Service was good. Up graded to a suite, but TV was not connected. Also no water for shower in morning. Literally a bus of people entered the hotel while we were having dinner, and the whole group was packed in front of the 2 elevators with their luggage so we were forced to take the stairs. The following morning, the airport shuttle was overwhelmed by this same group. Chose this hotel for nearness to airport.

The gentleman at reception said I have no room and the only one I had was cancelled days before. I told him I had two bookings and one was cancelled due to two friends not being able to make it. He refused to double check and look carefully despite my insistence that I had the booking and had spoken to the hotel before my arrival. It took almost 30mns and during that time he moved to others and told me he has no room for me and no availability. when I eventually managed to get access to my email and the manager came, he was told by the manager to look for direct booking customers as he's been referring to the list of a specific group. Only then did he check and found that my reservation was there.
Absolutely poor training for front desk staff.

Similar bad experience at front desk during stay when I was made to wait 20mns for a manager to come and intervene because having forgotten my pass in the room the front desk staff refused to give me another pass without ID which was also in the room. I suggested sending someone with me to open so I can take ID and he said no ID no room key until a manager came and told him exactly what I said. He left the computer upset and the lady manager got me the key card herself and asked someone to go with me.
Simply incredible the level of poor training for a 4 star hotel.

Also witnessed incidents during breakfast. Good hotel but quality of customer service is close to zero.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel has left me utterly shocked. I recently stayed at this hotel and, as someone who has worked in the hotel industry for 20 years - including a tenure with the Millennium Group - I can honestly say I have never encountered such poor service.

A male Duty Manger & receptionist here treated me with a shocking level of disrespect and a complete lack of empathy. It's hard to believe that this hotel operates in the hospitality sector when the staff seems so disconnected from the core values of customer service.

l urge the general manager to seriously evaluate the training and standards of their team. The experience I had is simply unacceptable, and it does not reflect the quality of service I strive to provide in my own workplace. This hotel has a long way to go if it wants to compete in the industry.

Hotel is neat and clean, and close to the airport. The breakfast was very good. My only complaint is about the shuttle service to the airport - the hotel has one shuttle per hour and the front desk staff recommend getting to the shuttle about 5 minutes early. Beware that the shuttle bus is extremely small (only about 7 seats), so it fills up quickly and they will not send another shuttle even if there is additional demand (so the shuttle service is somewhat of a scam).

On arrival the Reception were very welcoming. Out of interest , II asked if they were busy as it was during the. Olympic Games. Their reply was that they were not full and it was ‘calme’’.
I then went to my room where. I noticed that the aircon had been and was still dripping.,,,,, there was obviously a problem - and the carpet was saturated. I went directly back to reception and reported the issue The reply was….we will send a technician to help - we can’t move you as the hotel is full . Despite them saying the opposite 10 mins earlier.
The technician came…. And left a. Bucket under the drip.
I expressed my frustration to the bar staff who were very helpful
They spoke to Reception who then were able to move me to another room…’ so they weren’t full and could assist.

Very nice establishment.
Good food.
Friendly and accommodating staff.
Not far from the city...and in this particular case, even better, not far from the airport.
It was a long day of being pulled around, but this was honestly a bright spot.

The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the airport. The rooms are small, and the service is quite ordinary. During our visit with a tour group, we had a triple room where the third bed was a bunk bed with very little space to move around. On the last day, there was a power outage, and when we informed the staff, they relocated us to another room on a different floor. The hotel is primarily occupied by tour groups and is not recommended for private bookings.

This is an old, out-dated hotel in much need of repairs and renovation. The location is fine and in common with most of the airport hotels. The room was dark and humid with several mismatched color lights that would flicker, so I just had to turn them off. Stained and burned carpet throughout the room and moisture damage in the wallpaper seams. All of the furniture is old and there are signs of lack of attention to detail everywhere. The hotel looks like at one point it was an extraordinary hotel, but not anymore.

Do not go here if you want to loose your money and leave with less.
I payed a deposit over a 100€. As a deposit should be and I also was assured, a deposit is something that I will get back at the end of the stay. I talked to the reception and Ive been lied to several times, that Ill get it in 2-3 days. Ive sent at least 30 emails which some are replied to saying, again. it will come in 2 days. The most were ignored.
This is just very disrespectful and Ive never experienced nor could Ive imagined to experience something like this.
Most of the staff is very disrespectful.
I went there for holiday and this hotel stole my money.
