The hotel is located at the entrance of the pedestrian street in Pau. It is a very old hotel with warm service and free underground parking. Lovely 3 star hotel, rooms are large shower worked well but the attachment to the wall didnt grip so you couldnt alter the height., bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillows.
The toiletries are basic, but there.
Breakfast was not worth the money very basic buffet with mini pastries, bread, cheese, hams, yoghurt. Sorry but I expect a proper croissant in France
Location very central and the room was a good size, however when we went up to the room, couldn’t get into the wardrobe (which had the spare towels) because the door was broken. Told reception who sent someone to fix it but it still wasn’t perfect. There was only 1 coffee pod for 2 people so had to ask for another one. Correct. It is an old hotel in which some of the rooms have been renovated. The one that corresponded to me was and therefore it was quite good. Great hotel, very close to the centre and all the bars and restaurants. Helpful staff, nice rooms.
This hotel is well situated for visiting Pau and has good parking. However the rooms are much smaller than the usual Ibis rooms so I wouldn’t want to stay for more than one night. The sink is in the room as the bathroom is so small. That said the room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, though the staff seemed overstretched so the buffet wasn’t replenished regularly.
Good location, and did everything a hotel should on a business trip. Clean rooms, well laid out and bright. Bar/reception were always helpful and breakfast was good. Look forward to visiting again sometime.
Our group travels around France a few times a year and we usually stay at an Ibis because of their location, standards, and value for money. This was a good typical Ibis .
The only problem was that I had to phone to reception twice ,once just after 12.15 am and again at about 1.30 am . The reason was because a group of delivery guy's apparently always congregate in the underpass to the parking late...
Rooms are tiny for 2 people with luggage and no security box in the room. The shower is very nice, spacious. Staff is really nice and always ready to help with a great smile. Great place and location for a short stay in Pau.

Fab hotel - perfect for a stopover. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and parking was free We drove the 10 minutes to the Boulevard des Pyrenees for dinner but there looked to be places to eat within easy walking distance of the hotel.
The greeting from Joanne, on reception, was most appreciated. After a long motorbike ride, she made me feel very welcome. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I like a firm mattress. I only stayed for 1 night but should l be in the area again l will most certainly see if they have any room. Merci!

Excellent location, staff es super helpful made us feel like home. Parking onsite. We had a short stay and there were 5 of us so the price was super affordable. To visit the center of the city you need to drive in a straight line for few minutes and parking is very close to everything.

We arrived late but there is a 24h reception on the other side of the parking. we had a problem with the room, which was not cleaned and ready but It was readily substituted. Breakfast is big and acceptable in quality. The place is really peaceful and it is Worth The price

Lacks a bit of maintenance in the shower, elevator.
No air conditioner, just a basic fan.
Walls are very thin so you hear the neighbours a lot
We haven’t been allowed by the young lady at the reception for 1 hour late check out which was really disappointing since there were not any real reason for that

Amazing hotel in the heart of Pau. Very nice and quiet. The staff very kind and helpful. You have nice restaurants and cafes close by. You can do shopping as well at walkable distance. Will definitely stay again.
Room was very clean and staff ever helpful. The room across the hall was much nicer. Larger, sunny, and had a bathtub. I would have asked for it if I knew. Breakfast is a bargain.

A bit rustic hotel.
For one night this is good.
We slept well in terms of bedding.
However, the bathroom door did not close. The bed had to be remade a little because the fitted sheet was gone and the duvet was only on one side in the cover.
Breakfast is ok.
The location is very good, you can leave the car in the hotel parking lot and do a lot on foot.

This hotel have an excellent location (500m from Halles, 800m from center and 1200m from the railway station). Parking in the courtyard is a plus. The welcome was pleasant, and the room and bathroom were spacious. The decoration could be modernised (a matter of taste), but this in no way detracts from the service. I would come back again.
Very quiet and well-located hotel. The rooms are spread throughout a large historic villa, but the comfort is there. The room and bathroom are spacious. The breakfast is decent. I was just surprised by the paid parking within the property.

Best hotel bed, very comfortable
Nice hotel and restaurants in the old city centre of Pau. Well located. No reception, all digitally accessible with codes.
A delicious, good value lunch in a nice, quiet spot. We both had the menu du jour but chose different options. My sole wrapped in Parma ham was delicious and my husband enjoyed his bavette and frites. Our waiter was helpful, friendly and had a great sense of humour. We will definitely return when we’re next in Pau.

We stopped for one night and had a wonderful stay. All of the staff were extremely helpful, the room was comfortable and the pool was fantastic on a very warm day.

Very impressive one night stay. As Silver Loyalty Member we enjoyed our hospitality kirs. The rooms were immaculately clean and all the staff we encountered smiled and were very helpful providing excellent service. Food in restaurant and at breakfast was plentiful with good choices.
Stayed for a business trip in the area in July. Room well appointment, and air con needed in the heat wave! Food for very nice from restaurant. Small pool but didn't use it, had some lounge chairs etc around it and looked very nice. Would stay here again.
There were no glasses if you wanted some wine in your room. We were only given 1 small bottle of water between two people per day. And there was no creamer or milk for the instant coffee. The rooms were clean and adequate, staff friendly. But its the little things that help make the experience memorable.
I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the service truly set this hotel apart. I can't wait to return and experience their hospitality again. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

I went there for training in a room one afternoon. Pretty noisy but for the little that I saw is not bad
Very helpful and friendly reception. No issue with my stay just that everything was down to the basics.
A nice hotel very accessible. It is located in a rather quiet part in the outskirts of Pau.
The hotel borders a wood and is close to the hospital.
The staff is very nice and very approachable. The reception is in a bright central hall with a small gym and a small bar.
Good hotel, but far from the city center and not easily accessible by public transport

Brilliant location close to the city centre.
A well-managed property, centrally located, with excellent staff. The ease of parking was especially appreciated. The room was well-designed and maintained. The attractions of central Pau are within easy walking distance. The only downside was the fitness room only opened at noon.

Realy enjoyed my stay, although I feel it's more like 2.5 stars. Excellent location, plenty of dining options in a very close proximity, helpful staff, very clean rooms, secure gated parking, great breakfast options. If the hotel added the laundry room to the facilities, it would be golden.
