Millennium Hotel Paris Charles De Gaulle

On arrival the Reception were very welcoming. Out of interest , II asked if they were busy as it was during the. Olympic Games. Their reply was that they were not full and it was ‘calme’’.
I then went to my room where. I noticed that the aircon had been and was still dripping.,,,,, there was obviously a problem - and the carpet was saturated. I went directly back to reception and reported the issue The reply was….we will send a technician to help - we can’t move you as the hotel is full . Despite them saying the opposite 10 mins earlier.
The technician came…. And left a. Bucket under the drip.
I expressed my frustration to the bar staff who were very helpful
They spoke to Reception who then were able to move me to another room…’ so they weren’t full and could assist.

The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the airport. The rooms are small, and the service is quite ordinary. During our visit with a tour group, we had a triple room where the third bed was a bunk bed with very little space to move around. On the last day, there was a power outage, and when we informed the staff, they relocated us to another room on a different floor. The hotel is primarily occupied by tour groups and is not recommended for private bookings.

Do not go here if you want to loose your money and leave with less.
I payed a deposit over a 100€. As a deposit should be and I also was assured, a deposit is something that I will get back at the end of the stay. I talked to the reception and Ive been lied to several times, that Ill get it in 2-3 days. Ive sent at least 30 emails which some are replied to saying, again. it will come in 2 days. The most were ignored.
This is just very disrespectful and Ive never experienced nor could Ive imagined to experience something like this.
Most of the staff is very disrespectful.
I went there for holiday and this hotel stole my money.

Currently staying at this hotel. Booked for 3 days. There is nothing 4 star about this old hotel. The AC doesn't work. If asked, they say they can't help. The Pool is not accessible if you come through any tour guys or if you have been alloted by the airport. The room has so many stains(see pics below).

Be very careful with unprofessional hotel staff, I asked for a taxi to the airport T1 which costs about 7-8€ and the hotel staff called and illegal taxi which charged 25€ which is 3-4 times more. The hotel staff are conducting illegal practices with their own customers. The hotel explanation below is a lie. I clearly requested a TAXI! The car that was called had no sign on top of the vehicle, had no counter showing the price! And had the rear seatbelts disabled! You couldn’t use the seat belts!!!!

DO NOT GO!
Nothing works there. No internet, no shuttle bus, no internal swimming pool( as they say).
Unbelievable wired staff.
Two loby bars. The first bar serves beer for 7,5 euros closing at 22:00. After 22:00, the second bar (2m far away) serves the same beer for 9 euros. Ridiculous
I'd like just to thank the breakfast staff, a gentleman, and a lady working so hard every morning. Thank you personally.

Easily the dirtiest most bartered rooms I’ve ever seen. Being a work trip I typically get a 4 star minimum. This hotel is not 4 stars. I’d argue it’s not even 3. The reception is nice. That’s about it.

The rooms are horrendous. Filthy, dirty and battered furniture with the horrendous smell of stinking carpet that looks like it hasn’t been changed since the 70’s. The hallways are a bit better on the carpet front, however the ceiling tiles are dirty and not sitting correctly with gaps everywhere. Even the signs in the halls are scruffy and need restoration or replacement.

The bathroom had black mold on the tiles, the shower is actually a bath - 4 stars - really?

The best part for me was the tee/ coffee making facilities. There was no plug near the kettle, so had to move the kettle elsewhere.

Just an absolute shambles of a setup. Needs a full makeover and staff that maintain it to them standards to get near a 4 star rating.

They also stop running the Airport shuttle from 11:00 to 16:00 meaning they want you out of the room by 11:00 or you will be getting a taxi as it’s not walkable.

I asked for a 2 hour room extension as my flight was later to be informed the hotel was full. That was quite surprising as it seemed quite empty to me over the previous 2 days (today is Wednesday).

Overall I would be horrified to pay my own money for this experience and would quite likely have left as soon as I seen the room. I actually regret it and shall be advising the travel company who booked this trip (who have a massive clientele), to never book anyone into this hotel ever again.
