This is a terrific hotel relatively close to CDG!
The staff are amazing especially Mohammad and Mervelle. We had a 4:15a taxi pick up and despite me forgetting to request a day in advance, Mohammad was kind of enough to pack us croissants , espresso and hot chocolate! He was so kind, and we are so thankful! The hotel is immaculate. The rooms have comfortable beds, excellent quality toiletries and a very cool coffee machine. We hope to visit Paris again and plan on staying here again! Thank you!

After a flight day, we were put up at Hyatt Place
It was a very nice hotel especially when it was free. The hotel provided dinner and that's where things went down hill. Dinner was buffet style and featured the driest chicken and most overcooked salmon I've ever had. That did not impact my score of the hotel since the restaurant made that truly awful food.

Modern, down to earth hotel close to CDG. I stayed for one night before my flight and enjoyed it. Easy to find, lots of parking and 5 min from the airport.
The room was large and comfortable, clean and had a nice bathroom.
Breakfast was very good with a large selection.
Would certainly stay again.

When I checked in, I was given key cards to a room that was occupied. Luckily, the guest had the secondary lock on or we would have walked into her room while she was asleep. The staff brushed it off like it was no big deal.
I went to order dinner at the hotel’s restaurant at 10PM and had arranged for them to call me to pick it up when it was ready. An hour later, yes an HOUR later, they called to say they were sold out of the item I had ordered.
The room was fine but the shower barely had any water pressure.
The hotel is far from the airport (15 minute drive) and they don’t even offer complementary shuttle services. Horribly managed hotel.

We stayed at the Hyatt for one night after arriving late. Upon check-in, we were greeted by Mohammed, who was incredible—so nice, warm, and welcoming. His hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. We enjoyed a restful night’s sleep in the comfortable room. The breakfast the next morning was really awesome, with a great selection of delicious options. The added convenience of a shuttle to the airport made our experience even better. Highly recommend the Hyatt for anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay!

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are nice spacious and clean. The front desk clerks are clueless and have zero sense of urgency. We asked for non-feather pillows. We started asking at 8pm, after multiple requests we got the non-feather pillows at 2am. When it was time to leave the one lady at the desk was so slow that we just left. She was dealing the customer prior to me getting to the counter and after 10 minutes of waiting, no acknowledgement of the customers in line, we left.

Cozy and comfort hotel near the airport. Within 10min driving distance there is a mall that you can shop. Hotel provides shuttle to the airport for 5€. Room is clean and cozy. Amanities need to be prepared by guest although threre is a shampoo and bodywash. Shower room light is awesomely bright. Hotel has a gym while it doesn't seem so well maintained, cleanliness is good but the machine missed some accesories. Restaurant is nice and spacious for single and multi people guests. Western style breakfast is available. Eggs, bakery, salad, yoguht etc.

I don't know why this hotel isn't given great reviews. I stayed one night, service was excellent, location is good (near an airport so expected) and the rooms are great sizes. I would advise other people to ignore the negative reviews.

The location is the biggest issue as it is not convenient to the city or the airport. However, if you don't mind public transportation, you can get to the airport in 30 minutes and downtown in an hour. The breakfast was great and I had dinner there one night and the steak was delicious. The desk agent that checked me in started the stay off poorly by blatantly lying about the room having two beds, which we reserved far in advance. I'm not really sure why such a horrible lie was made. The other agent started to do the same when we went to see if we could switch but then switched gears to apologizing for our reserved room not being available. If not for that, I'd say it was better than any US Hyatt Place, but that sort of thing seems to be consistent along the line, no matter the country. The bed was comfortable and the shower was decent.

I have stayed twice at this hotel, and make no mistake by the name having the airport, it is not close to the airport and is a pretty big hassle to get to and from the city and the airport, even with their shuttle service.
This is one of the more poorly run Hyatts I have stayed at. They are not great at logistics of check in/check outs with their rooms and their front desk staff is abysmal. Lea, specifically, was so unbelievably rude and dismissive. The other girl they had working was completely clueless.
If you’re a globalist, keep moving beyond this hotel because none of your benefits matter whatsoever.
They offered to “keep luggage” because they had no early check in available, but then proceeded to pile everyone’s bags in the same area not marking a single one with a name. What a complete joke.
Rooms are nice when they are cleaned properly. Can hear the air conditioner outside running all night. I’m sure there are plenty of other hotels that will be better than this.
