I chose this hotel because it offers a free shuttle service to the airport, the shuttle schedule is published on their site. I adapted my plans to their shuttle schedule. When I arrived to the hotel they told me that shuttle times are different, and do not correspond to their own schedule on their own website.
The only reason I chose this hotel is that the published shuttle times suited my plans. Now I’m stuck and will have to take taxis. Awful service. Millennium, at least update your website!

Horrible welcome from front desk- black woman and big man with dark hair. Absolutely horrid,rude,unmannered,no customer service skills,no politeness nothing. Luckily was just here because of a cancelled flight but never will i return. Infront of my face talking bad of me in french like i cant understand... as grown adults thats beyond embarrassing. The man has no customer service skills and is full of hate for English- disgusting and racist. Yuck.
Paid a secruity deposit also couldnt give the full thing back???? Still waiting ???

I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Location, amenities are fine BUT the service personnel are REALLY BAD.
I was on a group tour and we experienced pathetic behavior.

The person at the reception counter can make you wait for hours and not address your concern/requirements in-addition to curt/rude replies.
During breakfast we saw the service staff pushing and shoving guests of ALL ages (senior citizens and small kids included). Each one of them were very aggressive in their behavior. I had breakfast twice and it was similar on both the days.

One of the restaurant attendant (waiter staff) was loudly swearing, cursing, abusing while cleaning the tables.

I have had the privilege to stay in numerous hotels across countries but never have I seen people in the hospitality industry behave this way.

I will suggest all tour operators to reconsider booking into this hotel

Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Maintenance

I recently stayed at Hotel Millenium in France, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The service was notably poor, with several issues that went unaddressed. The kettle in the room wasn't working, and despite requesting, the rooms weren't cleaned properly.

What was most disappointing was the attitude of the staff. They seemed indifferent and unresponsive, giving the impression that they were unaccountable to the guests. As paying customers, we expect a certain level of service and respect, which was lacking in our case.

Given the subpar experience, I would have given a 0-star rating if possible. Hopefully, the hotel management will take guest feedback seriously and work towards improving their services.

Would not recommend.

The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. Services provided were prompt and efficient, exceeding expectations. The architecture of the building itself was impressive and aesthetically pleasing. Dining experiences were delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. The overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Every detail seemed carefully considered to enhance guest comfort. It was a truly memorable experience, worthy of recommendation. The staff's dedication to providing excellent service was evident throughout the visit.

Service was good. Up graded to a suite, but TV was not connected. Also no water for shower in morning. Literally a bus of people entered the hotel while we were having dinner, and the whole group was packed in front of the 2 elevators with their luggage so we were forced to take the stairs. The following morning, the airport shuttle was overwhelmed by this same group. Chose this hotel for nearness to airport.

The gentleman at reception said I have no room and the only one I had was cancelled days before. I told him I had two bookings and one was cancelled due to two friends not being able to make it. He refused to double check and look carefully despite my insistence that I had the booking and had spoken to the hotel before my arrival. It took almost 30mns and during that time he moved to others and told me he has no room for me and no availability. when I eventually managed to get access to my email and the manager came, he was told by the manager to look for direct booking customers as he's been referring to the list of a specific group. Only then did he check and found that my reservation was there.
Absolutely poor training for front desk staff.

Similar bad experience at front desk during stay when I was made to wait 20mns for a manager to come and intervene because having forgotten my pass in the room the front desk staff refused to give me another pass without ID which was also in the room. I suggested sending someone with me to open so I can take ID and he said no ID no room key until a manager came and told him exactly what I said. He left the computer upset and the lady manager got me the key card herself and asked someone to go with me.
Simply incredible the level of poor training for a 4 star hotel.

Also witnessed incidents during breakfast. Good hotel but quality of customer service is close to zero.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel has left me utterly shocked. I recently stayed at this hotel and, as someone who has worked in the hotel industry for 20 years - including a tenure with the Millennium Group - I can honestly say I have never encountered such poor service.

A male Duty Manger & receptionist here treated me with a shocking level of disrespect and a complete lack of empathy. It's hard to believe that this hotel operates in the hospitality sector when the staff seems so disconnected from the core values of customer service.

l urge the general manager to seriously evaluate the training and standards of their team. The experience I had is simply unacceptable, and it does not reflect the quality of service I strive to provide in my own workplace. This hotel has a long way to go if it wants to compete in the industry.

Hotel is neat and clean, and close to the airport. The breakfast was very good. My only complaint is about the shuttle service to the airport - the hotel has one shuttle per hour and the front desk staff recommend getting to the shuttle about 5 minutes early. Beware that the shuttle bus is extremely small (only about 7 seats), so it fills up quickly and they will not send another shuttle even if there is additional demand (so the shuttle service is somewhat of a scam).
