that dream to turn into a nightmare: BEDBUGS. On my pillow, everywhere in the bed!

The hotel only changed my room. They asked me to put my clothes in the laundry, but said I’d get them back in two days. I left the hotel the next day.

Communication among the staff was terrible. When I returned from Disneyland to get the keys to my new room, they had no idea what I was talking about. No one showed any effort to provide recovery service or change my experience as a customer.

Anyway, they eventually gave me another room — but I was too traumatized to sleep in the bed. I didn’t even take a shower because there was hair in the bathtub. I ended up sleeping on a wooden chair.

To make things worse, I wasn’t even able to leave a review on Booking.com — the option to rate my stay simply never appeared.

The hotel quite far from the center city but it’s come with less expensive price. No amenities in the rooms even coffee, kettle etc. However, The service of staffs is good.

First of all this is a hotel I will never recommend. Stayed in many Ibis hotels around the world I must say this is my worst experience. When I arrived they gave a very old room with curtains that doesn’t work properly. After I went to do highlight to them they gave me another room which is much more proper than the first one. Which makes me wonder why allocate me the first room to being with when they have other rooms that is working well? Maybe cos I’m Asian? There is no amenities in the room to be exact, no min fridge no hot water kettle. The TV is not working as well. To my disappointment I contacted trip.com. To explain the problems I’m facing after I checked in they immediately contact the hotel but they are not willing to do cancellation nor improve my stay in their property. Trip came back to me and say they are unable to do anything which they tried their best. Even they are informed that the tv is not working they want me to call them again to ask for help. The location of the hotel is not good even if it’s not too far from the metro. If you have big luggage it won’t make much sense as you have to walk a slop to take a lift in order to get to the hotel. If the lift do not work I don’t think they will do anything to help the guests. Also be reminded that if you take a taxi or uber you also not able to drive up to their drive way. Means they will alight you somewhere and you still have to take the lift to the hotel ground. When I finally checked out I ask for assistance to where should I select my pick up for uber. The front desk told me to select a particular location and ask me to take the lift down and there is where the uber will pick me up just next to the lift. After I went down I can’t locate the uber as there is no driveway next to the lift. Overall the staffs attitude is not helpful and impatient. I have never gave bad reviews to hotel. But I can safely say this is my worst experience with hotels. Not recommended. Their mission about their smile team I think is a joke! There is no team that will help you if you have any issues. Anyway the tv was not working throughout even they came to so called looked at it.

I went to France with my daughters, they love breakfast and bed in the hotel, service was great and friendly. Easy to find and easy to travel to centre of city.

Good location but the rooms were very basic and outdated. Airconditioning barely working.

The customer service crews are friendly and helpful. It is indeed wonderful stay there for 2 nites, although the room is a bit small.

This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The entire place reeks of pee – I’m talking about the hallways, the rooms, everywhere. I tried to mask it with Febreze, but the stench just wouldn’t go away.

The entry to the hotel is bizarre and extremely inconvenient. Taxis can’t even drop you off close – you have to walk a good distance, take a smelly old elevator to the top of a separate building, and then walk again just to reach the hotel entrance.

The room itself was a disappointment: tiny, with no coffee machine, and no kettle. The TV remote didn’t work either – turns out the battery had corroded inside. Gross.

The windows were dirty, the room felt old and neglected, and the bathroom had no door, which meant the entire floor got soaked after every shower. It was far from comfortable.

Honestly, the only nice part of the hotel is the ground floor lobby area, and that alone is probably what earns this place a 3-star rating. But everything beyond that is downhill. Definitely would not recommend.
