The hotel was lovely. The staff were absolutely awesome. They went above and beyond in providing a first class service liaising with a local florist for a beautiful flower arrangement. I would highly recommend the Parc Beaumont.

This is a great place to have rest. It is close to the city center. Room service is very good. They are smiling all the time, and when you have any problem they are trying to solve it.

Stayed here for a whole month on business. That’s a long time to stay in a single place that’s not your home, but the staff and the place made as easy as possible. Rooms are clean and well kept. Hard to say what it is about this place, but we found it enchanting. Somewhat quirky. Very peaceful and pretty. Definitely memorable. Nice meals and friendly staff.

This hotel is fantastic!! I really loved it here. The spa was small but nice, there's an outdoor pool in a very lovely garden. I had a massage and scrub treatment. Which was wonderful! The food in the restaurant was lovely My room was the attic room and it was great, loads of space, great view. Comfy bed! The staff were friendly. It's like stepping back in town. This is a fabulous hotel with a panoramic view of the Pyrénées. If you're in Pau, this is where you stay!

Very nice Hotel in very calm residential area of Pau. It is about 10 minutes Taxi from Pau historical center. Hotel has also good restaurant if you wish to stay in.

Lovely 3 star hotel, rooms are large shower worked well but the attachment to the wall didnt grip so you couldnt alter the height., bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillows. The toiletries are basic, but there. Breakfast was not worth the money very basic buffet with mini pastries, bread, cheese, hams, yoghurt. Sorry but I expect a proper croissant in France

Location very central and the room was a good size, however when we went up to the room, couldn’t get into the wardrobe (which had the spare towels) because the door was broken. Told reception who sent someone to fix it but it still wasn’t perfect. There was only 1 coffee pod for 2 people so had to ask for another one. The car park is really small and not designed for today’s bigger car models. Yes...

The location is perfect for us. We're in walking distance to all the attractions and events in the city. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Our room is huge with a private balcony.

Fabulous room with enormous bath that I enjoyed every evening before visiting one of the many great restaurants in the picturesque city of Pau. Would give breakfast in the hotel a miss.

A nice hotel very accessible. It is located in a rather quiet part in the outskirts of Pau. The hotel borders a wood and is close to the hospital. The staff is very nice and very approachable. The reception is in a bright central hall with a small gym and a small bar.

Good hotel, but far from the city center and not easily accessible by public transport

My first experience of automated arrival service and the knowledge that a lot of French hotels do not provide restaurant service at the weekend. But the young receptionist made up for any difficulty with his attention and charm. Apparently not on duty but happily went out of his way to help in many ways ; suggesting a nearby restaurant and even calling to reserve a table. Also giving me detailed instructions...

We have stayed at this Hotel a few times on our way from Calais to Spain Always a good stay.

Really good for an overnight stay. Clean, comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff. We had our cat with us and a very reasonable €5 charge applied (for extra cleaning). Close to a number of restaurants and convent for leaving Pau during the morning rush hour. Room a little worn and basic, and I would find it not ideal for longer stays but great as a stopover.

Nice rooms, the shower room isn't bad (a real shower not a plastic cubical). The rooms are spacious enough, free wifi and french tv. Breakfast is fine, not much selection but everything you need.

Brilliant location close to the city centre.

A well-managed property, centrally located, with excellent staff. The ease of parking was especially appreciated. The room was well-designed and maintained. The attractions of central Pau are within easy walking distance. The only downside was the fitness room only opened at noon.

Realy enjoyed my stay, although I feel it's more like 2.5 stars. Excellent location, plenty of dining options in a very close proximity, helpful staff, very clean rooms, secure gated parking, great breakfast options. If the hotel added the laundry room to the facilities, it would be golden.

Excellent hotel for business people. The rooms are clean and of a decent size. The breakfast is also not bad. Try their memory foam Kyriad pillow, it's really good.

Excellent for business travellers and extended stays. Large spacious rooms finished to a very high standard with generous storage. Clean, modern bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Only point that slightly lets it down is the breakfast offering: rather standard generic pastries and yoghurts you find in most European hotels now.

Chambre conforme au standard Ibis, c'est-à-dire propre, fonctionnelle. Le personnel est agréable et professionnel. Je recommande.

This hotel is well situated for visiting Pau and has good parking. However the rooms are much smaller than the usual Ibis rooms so I wouldn’t want to stay for more than one night. The sink is in the room as the bathroom is so small. That said the room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, though the staff seemed overstretched so the buffet wasn’t replenished regularly.

Even though I was traveling alone, the receptionist wanted to charge me as if there were two people staying. She became very impertinent and in a very bad manner agreed to charge only the rates for one person, just as she should have done from the beginning.

Home, perfect service. Service and equipment I put 3/5, because the TV was not working. I reported this incident to the reception. The people at the reception had already known for several days but could not do anything.

hotel still well located for a football or rugby fan with pau fc and the paloise section . I think the hotel needs a little makeover a long-time customer I was told that the price had increased, in a somewhat stiff and severe way, so I decided to come back but without breakfast otherwise overall value for money it is correct and practical for me and my wife

Hello, I want to give my appreciation, because I was extremely disappointed with the breakfast. Breakfast from 6:30 to 10 a.m., showing up at 9 a.m., the first day there was not much choice, and the second day, the baskets were empty, the apple juice was empty. For the rest, nothing to say......... on the contrary, the room is spacious, and the bedding is great, we sleep very well there.

We arrived late but there is a 24h reception on the other side of the parking. we had a problem with the room, which was not cleaned and ready but It was readily substituted. Breakfast is big and acceptable in quality. The place is really peaceful and it is Worth The price

Not very clean the walls and roof but the bed is very clean and the room was calm and we were comfortable I recommend it in general.

Super affordable, clean room, A/C, helpful staff, and they didn’t mind that I had a bicycle with me. Cool historical racing artwork displayed in the hallways. Excellent value for the money.

A bit rustic hotel. For one night this is good. We slept well in terms of bedding. However, the bathroom door did not close. The bed had to be remade a little because the fitted sheet was gone and the duvet was only on one side in the cover. Breakfast is ok. The location is very good, you can leave the car in the hotel parking lot and do a lot on foot.

Good location but somewhat dated but very clean facilities. Large room and bathroom and comfortable bed but the heating is not well regulated from the room. Reception not available from 2pm to 4pm or at night.

Nice place to stay. Strict rules to leave the room at 11am. Otherwise there is all you need. Good location. Good breakfast. Not cheap but reasonable value for uor money.

It was near racecourse and we were there for the racing. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was good value for the money.

Really à good find. Clean rooms bathrooms, towels, linen white, (not threadbare or faded) situated on a main drag but still a quiet nights sleep.

This is a basic hotel. But very clean. There is no staff on duty till 5 pm. There is a machine which should give you your key. If it doesn't then you have to wait till the staff come on duty. Although we had a reservation and has paid. There were no keys do we had to wait.

The USP of this hotel is its location. Bang at the city centre in front of the fountains gives a fantastic view. One can roam around at the centre and can quickly reach the hotel. Although the rooms being nice and comfy , they are a little small with barely just about place to move.
