Apart from the location, there is basically nothing else. There is absolutely no value for money. It may not be as good as Motel 160 in China, and the price is not much cheaper. If you need emergency, I'd better choose ibis.

The hotel is very close to the Montparnasse train station, which is very suitable for travelers who are catching the train. Although it is located in the downtown area, it is very quiet at night, which allows us to sleep well. There are many restaurants and bars downstairs in the hotel to meet your needs for all kinds of meals. There are Chinese, Japanese and even Thai restaurants. The front desk of the hotel is very nice. When we came back at night, they said good night to us in Chinese. The room is very clean. Although it is small, it feels warm. A pleasant accommodation experience

This hotel is situated on top of a Bar/Lounge which plays music all night long - until 3:30 in the morning. They can (or won't) enforce the law which prohibits noise after 1am. The windows are poorly insulated, so any noise comes right into the room. Inside the hotel, the poorly insulated walls/doors means you will hear the elevator and people in the stairwell all night long. If you can pay a bit more - like 20€, there's a better (quieter) hotel across the street. Totally worth the €€ for the peace.

Terrible experience. The evening staff was rude, the room did not look like the pictures, and their WiFi rarely worked. Look at other options.
