A bit rustic hotel.
For one night this is good.
We slept well in terms of bedding.
However, the bathroom door did not close. The bed had to be remade a little because the fitted sheet was gone and the duvet was only on one side in the cover.
Breakfast is ok.
The location is very good, you can leave the car in the hotel parking lot and do a lot on foot.
Good location but somewhat dated but very clean facilities.
Large room and bathroom and comfortable bed but the heating is not well regulated from the room.
Reception not available from 2pm to 4pm or at night.
Nice place to stay. Strict rules to leave the room at 11am. Otherwise there is all you need. Good location. Good breakfast. Not cheap but reasonable value for uor money.

Lovely 3 star hotel, rooms are large shower worked well but the attachment to the wall didnt grip so you couldnt alter the height., bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillows.
The toiletries are basic, but there.
Breakfast was not worth the money very basic buffet with mini pastries, bread, cheese, hams, yoghurt. Sorry but I expect a proper croissant in France
Location very central and the room was a good size, however when we went up to the room, couldn’t get into the wardrobe (which had the spare towels) because the door was broken. Told reception who sent someone to fix it but it still wasn’t perfect. There was only 1 coffee pod for 2 people so had to ask for another one. The car park is really small and not designed for today’s bigger car models. Yes...
The location is perfect for us. We're in walking distance to all the attractions and events in the city.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. Our room is huge with a private balcony.
Fabulous room with enormous bath that I enjoyed every evening before visiting one of the many great restaurants in the picturesque city of Pau. Would give breakfast in the hotel a miss.
Big room , Bed comfortable , big bathroom , good location in center ville, Good price but for winter maybe you must ask mobile heater
We dealt with Sonia and she was unbelievably helpful. We left a couple of bulky bike bags in storage and when we returned a week later, she recognised us at reception, led us to a place to park the bikes securely overnight, gave us the key and informed us our bags were in the room. One of the easiest quickest and most welcoming check-in that I have had.

For a relatively low cost hotel, this was a pleasant stay. Well located in the heart of Pau, and the staff were friendly and hard working. Rooms were clean and functional, but space is limited. I enjoyed the stay in Pau, and this hotel did a great job of not bringing the experience down.

We arrived late but there is a 24h reception on the other side of the parking. we had a problem with the room, which was not cleaned and ready but It was readily substituted. Breakfast is big and acceptable in quality. The place is really peaceful and it is Worth The price

Not very clean the walls and roof but the bed is very clean and the room was calm and we were comfortable I recommend it in general.
Super affordable, clean room, A/C, helpful staff, and they didn’t mind that I had a bicycle with me. Cool historical racing artwork displayed in the hallways. Excellent value for the money.
Rooms are very small and breakfast is very limited in choices. Other than that the location is great and the hotel is clean.

The room was good with a nice bathroom and a large shower. There are enough parking lots in the backyard. The breakfast isn't special but OK.

Stayed here many times since August 2019 on business, rooms always very clean and well kept, staff friendly and speak many many languages. Always a warm welcome when I arrive. From a business traveller point if view, it's perfect for my needs.
Beautifully decorated, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff, good good.
Bed frame is a steel construction therefore noisy if you're a restless sleeper.
Otherwise, highly recommend

Nice hotel with free parking lot and super friendly service. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. If I ever visit Pau again I will not hesitate: I'm staying here!
The service was excellent and the room very nice with all the amenities you could want. The bed was very comfortable and we slept like babies. Free parking was a huge plus as well. Nothing negative to say about this hotel right in the centre of Pau.
Nice 4* hotel located very close to the main square and old quarter. Spacious rooms a little bit dated. Very clean. Offers free parking and buffet breakfast for 14€. Great for a couple of nights.
Covid-19 measures: mandatory masks on common spaces and alcoholic gel available in the lobby. Breakfast is normal buffet, no specific measures apart from staff wearing masks. Normal amenities can be found...
Well located, friendly staff, good sizes of the rooms, excellent Wi-Fi which is important when traveling with kids.
But most of ALL, good and Secure parking in an enclosed courtyard. Travelling with a lot of baggage in a big car it is so valueable with good parking. All hotels should have this!
Very good hotel very clean,staff friendly happy to help. Only downside was the breakfast was not included in the hotel price. Could be very expensive if you are there for a few days. The hotel was well situated for the center.

Excellent hotel for business people. The rooms are clean and of a decent size. The breakfast is also not bad. Try their memory foam Kyriad pillow, it's really good.
Excellent for business travellers and extended stays. Large spacious rooms finished to a very high standard with generous storage. Clean, modern bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Only point that slightly lets it down is the breakfast offering: rather standard generic pastries and yoghurts you find in most European hotels now.

Very helpful and friendly reception. No issue with my stay just that everything was down to the basics.
A nice hotel very accessible. It is located in a rather quiet part in the outskirts of Pau.
The hotel borders a wood and is close to the hospital.
The staff is very nice and very approachable. The reception is in a bright central hall with a small gym and a small bar.
