This hotel is in an excellent location, just a 3-4 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.
The hotel rooms have rather small bathrooms, almost like the size of an airplane lavatory, which can feel a bit cramped.
From previous reviews on Google Maps, I learned that cleaning staff sometimes enter rooms for cleaning on their own. To avoid this, we hung the "Do Not Disturb" sign outside our door before sleeping, and we didn't encounter any issues with unexpected entries during our stay.
At check-in, although we didn't speak French, the front desk clerk, Said, was extremely welcoming and helpful. He assisted us with the check-in process and provided us with maps and directions on how to explore Paris. His hospitality was much appreciated.
Possibly due to the summer holiday season, most guests were students, making the breakfast area quite busy and a bit noisy in the mornings, though overall, it was orderly.
One suggestion for improvement would be to offer additional services, such as providing umbrellas to guests, as Paris can experience sudden rain showers. Additionally, offering ice buckets would enhance the experience for guests who wish to enjoy French wine purchased from local supermarkets.
Overall, a great place to stay with a fantastic location and friendly staff.

Clean but small room with a view on the Eiffel tower. Nothing to complain, nothing special, everything you need for a "homebase" for a vacation in a big city. Breakfast was decent, only thing we would improve is adding more fresh fruits.

Very helpful and friendly staff, hotel is clean and in a very good location. Some excellent cafes round about as well.
Rooms and bathrooms are a little small if staying with children, like we were but we spent very little time in the rooms as there’s so much to see and do in the city. Would stay again as the location is very good.

The room was just ok which is probably what is to be expected of Ibis hotels. Room size was alright, but the bathroom was really small. We are fairly small and still felt cramped while using the toilet and shower. Air conditioning didn’t work, but we managed without it though the room were definitely a bit hot. Bathroom and room floods if you’re not careful during the shower due to a gap under the bathroom door and holes in the shower doors. Location was good as it was a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and close to public transportation to get elsewhere in Paris.

I stayed for three days in May for a business trip.
The location is good, it's close to the station and there are many restaurants and bakeries nearby.
The Eiffel Tower is also within walking distance.
The room and bathroom are a little small, but the interior is stylish and clean.
I was on the fourth floor and I saw the top of the Eiffel Tower.
It was uncomfortable not to have a refrigerator or water in the room.
Instead, there is a water purifier and a microwave oven on the first floor.
Excellent for the price. It was short, but it was a great experience, and I was able to stay in Paris well and come back.

Great, clean hotel. Emphasis on clean and for me, this was paramount to anything else.
This is an ibis so I know this is very basic, and these days we bring our own amenities so, the lack of anything except body/hand soap is not a problem for me.
I did find the lack of face towels an inconvenience (so perhaps pack your own disposable ones). The bathrooms were decent sized, unless you were extra size these shouldn’t be a problem.
Room size was in line with what you’d find for this location / city.
Minutes from a very central metro station, close to a carrefour and very lively restaurants - was exactly what we paid for! Would recommend.

1. Rooms were hot during the night
2. There’s a layer of plastic on bedding which makes it worse and there’s no sense of “breathing”

I read a lot of bad reviews about this hotel. But based on our experience, the hotel served its purpose really. I love how the hotel is well located, it’s very convenient as there is a metro and bus right outside the hotel, it’s a must as we have kids. Loads of restaurants nearby. Pharmacy and coffee shops.About the room,I liked it as there’s a partition between the sitting room and bedroom, we were happy. They said it’s a tiny room but the size for us is just perfect. We had the superior room. One single bed and double bed.

Really enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff are friendly, attentive, helpful. The breakfast is fresh and has good options. We had half board so included dinner too which was worth every penny/cent, 3 course meal a La carte, great options, my fussy 8 year old loved the food. My only criticism is that the rooms are really small and the bathroom shower really small but we only used the room to sleep and we’re out all day so it wasn’t a big issue for us. For the great location, friendly staff and brilliant food we will definitely book again next visit.

Rooms are made with cheap materials and need updating. Hair dryer looks likes it's from the 80's. Rooms are super noisy. Every ten minutes someone's door is slamming shut. Just ridiculous. Can't sleep well, and forget about any naps. I will never willingly stay at Ibis hotels because they are always poor quality, but they are the cheap ones the school picks. Besides the constant door slamming, the hotel is not catered to women at all. No conditioner in the shower, no face towel, no wash cloth, hair dyer is a joke. If you're a man who can sleep through anything, than this is the hotel for you. If you are a woman who likes to get some beauty sleep, run far far away.

They laughed at me when I asked if there was a quite room at the end of the hall or something. They laughed at my friend when she had to check out of the group reservation and into her personal one. They wouldn't help her, so her key stopped working. She went back later in the day and spoke with someone else, gave her the runaround and then got mad saying she needed to pay. And at this point she is upset because that's what she's been trying to tell them (that she needs to check into her personal reservation and pay for those nights). And then they kept speaking French and laughing at her while taking payment.
I'm five months pregnant and brought my large bags down for check out(I've been in Paris for several weeks). And asked if I could store ny bags at reception for breakfast (about 15 minutes since it's at the hotel). They told me to take the heavy bags downstairs and check them in. They refused to help in any way, so I just brought the bags to breakfast with me.
I have never been to a hotel where the staff treated me or my friends/family so poorly. And I have been to other French hotels, it's not a culture thing, it's an employee/management issue.

Location was great, only 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff very friendly and spoke English which was great considering my French is questionable. Room was small but had everything u needed. No safe thought for valuables. Room was cleaned daily and new towels given. The room did get hot at night and we had the window open fully to cool it down. Bathroom tiny, you would struggle in it if you were a larger person. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant every day. The food was delicious I can’t fault them on the food. We really enjoyed eating there. For a budget friendly hotel I would say it’s definitely value for money.
