Air conditioner is broken, nobody in the teception of the hotel.
Very noisy.
If you want a terrível experience, you find the place!!!!

Hotel management's false response!!!!

First, I didn't arrive at the hotel at 2:00 a.m. I arrived late in the afternoon and even had pizza for dinner at the hotel's restaurant!!

Furthermore, there was no delay in the receptionist's service. They even responded immediately and rudely, saying they couldn't do anything about my problem.

I suggest management participate more in the hotel's day-to-day operations, instead of posting false responses in the hotel's reviews.

Clearly showing that he doesn't know anything about anything other than what's happening at the hotel.

A depressing and misleading answer. You should be ashamed

I booked this room through Roland Garros travel for tickets to the French Open. The room they provided me was incredibly small smaller than a college dormitory with no closet and a tiny bathroom. I would not recommend anyone who wants a great experience in Paris to stay here.
