We arrived late at night and the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming, which we appreciated.
However, the room itself was really disappointing — the carpet had a strong, unpleasant smell, honestly quite overwhelming. Both the sink and the shower drains were clogged, which made things worse.
We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t bother complaining, but it definitely wasn’t a comfortable stay.
Breakfast was okay — the fresh orange juice was great — but if you have tables marked as “reserved,” then guests shouldn’t be told they can’t sit there without clear signs.
Overall, nice staff and good orange juice, but the room condition was bad. We wouldn’t stay here again.

A lovely hotel in a good location. We stayed for a long weekend and found the staff to be super helpful and friendly. We booked the Hyacinth suite which was comfortable and well equiped. Happy to recommend and revisit. Only one point, it's quite a steep step up/down to the terrace, a small step or a handrail would be useful, especially for those will mobility issues.

Used this hotel as a stopover on the way to south of france. It's absolutely beautiful very classy gorgeous decor. Large bar, restaurant and roof terrace with stunning views.

Very good Hotel with excellent service at the Bar even when coming late. Deliscous drinks. However breakfast not perfect. ('Eggs will never get hard when the water is not at 100 degrees...!!')

Couldn't see how this is a 4 star hotel. Musty smell in the room probably due to humidity problems in the bathroom and a general feel of it not being very clean. Maybe it's just because it's wearing down. A mid-3 not a 4 star unfortunately. A nice breakfast terrace and a roof top terrace with a lovely view though.

The facilities are all ok, the receptionists do their job well but the only drawback is that they don't speak much Spanish and if you don't speak English yourself, communication is difficult.

A transitional hotel, a small town in France to Spain, the price is right, the environment is good, I don’t have time to go shopping, the waiters are very friendly, and the car park is free.

I did love the hotel interior and restaurant/ lobby bar and its staff but :
- I was asked to move my car from front of the hotel but the luxury cars with French license where OK to stand there the whole night ( double standard if you drive a Toyota not Porsche)
- the breakfast is below a 50e B&B standard - it is served on a terrace in the company of pigeons that go inside the food court……
We stayed for only one night and regret finding this as something better (more expensive than average) not worth it for me
- cardboard bathroom fitted and made to look new but the amount of details damaged or not done properly is just too long.
For the plus side lobby restaurant and staff keep the 4* rating.
