Lovely 3 star hotel, rooms are large shower worked well but the attachment to the wall didnt grip so you couldnt alter the height., bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillows.
The toiletries are basic, but there.
Breakfast was not worth the money very basic buffet with mini pastries, bread, cheese, hams, yoghurt. Sorry but I expect a proper croissant in France
Location very central and the room was a good size, however when we went up to the room, couldn’t get into the wardrobe (which had the spare towels) because the door was broken. Told reception who sent someone to fix it but it still wasn’t perfect. There was only 1 coffee pod for 2 people so had to ask for another one. The car park is really small and not designed for today’s bigger car models. Yes...
The location is perfect for us. We're in walking distance to all the attractions and events in the city.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. Our room is huge with a private balcony.
Fabulous room with enormous bath that I enjoyed every evening before visiting one of the many great restaurants in the picturesque city of Pau. Would give breakfast in the hotel a miss.
Nice position. Very old school. It used to be the Continental Hotel.

Great hotel, very close to the centre and all the bars and restaurants. Helpful staff, nice rooms.
Séjour de deux semaines pour les vacances de fin d'année. Accueil chaleureux autant qu'efficace. Chambres décorées avec astuce et efficacité. Garage en sous-sol très apprécié pour un hôtel en centre ville, très bien situé. Nous recommandons.
Chambre conforme au standard Ibis, c'est-à-dire propre, fonctionnelle. Le personnel est agréable et professionnel. Je recommande.
Points positifs : - Hôtel très bien situé (à quelques pas de la Place Clemenceau et des Halles notamment). - Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. - Literie très confortable. - Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Points négatifs : - Chambre exiguë et lavabo dans la chambre - Insonorisation catastrophique !! Vous avez l'impression d'être dans la chambre de vis voisins...tout bruit est démultiplié ...

This hotel is well situated for visiting Pau and has good parking. However the rooms are much smaller than the usual Ibis rooms so I wouldn’t want to stay for more than one night. The sink is in the room as the bathroom is so small. That said the room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, though the staff seemed overstretched so the buffet wasn’t replenished regularly.

We arrived late but there is a 24h reception on the other side of the parking. we had a problem with the room, which was not cleaned and ready but It was readily substituted. Breakfast is big and acceptable in quality. The place is really peaceful and it is Worth The price

Not very clean the walls and roof but the bed is very clean and the room was calm and we were comfortable I recommend it in general.
Super affordable, clean room, A/C, helpful staff, and they didn’t mind that I had a bicycle with me. Cool historical racing artwork displayed in the hallways. Excellent value for the money.

Great place.Perfect location for food and shopping.Clean room and breakfast in the room which is a tad pricey fir what you actually get. Staff are pleasant enough.Highly recommended.

A bit rustic hotel.
For one night this is good.
We slept well in terms of bedding.
However, the bathroom door did not close. The bed had to be remade a little because the fitted sheet was gone and the duvet was only on one side in the cover.
Breakfast is ok.
The location is very good, you can leave the car in the hotel parking lot and do a lot on foot.
Good location but somewhat dated but very clean facilities.
Large room and bathroom and comfortable bed but the heating is not well regulated from the room.
Reception not available from 2pm to 4pm or at night.
Nice place to stay. Strict rules to leave the room at 11am. Otherwise there is all you need. Good location. Good breakfast. Not cheap but reasonable value for uor money.

Stayed here for a whole month on business. That’s a long time to stay in a single place that’s not your home, but the staff and the place made as easy as possible. Rooms are clean and well kept. Very helpful and friendly reception. No issue with my stay just that everything was down to the basics.
A nice hotel very accessible. It is located in a rather quiet part in the outskirts of Pau.
The hotel borders a wood and is close to the hospital.
The staff is very nice and very approachable. The reception is in a bright central hall with a small gym and a small bar.

Brilliant location close to the city centre.
A well-managed property, centrally located, with excellent staff. The ease of parking was especially appreciated. The room was well-designed and maintained. The attractions of central Pau are within easy walking distance. The only downside was the fitness room only opened at noon.

Realy enjoyed my stay, although I feel it's more like 2.5 stars. Excellent location, plenty of dining options in a very close proximity, helpful staff, very clean rooms, secure gated parking, great breakfast options. If the hotel added the laundry room to the facilities, it would be golden.

Excellent hotel for business people. The rooms are clean and of a decent size. The breakfast is also not bad. Try their memory foam Kyriad pillow, it's really good.
Excellent for business travellers and extended stays. Large spacious rooms finished to a very high standard with generous storage. Clean, modern bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Only point that slightly lets it down is the breakfast offering: rather standard generic pastries and yoghurts you find in most European hotels now.

Very lovely hotel in the center in Pau. Easy walking distance to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and nice. It is a bit older and the rooms can vary in size. My issue was no place to put my suitcase to open it. It had a small storage cubby, but no where to set it out and open it. I was in a smaller room. Also, the Internet was painfully slow. This is usually not an issue...
