The worst part for me were the ants in my room, the room wasn’t very clean. Very small bathroom. Whether you book for one or two people rooms are the same size. Upon arrival my room was extremely hot, the air conditioning is loud, doesn’t do it’s job very well. Every noise from the room next to you, outside, .. can be heard, no isolation at all. Stains in the room & shower. I had a kettle etc but the people in the room next to me only had sugar and one cup. I think the people praising the breakfast here had a different one, not a lot of food (& yes we were quite early), dead flies next to the coffee machine, by the window,… let’s not even mention the smell..

• Nettoyage inexistant. • La porte que c'est un miroir de la salle de bain est cassé. • Meubles en très mauvais état, notamment dans la salle de bain. • Toilettes super inconfortables pour répondre aux besoins physiologiques de base. • Le dimanche, le lit n'était pas fait, sans aucun service. • Au-dessus du placard, il y avait une toile d'araignée, dont une araignée. • Nous n'avions que des serviettes de bain. • De 19h30 à 20h30 au coucher du soleil, l'hôtel dégoulinait d'eau. • L'accès à l'hôtel, une catastrophe. • Ascenseur, très sale et claustrophobe. • Les escaliers menant aux chambres étaient sales à cause du sol.

Good location, warm water and wi-fi.
Some of the food for breakfast had expired and the room was dirty. Kind staff but had problem communicating with the manager. Would not recommend.

Do not book here.

Besides the very small room, and no existing air conditioning, which I can live with... The sheets and towels do not get changed (as does the toilet paper).

Furthermore, an employee asked 20 euros of me to provide a covid screen (relevant at the time) for me and my colleague in our room. Never saw that screen, never saw my money back, other employees were playing dumb.

Go somewhere else.

(sidenote: I helped a lovely old asian couple get their booking in order since they had issues getting to their room, the guy on the phone was incredibly rude)
