Such a great airport hotel. The room was on the smaller side, yes, but well laid out and the bed area is a massive cozy corner where you can just relax. The ambiance lighting was nice, the bar/restaurant was great and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend

Rooms not very big, But very clean and the ex large bed is so so comfortable 👍 there is also a fridge in the room. Ipad controls the curtains and lights. Shower room is small but good.

A great experience at citizenM. Wonderful ambiance, design and the room was great.

Pros :
- FOOD ! The breakfast is spectacular and their coffee is excellent.
- Lobby mood, spacious room, perfect for overlays, short stays and professionals.

Cons :
- Bathroom - the water doesn't drain well after a shower, leaving the tiles wet for several hours.
- We experienced bugs with the iPad controlling the lights, TV and blinds while the analog buttons to control lights were not working properly.
- Even if the hotel is close to the airport, we experienced a bit of a struggle with the short walk to get to the hotel - we were travelling with a toddler and several luggage.

Fantastic location and services as well as foods and drinks. Their breakfast was the best and croissants they served were amazingly buttery and moist inside and crispy outside that provided us a great starting impression of our journey in France. Bed and shower and all other amenities in the room were great. Highly recommended to traveller to stay here after long flight.

Absolutely the best airport hotel ever! The rooms are small (which is why I gave them a 4), but incredibly well designed and spotlessly clean. the hotel is a short walk over to the terminal. We are 69 and 70 years old and we had no problem rolling our luggage over there. There was a very lively bar scene. Staff and guests are all very friendly. Highly recommend!

Cool design. Comfortable room. You have an ipad in the room for controlling the appliances (but no water to drink?!?). Large parking and tasty breakfast. Lunch - dinner food variety and crowd management are a bit poor, so be prepared to get bored from queues and food, if you stay many days.

Best staff I've encountered in Paris. Very helpful, friendly and hospitable to a foreigner like me. Rooms surprised me. Tech-oriented. Hotel food was good as well. They were always willing to help me with anything during my stay. Had an AC issue which was resolved quickly. They changed my room two times with no hesitation. Hotel close to market and bakery. Airport tram close by. Would definitely stay again

The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and hospitable. I normally forgo the hotel experience for an airbnb, as they are usually more comfortable and like home. The lobby/restaurant space in this hotel is very stylish and comfortable, and made me feel at home. Rooms are compact and efficient, but were perfect for one person. Everything was clean, food was good, service was excellent. I liked it so much I cancelled another reservation in Paris for another location of this hotel instead!

We travel all over the world and work in the industry and this is by far one of the nicest staff ever. Brett, Maria, Martin , Wagda MOD( sorry if we are not correct on the name) we so genuine. We stayed at the hotel to take our little one to Disney and since driving from Amsterdam it was convenient. They all made us feel special. They were all very hospitable and incredibly attentive to all guests. Everyone that was working even the ones that we didn’t mention the name made our stay memorable. We were there ( Oct 21st to Oct 23rd). Thank you! We were impressed.

Love this hotel. Such a small place but so well designed. Compact but comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast here. Both were excellent. Everyone who works here is so helpful and friendly. Looking forward to my next early flight at CDG so I can stay here again.
